광주전남지원은 오리고기에 대한 올바른 정보 제공으로 AI발생에 따른 소비자의 오해를 불식시켜 소비 활성화를 유도하고 이를 통해 오리산업 발전에 기여하기 위하여 "오리산업 길라잡이 프로젝트"를 진행하고 있다. 구체적인 활동으로는 전남 오리산학협력단, 한국오리협회 광주전남지회와 업무협약을 체결하고 상호 협력을 통해 오리 홍보책자 제작, 오리 영상 제작 및 오리고기를 활용한 요리 레시피 개발 등을 추진하고 있다.

Industry-University cooperation for pioneering overseas market contributes to improve the quality of manpower and the export performance. However, performance is showing that without exporting experience, exploring overseas market is not promising. Without systematic training and preparation, pioneering overseas market can be a waste of time and budget. I have conducted interviews with 30 participants in Industry-University cooperation for pioneering overseas market. As a result, I have derived a model for each phase of Industry-University cooperation. 8 stages of this model are student selection, cooperation company networking, student education, overseas market research, selection of trade fair, preparation of trade fair, dispatch of trade fair and follow-up management. Opinions of experts have been reflected and compiled to each suggested stage. Specific details can be applied directly to those affiliated who want to start the first or foremost pioneering overseas markets.

Since 2012, the government has attempted to stimulate the human resources businesses need and substantial R&D technology by promoting "Leaders in INdustry-university Cooperation" (LINC). They use the natural the relationship between industry and university develop and spread a variety of industry-university cooperation for mutual growth model leading universities and industries of the region. More than recent cooperation education, at the level of practical use, field oriented talent needed in the industry demand Internationalized talent which can become members of a global community cultivated with International perspective and insight. Furthermore, while currently each university's circumstances and the position is different, and while this strategy, each unique, individual, specific international level's Cooperation Education Plan is Established and operating actively, Governments and businesses will be able to train desired international academic centers' advanced talent. We have come to hope that this will act as an important factor in furthering national competitiveness.

In knowledge-based economies, the facilitation of knowledge diffusion among R&D performing actors has become the most important factor for the growth of national science and technology. Korea has strived for revitalizing R&D partnerships between public and private sectors since 1970, but results of KIS (Korean innovation survey) data analysis show that R&D cooperation with public institute or academic sector are not a great help to Korean firm's innovation on the whole. Especially, in small and medium sized firm, R&D partnerships with public sector do not have positive influence on their innovation. This implies policies of activating R&D partnership should be formulated based on firm's cooperation demand. In addition to this, discriminatory cooperation plans between large firms and small and medium sized firms are needed to raise the effectiveness of R&D partnership.

Innovation in local industries and the development of public services require, among other things, shared growth with the concept of regional co-prosperity. Regional co-prosperity is essentially aimed at bridging regional balance or regional gaps, which means a relationship that can achieve shared growth through complementary cooperation. In this study, cases using living labs were drawn based on the current status of industry-academic cooperation at the level of regional innovation and its policy implications were sought. Local governments are making various attempts to solve regional problems and enhance the linkage effect of securing mutual competitiveness through co-prosperity cooperation autonomously. In particular, an effective approach has been continued by activating the Living Lab Network, a problem-solving mechanism, focusing on pending regional issues. Above all, one of the strategies for regional development should be linked to the establishment of a cooperative system for win-win cooperation and policy means to support it. The activation of cooperative programs with local universities, companies and local governments and the case of problem-solving using living labs. Therefore, it suggested that active participation by various stakeholders and a cooperative governance model were needed to enable Living Lab.

최근 경기부진에 따른 고용악화로 실업이 늘고, 고학력자들과 청년실업의 문제는 심각한 사회문제로까지 부각되는 반면, 기업측면에서 보면 우수 인력자들의 부족 현상 또한 심각한 고용문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 국내 패션관련 학과에서는 우수한 패션디자이너와 기술자를 양성하는 산학협동 교육시스템을 운영하여 패션산업 현장에서 필요한 우수 전문인력을 양성하고, 산학공동협력 프로그램을 활성화하고 산학교류를 확대하여 졸업생들의 취업률을 향상시키고자 하는 움직임이 일고 있다. (중략)

Today, according to the increased importance of industry-university cooperation in the knowledge-based economy, support and the number of researches involved in industry-university cooperation has also steadily increased. But it is true that profits from the outcome of patents resulting from such cooperation, such as technology transfer and royalty fees, are lower than they are supposed to be, because of excessive patents applications, although some of them have little commercial potential. Therefore, this research aims to suggest a way to analyze and recognize patents, which enable efficient industry-university cooperation and technology transfer. For the analysis, data on 1,061 patents was collected from 4 different universities. With the data, a quality-strategy matrix was arranged targeting the industry-university cooperation foundations', US patents owned by universities, text mining, and social network analysis were carried out, particularly focusing on the patents in the advanced quality technology section of the matrix. Then core key words and IPC codes were obtained and key patents were analyzed by universities. As a result of the analysis, it was found that 4 key patents, 2 key IPC codes were drawn for University H, 4 key patents, 2 key IPC codes for University K, 6 key patents, 1 key IPC code for University Y, 14 key patents, and 2 key IPC codes for University S. This research is expected to have a great significance in contributing to the invigoration of industry-university cooperation based on the analysis result on patents and IPC codes, which enable efficient industry-university cooperation and technology transfer.

본 연구는 보령머드 활성화를 위한 사전연구로서, 보령의 바다진흙 소재를 활용하여 산업간 연계협력(바다 진흙+제조업+서비스업)으로 결합된 공동브랜드와 복합테마거리 조성을 통해서 산업간 융복합화를 실현하여 보령머드를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데, 연구의 주목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과, 충청남도의 화장품, 미용기기 용품 등의 연구개발 및 제조업과 뷰티서비스업, 의료 미용업들을 융복합화하여 보령의 장점인 고품질 천연자원(보령머드)를 활용해서, 보령머드축제를 연계시켜 산업간 공동브랜드를 개발하고, 보령머드 복합테마거리를 조성한다면 관련 기업의 성장은 물론, 지역의 고용창출효과가 커서 보령머드의 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 보인다.

본 논문에서는 전문대학 교육역량강화사업의 일환으로 수행된 교수의 산업체현장연수가 수업에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 산학협력활동 중에 교수의 산업체현장에서의 재교육 차원의 연수는 학생들의 취업, 현장실습, 교수의 연구활동, 기술지도 등 지역대학의 내실을 기하고 경쟁력 기반구축과 밀접한 연관성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 지속적인 교수 산업체현장연수를 통해 전문대학 학생의 수업 만족도 및 현장적응능력을 향상시켜 현장중심교육으로 접근함을 알 수 있었다.

This study focuses on Hokkaido University Research & Business Park in Japan as an example of establishing a regional innovation ecosystem on campus based on the outstanding research and university-industry collaboration capabilities of local universities in non-metropolitan areas with weak foundations for start-ups and corporate growth. Hokkaido University Research & Business Park established a mid-to long-term plan using the idle sites on campus, and was developed through a gradual development process since 2003. The promotion of university-industry collaboration was pursued through an industrial-based approach of establishing a bio-industry cluster considering the characterization of local universities and the foundation of local industries. It also provides various corporate support services through cooperative governance between local industry, universities, research institutes and the government. This strategy for creating Hokkaido University Research & Business Park provides important policy implications for various policies and projects that promote regional development by utilizing university campuses like the campus innovation park project.
