This study is to suggest the theoretical and policy implications by analysing the moderating effects of trust for senior in the causal relationships among the research variables. For this study, 273 of the local public servants were sampled and surveyed. The results of this study showed that local public servants' performance oriented values affect job attitude through their acceptance for performance management system. And this study showed that trust in the leader moderates the relationships among individual orientation, performance orientation and job attitude. This study suggested some theoretical and practical implications on the base of the results.

In this study, we looked at the relationship among the anxiety, social support and trust experienced by the general public during the pandemic situation (COVID-19), and confirmed the effect of trust to the relationship between social support and anxiety. First, the correlations analysis that was performed to identify the relationship among the variables showed negative correlation between social support and anxiety. While it was also found that social support showed positive correlations with social trust, no significant correlations were shown with regards to government trust. Furthermore, government trust and social trust showed negative correlations with anxiety. Second, the regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis that social support would affect anxiety through social trust. It showed that social trust partly mediated in the relationship between social support and anxiety. Based on the results above, the discussions and suggestions were presented throughout the study.

Coast guard organization has very different working environment with other general administrative organizations or police organizations. Because they are charging various coastal crimes and safeties by using war vessel at ocean, it was expected that in case of coast guard officers, the impact on organization commitment for each trust factor within organization has the differentiation with other administrative organizations. Core of results by conducting positive research is as following: It is indicated that for coast guard officer, organization trust factor most strongly impacts on organization commitment, and of social trust factors, colleague trust factor more impacts relatively than boss trust factor. Then, when searching the difference of trust factor recognition depending on population sociological properties of coast guard officers, it is indicated that the one having the experience of working at war vessel has more trust to its colleagues than the one having not and executives more trust their boss than non-executives. The reason why the trust to colleague is higher than to boss is recognized that it is caused from deep relationship with colleagues who work and live together when considering working conditions of security vessel.

본 논문은 교통하중에 대한 강사장교의 체계신뢰성에 기초한 체계적이며 실용적인 내하력평가 및 여용성평가 모형을 제안하였다. 고량 주형과 주탑의 조합상관 한계상태에 기초한 내하력평가를 위하여 개선된 조합상관식에 기초한 LRFR(Load and Resistance Factor Rating) 방법과 신뢰성에 기초한 시스템수준의 평가를 위해서 목표체계신뢰성지수의 항으로 표현되는 등가시스템저항강도에 의한 접근방법을 제안하였다. 또한 시스템의 여용성을 정의하기 위해서 체계신뢰성해석의 결과와 내하력평가 결과를 이용한 실제적인 시스템여용성 평가방법을 적용하였다. 제안한 체계신뢰성에 기초한 평가방법은 기존의 요소신뢰성 방법에 비해 구조물의 여용성을 충분히 반영하는 상당히 합리적이며 실제적인 결과를 보여주는 실용적인 방법으로 판단된다.

Reliability analysis of a mechanical system has been developed in order to consider the uncertainties in the product design that may occur from the tolerance of design variables, uncertainties of noise, environmental factors, and material properties. In most of the previous studies, the reliability was calculated independently for each performance of the system. However, the conventional methods cannot consider the correlation between the performances of the system that may lead to a difference between the reliability of the entire system and the reliability of the individual performance. In this paper, the joint probability density function (PDF) of the performances is modeled using a copula which takes into account the correlation between performances of the system. The system reliability is proposed as the integral of joint PDF of performances and is compared with the individual reliability of each performance by mathematical examples and two-bar truss example.

The assessment and prediction of service life of a structure are usually under uncertainty so that rational probabilistic concepts and methods have to be applied. Based on these rational assessment and prediction, optimum maintenance strategies to minimize the life-cycle cost and/or maximize the structural safety can be established. The service life assessment and prediction considering maintenance actions generally includes effects of maintenance types and times of the structural components on the service life extensions of structural system. Existing researches on the service life management have revealed the appropriate system modeling considering the correlation among the components is required for system reliability analysis and probabilistic service life estimation. However, the study on correlation among the maintenance actions is still required. This paper deals with such a study for more effective and efficient service life management. In this paper, both the preventive and essential maintenances are considered for the extended service life estimation and management.

산업용전동기는 신뢰성을 바탕으로 설계 및 제작되어 상용전압에 대한 기기의 신뢰성은 충분히 검증되어 있지만 스위칭 소자에 의해 주어지는 펄스상의 전압에 대하여는 신뢰성을 확보하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인버터용 전동기의 신뢰성에 영향을 미치는 각종 변수(케이블의 길이, 단자전압, 습도, 온도, 스위칭 주파수 등)들을 검토하고 각 변수들 간의 상관관계를 실험을 통하여 분석하고 이를 통하여 전동기의 신뢰성을 예측할 수 있는 자료를 확보하여 인버터용 전동기의 신뢰성을 제고하고자 한다.

Reliability analysis of mechanical systems requires statistical modeling of input random variables such as distribution function types and statistical parameters that affect the performance of the mechanical systems. Some random variables are correlated, but considered as independent variables or wrong assumptions on input random variables have been used. In this paper, joint distributions were modeled using copulas and Bayesian method from limited number of data. To verify the proposed method, statistical simulation tests were carried out for various number of samples and correlation coefficients. As a result, the Bayesian method selected the most probable copula types among candidate copulas even though the candidate copula shapes are similar for low correlations or the number of data is limited. The most probable copulas also yielded similar reliabilities with the true reliability obtained from a true copula, so that it can be concluded that the Bayesian method provides accurate statistical modeling for the reliability analysis.

The reliability analysis can be conducted more effectively by formulating the stochastic finite element method suitable for the reliability theory about the cable stayed bridge. After conducting the initial equilibrium analysis of the cable stayed bridge, the program which can conduct the linear and nonlinear stochastic finite element analysis using the perturbation method and the reliability analysis considered to the correlation of the random variable is developed. Using the results of this program about the cable stayed bridge, the characteristic of the node displacement, element force and cable tension according to the correlation of the random variable is investigated quantitatively. Also the reliability index and the failure probability are examined by the compounding the correlation of the random variable.
