Development of an integrated amplifier for MATV/Satellite Broadcasting (SMATV를 위한 MATV/위성 방송 통합형 증폭기 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Recently n Korea, the House of Commons and terrestrial broadcasting facilities integrated with FM radio and the satellite compulsory was amended to transfer MATV(Master Antenna Television) adjusted by SMATV(Satellite Master Antenna Television). While the SMATV was accepted by default in most other countries, our county did not accept it as the default for broadcast. Because domestic cable and satellite television service providers are conflicts with their interest. bAs a result, the hybrid amplifier for SMATV technology development and volume production for the state is insufficient. Therefore, terrestrial television broadcast bands (54 ~ 806Mhz) and FM radio broadcast band (88 ~ 108Mhz) band satellite with (950 ~ 2150Mhz) to amplify the development of a broadband amplifier with subsequent resolution of problems is also presented in this study.

A Study on the Crack Prevention of the Floor Surface Finishing Mortar adding Chemical Admixtures in Apartment Houses (혼화제를 사용한 공동주택 바닥마감 모르타르의 균열저감에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, strengthening methods of floor surface finishing mortar are investigated to prevent the cracks using crack inhibitor agents, water reducer agent and resin. As a results, The number of crack and compressive strength of the specimen containing water reducer agent or resin had more effective than other specimens containing inhibitor agents at 7 days. And the highest compressive strength specimen showed the relatively no crack, but the lowest compressive strength specimen showed a lot of crack. Therefore the relationship between the crack growth and the compressive strength had proportional connection. A base on the mock-up test, long-term monitoring of the on-site applied to mixing design type3 showed the few cracks.

  • In Contemporary residential area, especially apartment commplex, crime affect the quality of life and sustainability of cities. So our interest is an all-time high in the role that planning processes and the design of the physical environment can play in reducing the opportunity for crime. The purpose of this study try to find the possibility of application of CPTED in Urban Apartment Complex. Recently, as increase of residencial density, diverse and new types of crime are increasing in urban apartment complex. It is the current of times which demand our serious consideration. This research focused on crime reduction through the physical environmental control methods. And the concepts and contents of CPTED are studied and the case studies of developed countries are surveyed. For groping in the practical application, researched into the case study of apartment blocks in medium sized city, Cheongju. Also Local crime prevention initiatives require partnership working, both between professionals and with local communities. The result of this study has implicated, increasing importance on daily safety issue in urban life and examining the possibility of applying crime prevention and reduction program and systems.

Analysis on General High School Locations for Opening Common Curriculum Courses based on High School Credit System: Focusing on Seoul (고교학점제에 따른 일반고의 공동교육과정 과목 개설학교 입지 분석: 서울시를 중심으로)

  • This study focused on searching for optimal locations for general high schools by considering the minimum move distance and the maximum student capacity upon starting a common curriculum based on a high school credit system by taking Seoul as an illustration. The main results were as follows. First, the results from P-median showed that the students' average move distance was below 625m when more than 30% of general high schools offer the common curriculum courses. In addition, the results from MCLP indicated that it was possible to hold all the students. Second, although all the universities located in Seoul open the common curriculum courses, it would not be available to hold all students. On the other hand, when more than 20% of the universities open the courses, MCLP indicated that it was possible to hold the same capacity. In addition, the Office of Education should support moving to the universities offering courses for students affiliated with high schools located in the southeastern area of Seoul and in poor transportation areas. It is expected that by suggesting a problem solving framework regarding space with a spatial optimization method, the study results can be used as a basic data for selecting schools offering common curriculum courses.

  • 우리나라에서의 기존 산학연 협력에 관한 연구는 주로 대학의 역할을 강조하였다. 그러나 출연(연)이 지난 $30^{\sim}40$년간 연구개발 수행과정에서 축적된 혁신역량을 국가차원에서 효율적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 특히 최근 들어 중소기업의 기술경쟁력 강화에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 시점에서 정부출연기관에 의한 중소기업 지원의 타당성과 필요성에 대하여 실증적으로 도출한 연구가 부족한 것이 사실이다. 이 연구는 기존의 추상적인 정책제안을 탈피하여 1,077개의 중소기업과 13개 정부연구기관의 373명의 연구원들을 대상으로 한 광범위한 설문조사를 분석하여 중소기업이 실질적으로 요구하는 기술의 유형과 지원의 형식 및 정부연구기관의 연구원들이 체감하는 기술공급의 문제점들을 중심으로 고찰하고자 한다. 설문조사결과 정부연구기관이 지역을 기반으로 한 중소기업과 대학 등 국가기술혁신체제 속의 연구개발주체들을 네트워크화 하여 기술지식과 정보의 유통, 활용을 촉진하는 매개체로서의 역할을 수행하여 지역혁신 지원 조직이 공동으로 지역 중소기업을 위한 산 학 연 종합기술지원 사업을 추진할 것을 요구함을 발견하였다.

