중소기업 조직구성원의 조직문화와 자기효능감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향: 잡 크래프팅의 매개효과를 중심으로

  • 최근 4차산업혁명으로 산업계에 전반적으로 확산하고 있는 디지털트랜스포메이션과 코로나19로 인한 장기적인 경기 불황의 여파로 대응 역량이 제한적일 수밖에 없는 중소기업의 어려움이 갈수록 심화하고 있다. 중소기업은 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해 경영혁신과 함께 조직구성원들의 역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 노력을 지속하고 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 성장과 조직구성원의 역량 향상은 국가 경제에 매우 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이에 조직구성원의 자발적인 참여와 동기부여를 통해 직무만족도를 높이고 조직성과를 창출하려는 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업의 조직문화와 조직구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족도와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 잡 크래프팅의 매개 역할 여부를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직문화와 자기효능감이 중소기업의 잡 크래프팅을 활성화하고, 활성화된 잡 크래프팅이 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 경영환경 아래서 중소기업의 지속적인 생존과 성장을 위해 자기주도적으로 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는 잡 크래프팅을 매개변수로, 그리고 조직구성원의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 직무만족도를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

  • 국제교역량 증가에 따라 국제물류현장 또한 점차 고도화 되어 가고 있다. 현재의 교육과정은 산업현장에서 요구되는 역량을 갖춘 인재를 육성하기에는 한계점이 있다고 평가된다. 다수의 선행연구 및 전문가 자문을 바탕으로 국제물류인력의 기능을 정의하고 직무를 분석하였다. 포워더를 비롯한 국제물류인력에게 물류기획, 물류영업, 물류운영, 물류정보시스템 등의 핵심역량이 요구되지만 업종별, 경력별, 근무지별, 기업규모별로 우선순위에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Effect of internal and external capabilities and activities of a company on absorptive capacity and performance (기업의 내부 및 외부역량과 활동이 흡수역량과 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Innovation is essential for the survival of a company in the fierce competitive environment of the global era of borders along with rapid technological development and changes from the environment. It is very important to secure your own competitive advantage. In this study, the relationship between internal R&D capability and organizational support as a company internal factor and external R&D capability, external knowledge search, and absorptive capability as a company external factor on performance was examined. As a result of the analysis, it was found that internal R&D capability, organizational support, and external knowledge search had a significant effect on absorptive capability, and innovation performance had a positive effect on new product performance. However, the mediating effect of absorptive capacity has not been verified, suggesting that absorptive capacity has a low correlation between innovation performance and new product performance, or that other important factors act between absorptive capacity and performance variables. The results of this study are expected to be utilized as useful guidelines when establishing R&D strategies in companies.

Perception Difference on the Accounting Officer Competence among Accounting Educators, Accounting Officers and CEOs (회계교육자, 회계담당자 및 경영자의 회계담당자 역량에 대한 인식차이)

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution when ICT and convergence are emphasized, companies want talented people with a wide range of complex problem solving competencies, system competencies as well as major knowledge. This study examined the difference in perceived competency needed for future accounting officers using 166 valid questionaries prepared with 4 factors based on previous researches. The result shows that the workers, who majored in accounting and have more than 5 years of company experience, and the CEOs think the social competence is the most important while the accounting professors think the major competence is the most important qualification. These results indicate that, in order to reflect the industrial needs, the colleges should change their accounting major curriculums to provide various competences such as the social competence in addition to the basic major competence.

  • The changes triggered by the fourth industrial revolution will change society in ways we have never seen before. Accordingly, our education should be able to prepare for a new future in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. For the students' futures, this study presented a curriculum to improve core competencies of future talents based on analyse of current education content and related education fields. To achieve this goal, this study was carried out in the following steps. First, core competencies of future talents and the current curriculum were analyzed. Second, the educational curriculum's goals, contents, and systems were developed to enhance future talent capabilities. Third, the developed curriculum was applied in the field to verify its effectiveness. This study may be used as a reference for future education and the development of future human resources.

  • 본 논문에서는 VR 콘텐츠의 확장 전망에 따라 콘텐츠 몰입과 경험을 향상시키기 위한 VR-UI 디자이너를 양성하기 위해 필요한 교육내용에 대해서 고찰하였다. 본 교의 교육과정 개발절차에 따라 역량을 설정하고, VR-UI 개발 프로세스를 정립하여 각 단계에서 필요한 역량을 충족시키기 위해 학습해야 할 내용과 이에 따라 학습이 필요한 소프트웨어와 VR-UI디자이너를 위한 교육내용에서 반드시 포함되어야 하는 내용에 대래서 정리했다. 시대가 요구하는 VR-UI 디자이너의 양성을 위해 게임개발자를 위한 역량에 더해 차세대 콘텐츠 제작 역량을 갖추고, 시뮬레이션을 적극적으로 시행할 수 있는 교육내용으로의 개선이 필요하다.

An analysis of determinants for artificial intelligence industry competitiveness (인공지능 산업의 국가 경쟁력 결정요인 분석)

  • This study analyzed the determinants influencing competitiveness of artificial intelligence industry of Korea. Analysis showed that the factors having the greatest influence on the national competitiveness of the artificial intelligence industry were, in decreasing order of importance, R&D, capital, and ICT competitiveness. Given the capital-intensive characteristic of the artificial intelligence technology, it is important to enhance the national R&D capacity in artificial intelligence technology and ICT, and to make substantial investments in the establishment of related infrastructure. Considering that the development and utilization of ICT infrastructure serves as the basis for artificial intelligence technology, the high standards of Korean consumers are expected to have a positive catalytic effect on the acquisition of national competitiveness for the artificial intelligence industry. For companies to respond in a timely manner to the rapid dissemination and high impact of artificial intelligence technology, they must prepare for such advancements by improving their competencies.

  • This study describes the relationship between analysis of global competencies and multiple intelligences among nursing students for the fourth industrial revolution. The survey was conducted to nursing students. and 733 samples were finally applied. Result, Global Competencies in male students significantly higher than women students. There were statically significant association between Global Leader Competency and Multiple Intelligence. Conclusion: This study showed multiple intelligence had relation with Global Leader Competency Therefore, strategy needs to reflect nursing curriculum and education program in nursing students.

Analysis of Competency Research Trends of Professional Instructors by Industrial Sector in Korea (국내 산업 분야별 전문강사 역량 연구 동향 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of research on professional instructor competency by industry field conducted in Korea and to explore the direction necessary for future research to develop. Method: We searched the domestic Research Information Service (RISS) and DBpia for the topics of 'instructor' and 'competence', and selected 75 papers for analysis. We analyzed the 75 papers by year, research subject, research method type, and research topic. Result: First, the research began in 2003 and has been conducted consistently since 2011, with 11 papers published in 2022, the largest number of studies. Second, the majority of studies targeted lifelong education instructors, followed by cultural arts education instructors. Third, the research methods were similarly utilized in the order of quantitative research, mixed research, and qualitative research. Fourth, Research topics on competency derivation, educational needs analysis, competency enhancement, and policy were conducted most frequently. Conclusion: This study confirmed that competency research was conducted on instructors in various fields. In future studies, many studies should be conducted on the competency of safety education instructors in all fields, including disaster safety, which has become increasingly important due to social and environmental changes.
