제주지역은 8,000여종의 생물종다양성 자원을 가진 생물유전자원의 보고로 알려져 있으며, 종다양성자원을 활용한 산업개발 잠재력이 크다고 평가 받고 있다. 특히 아열대 생물자원에 대한 산업개발 가치는 매우 높다 할 수 있다. 현재, 제주지역 생물산업 분야 연구인력은 430여명, 연간 학 석 박사 졸업생은 600여 명으로 전문인력 배출면에서 양적으로는 풍부한 상황이며, 도내 생물산업 관련 연구기관은 45개로 양적으로는 적은 편이 아니나 질적인 측면에서는 기술혁신역량이 다소 부족 형편이다. 도내 생물산업체는 250여 개로 대부분 저부가가치 농수산물 단순가공 및 식품가공업이나, 최근에 향장품산업체를 포함하는 중견기업이 유치되고 있다. 특히, 지방산업기술 혁신을 통한 지역 산업간 기술 격차를 완화하여 광역경제권 실현을 앞당기고 지역 균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화에 기여하기 위한 사업으로 제주의 다양한 생물자원을 활용한 건강 뷰티 생물산업을 지역 특화산업으로 육성하기 위해 산업화 소재를 발굴하고 기술개발을 전담하는 연구기관이 절실하게 필요함에 따라 국가균형발전 및 지역산업기술 고도화를 위한 지식경제부의 지자체연구소육성사업계획으로 제주생물종다양성연구소가 설립되었으며, 본 연구소에서는 생물자원 정보 구축, 보존 관리 체계 확립으로 생물주권을 확보하고 1, 3차산업 중심의 산업구조를 개선 및 기업 유치 보육을 통한 건강 뷰티 생물산업 육성을 목표로 고용창출 및 균형발전에 이바지 하고 있다. 현재, 제주생물종다양성연구소는 (재)제주테크노파크 부설연구소로 통합 운영 중에 있으며, 제주 향토생물자원 산업화 거점 연구기관으로서 제주자생식물 및 잉여 농수산물을 활용한 기능성 제품 개발 지원, 향토생물자원 발굴 및 고부가가치 산업 소재화 기술개발을 통해 향토산업 육성 등 지역 경제발전에 이바지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구소에서 수행 중인 제주 특산 향토자원을 이용한 산업화 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

This study aims to understand the relation between the perceived social exchange of employees in service industry, which is focused on food service industry, and the organizational citizenship behavior, and to consider the efficiency of human resources management in service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, a documentary study and an empirical study based on a structural equation model analysis were carried out. In this study, the social exchange consist of perceived leader support, perceived coworker support, and perceived organization support. Also the organizational citizenship behavior consist of organizational citizenship behavior for individual and organizational citizenship behavior for organization. And then, the relation between the variables was found out. Finally, based upon the results of analysis, this study was suggested for human resources management in service industry.

현재 전력산업의 패러다임은 늘어나는 전력수요를 발전소 등 전력설비를 증설해 대응하는 것에서 벗어나, 전력수요를 적절히 관리해 수요 증가세를 억제함으로써 전력수급의 안정화를 이루겠다는 방향으로 전환됐다. 이에 지난달 25일 개설된 수요자원 거래시장은 매우 특별한 의미를 갖는다. 발전자원만을 유일한 공급원으로 거래하던 현행 전력시장에서, 발전자원과 수요자원을 통합해 거래하는 시장으로 전환됨을 뜻하기 때문이다. 수요자원 거래시장에 대해 자세히 알아본다.

To investigate the current status of aggregate industry in Korea, the law of aggregate gathering, the law of forest management, the aggregate statistics of demand and supply in recent years, and market price of aggregate were reviewed. It is conformed that the forest aggregate industry is developing year by year and leading the industry. In addition, in order to well understanding about aggregate industry, the production system and process of the Whaseong forest aggregate quarry were introduced.

This study aims to increase effectiveness of human resources management of food service industry by identifying relationships if influence among leadership of manager supervisor, employee' empowerment and organizational effectiveness in food service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, documentary study and empirical study using a structural equation model analysis was conducted. Based upon the relationships among leadership, empowerment and organizational effectiveness in food service industry, comprehensive methods for human resources management can be presented.

해양 자원을 활용하여 국민의 건강과 질병 관리를 목적으로 하는 해양치유산업은 연안의 기초지자체의 지역개발 사업의 일환으로 지역의 일거리 창출과 경제 활성을 목표로 한다. 해양치유 전문인력은 해양치유 자원의 발굴과 해양치유 자원의 활용에 대한 전문 지식은 물론 해부학과 생리학을 비롯한 의학지식도 갖추고 있어야 한다. 해양치유 전문인력 양성 프로그램 개발에는 이같은 교육내용은 물론 지역사회의 인력시장에 대한 수요조사 분석과 유관 직종의 양성 프로그램에 대한 비교분석도 포함되야 한다.....

Given that China's resource research, exploration and development and resource economy policies are closely related to Korea's industrial competitiveness in the field of global mineral energy resources, it is important to establish the domestic and overseas resource development strategies. In 2020, China will revise and set standards for mineral resources to ensure efficiency in exploration and development and storage management. China's Ministry of Natural Resources has established the National Mineral Resources Plan (2021-2025), aiming to achieve national goals and strategies, and local governments at all levels are also establishing and implementing regional mineral resources plans. As a result, the supervision and management of geological mineral exploration activities have been strengthened, and the safety of industrial production management in the field of geological mineral exploration and development has been strengthened. China has developed guidelines for high-quality geological exploration, surveying and mapping, improved the level of geological mineral exploration and strengthened the mining supervision and management system. According to China's standardization of mineral resources such as solid mineral resources and petroleum gas mineral resources, a new standard system for resource management will be established in China to improve scientific understanding, rational management and utilization.

Through COVID-19, the importance of supply chain management of raw material minerals has been maximized. In particular, supply chain management is important for rare metals, which are difficult to manage demand and supply, in order to secure raw materials for the parts and materials industry that Korea is actively promoting. In this study, a system was established and evaluated to select Critical minerals that need to respond to Korea's industrial structure and global risks by quantifying tangible and intangible risk factors. Global Supply Concentration, Supplying country risk, Policy Social Environment Regulation, Domestic Import Instability, Risk responsiveness, Market Scale, Demand Fluctuation and Economic Importance were evaluated as evaluation indicators. The degree of risk and risk impact were quantitatively measured using the criticality matrix-criticality level. After evaluating 40 types of minerals used in domestic new growth businesses, 15 types of Critical minerals(Li, Pt, Co, V, REE, Mg, Mo, Cr, Ti, W, C, Ni, Al, Mn, Si) in Korea were selected. The results are expected to be used to establish policies to strengthen resource security and to make decisions to form a company's raw material portfolio.
