This study focuses the importance of relation between information attributes and communication of internet user. The author is to clarify how to communicate in internet environment and word-of-mouth as a result of social influence among internet user take place in relation to information attributes. The main findings are that comprehensive ease, relevance and novelty among information attributes positively influence reciprocal communication, reciprocal communication positively influences internalization and conformity, and those positively influence word-of-mouth communication.

In this study, we studied methods of communication among audiences, artwork and artist and analyzed interactive media art using the nonverbal communication methods. We analyzed the 4 types of nonverbal communication based on sign and meaning[1] and reclassified suitably for analysis of interactive media art. According to the analysis result, we draw typical characters by analyzing interactive media artwork which were corresponding to the each types. Also we analyzed overlap area and classify. Through these processes, we found communication methods in interactive media artwork connect audiences and artwork by organic combination of several nonverbal communication. In this paper, we suggest a new approach about the communication among audiences, artwork and artist through analyzing interactive media art using nonverbal communication.

This study was conducted to identify the effects of interpersonal communication between health care providers after receiving supplementary education. The participants of this study were 433 health care providers who work at 29 general hospitals in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanamdo Province. Data were collected from June 8 to June 25, 2018 and evaluated by t-tests, dispersion analysis, correlation analysis and stepwise regression. The results were produced by investigating interpersonal communications according to socio-demographic and health-related characteristics including age, education level, bed size of the hospital at which the participant worked, job satisfaction, hospital location, personal health status, experience with health care management and experience with depression. There were significant differences in communication observed according to supplemental education awareness regarding age, bed size of hospital, occupation, wage, type of medical institution of employment, job satisfaction, work location, health status, health care education experience and chronic disease. There were positive correlations between supplemental education awareness in health workers and their interpersonal communication. The factors that had positive effects on interpersonal communication were level of education and health-related education experience, while age, hospital bed size and job dissatisfaction had negative effects. Finally, support environment, learning transfer and results were identified as sub-factors of supplemental education. Based on the results above, it was proposed that educational training to enhance results, provide a supportive environment and foster learning transfer be developed to increase communication between health workers and provide a safe health service for patients.

Although previous studies show that organizational culture and organizational communication could be influential factors in knowledge management and organizational performance, the more integrated research to indicate relationships among all of the factors is still needed. By indicating the inter-relationships among the factors and the direction of the influence, this paper suggests various ways to develop an integrated approach to the improvement of organizational performance through knowledge management and other related factors. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among national culture, organizational culture, organizational communication, knowledge management, and organizational performance. Based on a comprehensive review of extant literature on the relationships among these factors, the relationships are summarized in the conceptual model. According to the model, organizational performance is influenced by knowledge management, organizational communication, and organizational culture, and knowledge management is influenced by organizational communication and organizational culture. Based on the conceptual model, implications for human resource (HR) researchers and practitioners seeking to optimally improve organizational performance are presented.

우리가 현재 사용하고 있는 정보검색 시스템은 사용자의 질의와 연관있는 문서 집합만을 제공하므로 사용자가 원하는 정답을 찾기 위해서 사용자는 문서 집합을 브라우징하는 수고를 하여야 하며, 이러한 수고를 덜어주기 위해 개발되는 자동 질의응답시스템은 의미 분석 및 지식 추출 등의 기술적 한계로 사용자에게 만족할 만한 서비스를 제공하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 논문은 인터넷에 연결되어 있는 사람 중에 질의어에 대한 응답을 할 수 있는 지혜 제공자를 자동으로 검색 분류하여, 질의자와 실시간으로 연결하여 사용자와 지혜 제공자가 실시간 상호커뮤니케이션을 이용하여 지혜를 교류할 수 있는 인력기반 질의응답시스템인 알포도 시스템을 제안한다. 알포도 시스템은 질의응답모듈, 메티스 관리 모듈, 실시간 커뮤니케이션 모듈, 그리고 지식 추출 및 관리 모듈로 구성되며 현재 베타 서비스를 실시 중이다.

The spread of non-face-to-face culture due to COVID-19 led to innovation in untact services and the increase of non-face-to-face communication through video conference platforms. However, it is difficult to identify nonverbal expressions in synchronous online communication. Moreover, it is hard to interact with people by making eye contact. Despite the positive effects of eye contact, including such as sharing emotions and helping build intimacy, no research has empirically verified the effectiveness of eye contact in synchronous online communication. Thus, the study verified the effectiveness of eye contact in synchronous online communication. Depending on the context of the communication and whether(or not) there is eye contact, six video treatments were used to measure four dependent variables-Continuance Intention to Use, Performance Expectancy, Interactivity, and Personal Connection. The study shows that the communication with eye contact in all contexts was rated higher than the one without eye contact in all measurement variables. This study will help to provide a better user experience in synchronous online communication by verifying the effectiveness of eye contact in synchronous online communication and proposing the need of technology and the direction of the technological development.

Both universities and professors are eagerly seeking effective communication method for e-learning under the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to understand the differences in requirements according to the characteristics of students. In this study, the relationship between the demographic characteristics of learners and important/preferred types and methods of communication in terms of learning or expression of opinion was analyzed through chi-square tests. The results showed that communication importances/preferences vary significantly based on learner's characteristics.

기존의 학습 시스템은 실시간이나 VOD로만 학습자에게 제공되어 불필요한 컨텐츠나 중복되는 부분이 있을 뿐만 아니라 화상 없이 음성만으로 수업이 진행되었다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 실시간 음성 강의 시스템은 기존의 수업 진행 방식에서 벗어나 실시간 수업과 상호간의 대화가 지원되는 양방향 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 시스템이다. 그리고 웹을 통하여 시간, 공간에 구애받지 않고 수시로 접속하여 사용자가 필요한 자료를 받아서 학습이 가능한 시스템이다.

Webcasting which is the integration of broadcasting and communications, is a prominent service which has changed to involve bi-directional interactions between a user and a system from uni-directional communication. However almost webcasting are operating by uni-direction between living and recording currently so learners have to hear and watch a contents without their suggestion. Therefore learners can not get interaction and feedback that it may be obtain on face to face class, instructor can not ensure concentration and location of student in webcasting. This paper presents a design and development of the webcasting system based on real-time interaction which provides an environment of real-time communication between casting and learner, a fixing of students' location in order to raise a fidelity and a concentration.
