본논문에서는 유도전동기 속도 및 토크 제어시 고조파의 왜형률을 감소시키고 디지털 구현이 용이하며 선형제어 영역을 증가시킬 수 있는 스위칭 방식으로 Space voltage Vector PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 설명하였으며 시뮬레이션하기 위한 user_tool로써 Matlab/Simulink를 이용하여 SVPWM을 구현하는 방법을 설명하였다 결과적으로 개루프 운전 시 유도기에 인가되는 기준전압을 각각 비과변조와 과변조 시 전압비율 변경방식을 사용하여 나타나는 응답으로 가상스위칭 시간 T1, T2, T0 와 속도, 상전류, 토크응답을 알아보았다.

본 논문은 3상 불평형 전압이 인가될 때 선간 전압의 실효간을 측정해서 불평형율을 검출하고 선간 전압의 실효간이 평형이 되도록 각 상의 상전압을 전력소자를 사용한 위상각제어를 통해서 각 상별 스위칭각을 비대칭적으로 조절함으로서 3상 전압 불평형을 개선하고자 한다. 이를 모의실험을 통해 저항 부하와 유도 전동기 부하에서 검증하였다.

SbSBr, BiSBr, SbSBr : Co, BiSBr : Co, SbSBr : Ni 및 BiSBr : Ni 단결정을 수직 Bridgman 방법으로 성장시켰다. 성장된 단결정의 구조는 orthorhombic 구조이며 광학적 energy band gap 구조는 간접적이형이었고 energy gap의 온도의존성은 일차 및 이차 상전이점에서 anomalous 한 특성이 나 타 났다. 불순물로 첨가한 cobalt와 nickel은 Td 대칭점에 Co2+ ion, Co3+ ion 및 Ni2+ ion으로 위치하며 이들 ion의 energy 준위간의 전자전이에 의하여 불순물 광흡수 peak들이 나타난다.

In this study electromagnetic wave fields under power lines arc derived by dipole antenna theory and electromagnetic fields under 3 phase power lines with horizontal and vertical configuration are formulated. The calculation results by those formulas were consistent with the results of reference. The formulas were applied to 345[kV] and 765[kV] transmission lines constructed in our country.

Switched reluctance motor(SRM) has the advantages of simple structure, low rotor inertia, and high poer rate per unit volume. However, position sensor isessential in SRM in order to synchronize the phase excitation to the rotor position. The position sensors increase the cost of drive system, and tend to reduce system reliability. This paper investigtes the speed control of sensorless SRM. The proposed system consists of position detection circuit, dwell angle controller, digital logic commutator, PI speed controller and 4-phase inverter. The performances in the proposed system are verified through the experiment.

균질(均質) 등방성(等方性) 공간(空間)을 전제하는 Friedmann 우주의 타당성은 Planck 시기($t_p{\sim}10^{-43}sec$) 이진으로 소급시킬 수 없으므로 시초의 비(非)(Non) Friedmann 우주가 가능하다. 본 연구는 우주시초의 특이성과 관련되는 균질 우주와 비균질 우주의 특성, 지평선과 inflation의 관계를 개관한 다음, $t{\sim}t_p$의 양분자(量子論) 요동(搖動)이나 $t>t_p$의 GUT 상전이(相轉移)로 생기는 inflation 계기에 파생(派生)하는 시공(時空)의 거품들이 이루는 비균질(非均質) 우주의 가능성과 인간원리(人問原理)에 기반을 둔 우주 집단의 관련을 고찰한다.

Phase transition and electrical conductivity of homologous series phases Lan+1NinO3n+1 (n=1,2,3, …, $\infty$) have been investigated. These La-Ni-O chemical compounds were synthesized by solid state reaction. The compound LaNiO3 was thermally stable in air only up to about 1120 K and above this temperature decomposed into homologous series phases Lan+1NinO3n+1 and NiO.

This paper proposes a novel current control method of three-phase PWM rectifiers without phase current sensors. The features of this method are to reconstruct phase currents by using switching pattern of space vector modulation and to estimate phase currents by a predictive state observer for practical applications. Simulation results show that the performance of the proposed system is nearly the same as that of sensor-based system.

Based on the ferroelectric microstructural residual stress model, the relation between grain size and residual elastic energy was proposed. It was found that the residual elastic energy increased with decreasing grain size by modeling and DSC results. This residual elastic energy change with grain size which induce the phase transituion mode change was the cause of a diffuse phase transition in small grain size.