A Study on the Decision Factors of Small and Medium Manufactures on Participation in the Coalitions Between Industry Firm and Research University - Focusing on Small.Medium Sized Firms in Kwangju.Chonnam Area- (중소기업의 디자인 산학협동 참여여부 및 참여방식의 결정요인에 관한 연구 - 광주.전남 지역의 중소기업을 중심으로 -)

  • This research investigates the factors of participatory activities in coalition between industy firms and research universities. An empirical analyses research was conducted with 375 sample small and medium sized firms in Kwangju-Chonnam area. The present conditions of the object firms' product design were explored in terms of competitive positions in markets. The results show that the object firms have not much engaged In the coalition with regional universities, but want to have a close relationship for the purpose of product design development. Several t- test analyses were employed to discriminate the groups of pro-colation and con-coalition between firm and university. The results indicate that the perception of design importance as competitive means and business success, the level of present design capability, and the possession of design patent were the important variables to differentiate the two groups. This research draws the implications to enhance the coalitions between firm and universities by utilizing the empirical results.

A Study on the Prediction of Civil Construction Cost on Apartment Housing Projects at the Early Stage (사업 초기단계에서 공동주택 토목공사비의 예측에 관한 연구)

  • At the early construction project stage, the most important task is to estimate planned construction costs analyzed with detailed information. Therefore, in this study, Apartment Housing Projects at the Early Stage of Civil Construction Cost of the reasonable and accurate predictions of the Regression analysis to 170 of actual Construction Cost, and dependent variable regression to Civil Construction Cost, location based national land area based on a combination of private land, union land, public land to the use of predictive models by various analyses of the ease and accuracy. As a result, Civil Construction Cost of Apartment Housing Projects by the regression formula for the error rate estimates in national land predictive model 15.59%, private land predictive model 17.53%, union land predictive model 21.86%, public land predictive model 13.08%.

  • This study is to consider a variety design methods and trends applied in the recent apartment housing design competitions for Sejong city. Because the Sejong city project housing design competitions were the most recent and foremost architectural firms and construction companies in Korea were participated in the Sejong city project. Therefore, the new design concepts should be used in the entry works of the design competitions, these analysis and valuations can be utilized for future and advanced housing estate design.

  • 지난 3월 경기도 용인 명지대에서 발족한 천연신기능성소재센터는 산학협동을 통해 기술집약적이면서 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 소재를 공동 개발하기 위해 50여명의 젊은 연구원들이 활발한 연구활동을 펴고 있다. 명지대 용인 캠퍼스 30만평중 5만평의 연구단지에 세워지는 이 연구센터는 경기도와 제휴, 지역경제 발전에도 이바지하게 될 것이다.

Development of PTSD Web-based learning (소방공무원을 위한 외상후스트레스장애(PTSD) 웹기반교육 개발)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 소방공무원이 현장에서 겪는 충격 스트레스로 발생하는 외상 후 스트레스장애 (posttraumatic stress disorder, PTSD) 분석을 통해 위기상황 스트레스 해소 교육 프로그램 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하는 데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 독립변인(업무부담감, 스트레스, 스트레스 대응) 3개, 매개변인(현장충격 스트레스) 1개, 종속변인(신체적 증상)으로 구성하여 영향력을 파악하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 전국 970명 소방공무원으로 2007년 3월부터 12월까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 14.0과 구조방정식 모형인 AMOS 7.0 통계패키지를 사용하였으며, 정확한 코딩데이터의 입력확인을 위해 데이터클리닝(data cleaning) 작업을 실시하였다. 가설검증을 위하여 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시한 결과, 업무부담감, 스트레스, 현장충격 스트레스가 낮고, 스트레스 대응이 높을 때 신체적 증상이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 서울소방학교와 공동으로 총 10개 차시로 웹기반 교육을 구성하였으며, 2010년 1월부터 소방공무원 전체를 대상으로 웹기반 교육을 실시하고자 한다.
