대기업과 중소기업 간의 상호 협력을 통해 동반성장을 하는 상생협력이 국내 경제에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 대부분의 대기업들이 상생협력 전담팀을 구성하거나, 그룹차원의 상생협력을 주도하고 있다. 포스코는 국내 최초로 그룹차원의 중소기업 상생협력협의체를 구성하고, 지속적이고 체계적인 상생협력을 추진할 것이라고 한다. 공급사, 외주파트너사, 고객사의 목소리를 경청해 원할한 소통과 신뢰를 바탕으로 함께 성장하는 상생협력의 롤모델 역할을 할 것이다.

좋은 일을 함께하면 그 효과는 더욱 커진다. 대기업과 중소기업의 상생을 위한 노력도 마찬가지다. 많은 기업이 상생을 위한 노력에 동참한다면 더욱 나아진 기업환경을 함께 누릴 수 있을 것이다. 지난 8월 GS칼텍스를 비롯한 GS 9개 계열사와 1,000여 개의 협력회사는 함께 잘 사는 세상을 만들기 위해 'GS상생협력 및 공정거래협약식'을 실시했다. 협력회사의 고민을 공유하고, 해결책 찾기에 팔을 걷어 부친 GS계열사의 상생협력을 소개한다.

After rapid economy growth, Korean economy and Korean enterprises are aware of the importance on Mutual Cooperation. However, Korean society is not ready to proceed Mutual Cooperation and there are no theoretical model yet. Therefore, this study will suggest the theoretical basis for Mutual Cooperation, though identifying the most commonly used factors of three reliable sources: Mutual Cooperaton Manual(Ministry of Construction and Transportation 2006), selected distinguishing Mutual Cooperation Cases by Ministry of Construction and Transportation and Mutual Cooperaton Manual of other leading fields. through this study, it is expected to find reliable factors to evaluate Mutual Cooperations between General Contractor and Specialty Contractor.

Mutual cooperation between general and specialty contractors for win-win business has recently risen as a buzz word in Korea construction industry. For sustainable mutual cooperation, it is critical to achieve a better understanding of the extent to which general and specialty contractors share critical factors of mutual cooperation. The objective of this study is to identify and discuss key characteristics of perceptions towards mutual cooperation between general and specialty contractors. Key factors for mutual cooperation were identified through a questionnaire survey and statistical tests, and consensus or disagreement as to critical factors of mutual cooperation were identified and discussed.

This study aims to suggest the ways of mutually beneficial cooperation between large companies and small companies in the field of telecommunication services. To achieve this goal, it attempts to introduce mutually beneficial cooperation plans based on horizontal relationships rather than vertical relationships among large companies and small companies. Research contents will suggest the similarities and differences of individual telecommunication companies by analyzing mutually beneficial cooperation plans of large companies and small companies based on domestic three telecommunication companies. It examines the perceptions of people who are engaged in large companies and small companies in order to enhance the recognition on the mutual cooperation of large companies and small and medium companies. Based on research results, it attempts the activation methods of mutual cooperation of large and small companies.

2009년을 장식할 기업의 경영화두는 '녹색성장'과 '상생'이다. 그래서 연말연시부터 이와 관련된 계획들이 봇물처럼 쏟아졌다. 대기업과 중소기업 동반성장을 위해 LG는 유망협력사에 유상증자를 지원하고, 포스코는 투자 규모를 사상 최대인 6조 원으로 늘린다. 현대 기아차는 협력업체 상생펀드를 300억 조성하고 두산은 3,450억 규모의 네트워크 론을 시행하는 등 대기업들이 협력업체와의 상생을 푸짐한 선물보따리를 풀었다. 2009년 국내 대기업 상생을 위한 비전을 한자리에 모아봤다.

As global competition has become more intense in recent years, collaborative cooperation and shared growth between large and small enterprises for enhancing competitiveness of enterprises have become an important social concern. In the long run, collaborative cooperation between large and small enterprises is becoming more important not only in terms of enhancing corporate competitiveness but also in terms of CSR and CSV. In fact, many large companies are strengthening collaborative cooperation. This study compares and analyzes collaborative cooperation cases of major Chaebol companies including Samsung Electronics, and derive implications for collaborative cooperation plan of large companies.

The major issues of managing an organization and its environments are on how to establish a community for their co-survival and collaboration. This study is on the principles and management practices for establishing the community of organization and its environments based on the power circulatory approach, so that it contributes to creation of the social orders for co-survival and collaboration. In order to do this I discussed the theories and practices of the power circulatory approach, and then suggest their application to establishment of the co-survival community for organization and its environment. According to results the power circulatory approach offers theoretical and managerial tools which establish the co-survival community for organization and its environments, so that it increases likelihood of their co-survival and collaboration. Furthermore I discussed the position of the power circulatory approach to co-survival and collaboration in a manner that displays similarities and differences with exiting approaches such as the contingency and population ecology model.

This study analyzed symbolically the win-win cooperation(or win-win growth) policies and laws of large and small business to Roland Barthes and Greimas's semiotics model, and suggested that the company win-win ecosystem(cooperation) and sanggeuk(competition) shoule from a mutual harmony and balance rather than being separated from eace other like yin(-) and yang(+) theory. The results of these studies, unlike the coexistence cooperation Promotion Law of large and small business is the original intent in the ecosystem of companies, there will also be acting as a regulatory rather to officials of large and small business. In this study, because it is limited to the analysis of large and small business win-win cooperation policies and laws, it must be supported in the future of the specific empirical research.
