마음챙김 기반 MBSR 프로그램이 상담자의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 효과: 상담자의 자기돌봄과 자기효능감을 중심으로

  • 2000년대 들어 상담에 대한 관심과 상담 수요가 크게 늘어가고 있는 상황에서 상대적으로 직무 특성상 상담자들 또한 심리적인 어려움들을 느끼면서 상담자 스스로 자신의 정신 건강 및 유지를 위한 자기돌봄의 중요성이 증가하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 상담자는 많은 시간을 내담자와의 직접적인 대면을 통해서 내담자의 다양한 문제에 대한 해결과 도움을 제공해 줌에 있어 지속적인 치료 과정을 함께한다. 상담자는 내담자와의 상황 대면을 통한 치료 과정을 함께하면서 치료의 긍정적인 면을 접하기도 하지만, 한편으로는 지속적인 스트레스로 인해 심리적 소진과 다양한 정서적 피로도를 경험하게 된다. 이에 다양한 심리적·정서적 소진과 피로도에 대해 적절하고 유연하게 대처하기 위해서는 상담자 스스로 자신을 보호할 수 있는 자기돌봄이 필요하며, 상담자 자신이 어떠한 상황에서도 긍정적인 마음을 유지 할 수 있는 자기효능감을 향상시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 마음 챙김에 기반한 MBSR 프로그램이 다양한 상담 현장에서 심리적 소진을 겪고 있는 상담자들의 심리적 안녕감, 특히 상담자의 자기돌봄 및 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 실제 현장에서 활동하고 있는 상담경력 1년에서 5년 미만의 상담자 40명을 대상으로 주 1회기, 회기 당 2시간의 총 12주간의 MBSR 프로그램을 통한 상담자의 자기돌봄 및 효능감의 변화가 상담자의 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적 요인으로 적용될 수 있다는 것을 확인하여 실제 상담 현장에서의 상담자들이 겪고 있는 심리적 소진의 완화를 통한 안정적인 상담 현장이 조성될 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

The Effect of Psychobiographical Intensive Interview on Parent's Insight and Parent-Child Relationship Characteristic (심리전기적 심층면담(PII)이 부모의 통찰수준 및 부모-자녀 관계특성에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychobiographical intensive interview(PII) on the parent's insight, parent-child relationship characteristics and counseling session. For this, the PII was conducted to 10 mothers with school age children. PII was semi-structured form that included the intensive interview for exploring psychobiographical information and interpretation counseling of it. The results showed that the level of insight into parent's child problem and relation to parent's own problem was significantly increased. On the other hand, parent-child relationship characteristics (parental efficacy, parenting attitude, and parenting stress) were found to be significant only in some of the parenting stresses. We investigated the possibility as a counseling tool for PII through counseling session impact assessments. As a result of that, we confirmed that there were positive results in task impacts, relationship impacts, and helpful impacts.

Effectiveness of school counseling based on "the AMPQ-II and administrative manual": Focusing on the counselor and the number of session factors ("AMPQ-II 및 관리 매뉴얼"에 따른 학교 상담의 효과: 상담자 요인 및 회기 수를 중심으로)

  • The Korean government has administered the 'AMPQ-II' to all middle school students to prevent psychological problems and make immediate interventions when necessary. On the other hand, there has been a paucity of studies of the effectiveness of this governmental policy, or the factors influencing the effectiveness of the intervention. Using the data from 48 counselees from two middle schools, the present study examined the effectiveness of the intervention programs, and whether the counselor's characteristics and the number of counseling sessions might matter in the effect. The results suggested that most students reported improvements after the interventions. The intervention effect was less pronounced when the counselors had governmental certification. The number of counseling sessions was not a significant factor for predicting the effectiveness of the interventions. Interpretations of the present study should be made cautiously because of the small sample size. The present results, however, suggest that efforts to improve the quality of the counseling teachers are necessary. In addition, increasing the number of counseling sessions is not necessarily effective.

A Study on the Impact of Empathy and Creative Personality of a Counselor on the Working Alliance (상담자의 공감과 창의적 인성이 상담협력관계에 미치는 영향)

  • The study focused on how the end result of working alliance is affected by empathy on each group and creative personality of the counselor on their counsel. In order to do so, the level of working alliance, empathy, and creativeness of the counselor are evaluated on the survey. And the survey and analysis are performed by two different groups; counselors and clients, among 88 pairs of people who had counseled at least more than three times. The conclusion of the study is as follows. First, it has been found that empathy with each group and creative personality of a counselor is partially significantly correlated with the level of working alliance according to the result from both groups. Second, the consequence of evaluation the empathy of counselor has bigger impact on working alliance in group of counselors. But on working alliance has been affected by empathy for both clients and counselors and creative personality in group of clients. Last of all, level of working alliance has a significant correlation with years of experience and professionalism in group of counselors. However, there was a partially significant correlation between working alliance and professionalism in group of clients.

