I searched the recent murder cases for other criminal methods of homicides the monthly statistics of the local police agencies of the whole country, I found that there are many criminal cases where knives were used. Based on this finding, I decided to conduct my survey about kitchen knives. The statistics indicated more than five hundread male and female adults were reported to have committed murders. Of the 500 people, 21 used a kitchen knife to commit murder. This study showed that when people have a conflict, the kitchen knife is as a tool that can be easily changed into a weapon. If the points of the knife is round, more homicides could be avoided. If regulations were established, as we have with dagger when producing, selling or purchasing, I would assume that the number of the crimes with knives will be remarkably diminished. It is our responsibility to create a bill concerning regulatory standards in understanding the dangers of kitchen knives. We must immediately participate in active publicity campaigns.

'임자'란 깨를 의미하는 한자말로서, 임자수탕은 닭국물과 깨국물을 섞어 차게 요리하는 것으로 조상들이 여름 별미로 먹던 전통 보양식이다. 차게 내는 음식이지만, 닭의 성질이 본래 따뜻하므로 땀을 많이 흘려 속이 차지는 한여름에 땀은 식히고 속은 보하는 건강식이다.

지난달 26일 현재까지 강원도, 전북, 제주도를 제외한 6개도 2개 광역시 17개 닭$\cdot$오리 농장에서 가금인플루엔자가 발생하였다. 정부는 인플루엔자 확산을 방지하기 위하여 발생기점을 중심으로 위험지역 3km까지 닭$\cdot$오리에 대하여 살처분을 실시하여 완료하였다. 이에 본고는 살처분 방법에서 보상비 지원, 생계비 지원, 가축 입식비 지원에 대하여 알아보았다.

밀가루 음식을 유난히 좋아하는 사람들이 있다. 과연 이들이 밀가루 음식을 좋아하는 이유는 무엇일까? 만약 당신이 밀가룰 음식을 남들보다 유난히 좋아한다면 '밀가루 중독'을 한번 의심해 바야 한다. 밀가루는 무슨 마약도 아니고, 담배도 아닌데 무슨 중독이냐고 묻겠지만 밀가루는 분명 중독성이 강하면서 우리 몸에 유해하며 살을 찌우는 식품이기도 하다.

2003년 발생한 HPAI는 1,500여억원의 피해를 발생한 것으로 추정된 바 있을 만큼 AI가 확산될 경우 막대한 피해를 발생시킨다. 이에 정부에서도 1종 인수공통전염병인 고병원성조류인플루엔자 발생시 발생농장과 위험지역 및 경계지역내 가금류와 전염 가능성이 있는 가축류에 대해 살처분 조치를 취하고 있으며 이에 따라 살처분 농가들에게 보상금을 지급하하고 있다. 익산ㆍ김제에서 3차례 발생하면서 살처분 조치가 취해진 농가들은 총 171농가로 1,121천마리에 해당되며 4차 발생지역인 아산에서도 23천마리가 살처분 조치되었다. 정부에서는 이번 살처분 조치가 취해진 농가들에 대한 지원대책을 지난 5일자로 발표하였다. 한편 경계지역 (3~10km)내 이동제한 조치된 가금류에 대해서도 15일자로 수매 방안이 발표되었다. 하지만 2004년도에 추진되었던 전국적인 수매가 이루어지지 않았고 경계지역 내의 물량에 대해서도 기대 이하의 수매가격으로 인해 농가들이 불만의 소리가 높아지고 있다. 본고에서는 발표된 보상방안 대책에 대한 정리와 양계농가들의 반응에 대해 알아보았다.

This paper is about to analyse Merleau-Ponty's notion of flesh on textual evidences through the structure of perception and to apply this result to his theory of the others. In the first place, we study what he thinks of philosophical investigation and thus of the essence of philosophy. With this process, we find out that perception is more important than reflection in philosophical investigation. Differently from the objective or objectivistic viewpoint, the truth of perception is revealed to go beyond distinction between consciousness and object. This truth refers to reversibility which Merleau-Ponty thinks to be the ultimate truth. The reversibility of perception leads to chiasms which reveal and unreveal the beings. In the final analysis, the flesh as reversibility is the Being in the beings. When it comes to the problem of other minds, we are confirmed through the movement of flesh that self-presence is the presence to the differentiated world, namely the others.