The Effects of Narrative Therapy Group Counseling Program Using Role-Playing Game Format on Happiness and Negative Emotions in Children (롤플레잉게임 형식을 활용한 이야기치료 집단상담 프로그램이 아동의 행복감과 부정적 정서에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the narrative therapy group counseling program using RPG(Role Playing Game) format on happiness and negative emotions in children. The subjects of this study were 30 elementary school students who were referred to emotional and behavioral problems in a mental health center or elementary school in Seoul. They were allocated into an experimental group and a control group containing 15 students. Experimental group received a 60-minutes-session per week for 8 weeks. As a result, negative emotions of the experimental group statistically and significantly decreased compared with the control group, as well as the happiness. Results after 20 days showed that was maintained. In conclusion, the narrative therapy group counseling program using RPG (Role Playing Game) format in this study was found to be effective in reducing negative emotions and increasing happiness.

Effect of Peer Counseling Program on Classmate Relationships of Children (또래상담 프로그램이 아동의 교우관계에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to examine how peer counseling program affects on peer relation of children. The study subjects who fourth grades of A elementary school students in K city of Cheonbuk region, children of 26(boys 14, girls 12) people who expressed their joining opinion of program, were selected through information. 28(boys 15, girls 13) people were selected as control group. Before conducting program, both experiment group and control group were identified as same group. From in April, 2014 to in June 2014, peer counseling was conducted by experiment group(once per week, 60 minutes per session for a total 10 sessions), to examine effect, peer relation questionnaire were practiced before and after. Following were gained results of SPSS 18.0 used to analysis data of comparison in group before and after. peer relation of experiment group who conducted peer counseling had improved. Peer Counseling was effective for improving of Children's peer relation. However, there was no difference in compare of control group before and after. Therefore, this study can know that peer counseling had positive effect on peer relation of children.

Analysis of Venture Business Career Counseling Program Effectiveness (벤처창업진로상담 프로그램의 효과분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a employment career counseling program on university student' by analyzing whether it would bring any changes to the selected. The subjects in this study were 60 university student who were users of A university in the city of A. An experimental group and a control group were organized with 60 university student' each, and a employment career counseling program was conducted in eight sessions, once a biweekly. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program showed improvement in career maturity. Second, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program expressed better career self-efficacy. Third, the university student' who participated in the employment career counseling program felt less career barriers.

The Mediated Effects of Ego-Resilience and Countertransference Management Ability in the Relationship Between Counselor's Adult Attachment and Development Levels of Counselors (상담자의 성인애착과 상담자 발달수준의 관계에서 자아탄력성, 역전이 관리 능력의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of ego-resilience and countertransference management ability in the relationship between counselor's adult attachment and development levels of counselors. For this purpose, 389 counselors who conducted more than 5 times of verbal counseling per case were surveyed for 3 weeks using the online questionnaire function. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21, reliability analysis was conducted, and constructed structural equation model(SEM) and to verify validity, fitness, and mediating effects. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, counselor's attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had indirect effects on the ability to manage countertransference through the medium of ego-resilience(p<.001). Second, counselor's attachment avoidance had an indirect effect on counselor's developmental level through countertransference management ability(p<.05). Third, it was confirmed that counselor's attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance had an effect on counselor's development level through double mediation of ego-resilience and countertransference management ability(p<.001). The significance and limitations of these results and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.

A Case Study of ART Counseling on Maladjusted Children's Self-Respect and Social Ability Development (부적응 아동의 자아존중감 및 사회성 발달을 위한 미술상담 사례연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to put an art counseling program in the elementary school maladjusted child and helped the school life adjustment of the maladjusted child's self-respect and social ability development. For this purpose, picked out 4 people children who are the lowest score in the child where the total score is below 100 points sorted 6 grades of Y elementary school in Daejeon. The art counseling program as a reconstruction of the prior study to meet an object of this study was provided to children in experimental group at the researcher's classroom after school for 12 session, two sessions per week. For analyze the study result. First, for quantitatively analysis of an maladjusted behavior compared pre and post test of conduct of school life adjustments test. Second, for confirm the change of self-respect and social ability development pre and post test and analyzed comparison. Third, recognizing trial state change of an maladjusted children put a KSD pre and post test and analyzed comparison with contents of a picture. Fourth, every session of the qualitative analysis which describes the conduct quality of each child led and the maladjusted child should have been visible what kind of change after the art counseling program execution criminal record, compared. The result of the study is the art counseling program decreased the maladjust conduct of the maladjusted child and is effective to self-respect and social ability development of the maladjusted child. And the art counseling program letting induces the change which is affirmative psychologically with the maladjusted child. As a result, the art counseling program to help the self-respect of the maladjusted child and social ability development, and it will be more effective in the school life adjustment for the maladjusted child.

The Effect of the Reading Discussion-oriented Career Exploration Program on Elementary School Students' Career Development and Achievement Motivation Improvement (독서토론 진로탐색 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로발달과 성취동기에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of study is to examine the effects of the reading discussion-oriented career exploration program for elementary school students on career development and achievement motivation. To achieve this purpose, three fifth grade classes were assigned to an experimental group, comparative group A and comparative group B. Reading discussion-oriented exploration program for the experimental group was conducted for five weeks in ten sessions, the same period of time for comparative group A was given for conducting a career education program and subject studying was conducted on comparative group B. The results of this study, the experimental group applied to the reading discussion-oriented career exploration programs showed a significant increase in their career development compared with the subject studying group. But they did not show a significant increase compared with the career education group. Second, experimental group applied to the reading discussion-oriented career exploration programs showed significant increase their achievement motivation compared with the subject studying group and career education group.
