기존 산업 및 게임분야에서 사용하던 M&S(Modeling and Simulation) 기술이 국방 분야로 확대되어 다양한 연구 개발이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 군사 선진국들에 비해 우리군은 시뮬레이션 표준 기술 구조가 부재하여 상호운용성과 재사용성이 다소 부재하다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 위한 모델링이 다소 현실감이 떨어지고, 역동적이지 못하다는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 재사용성과 상호운용성을 향상시키기 위해 DIS 표준구조에 맞추어 아키텍처를 구성하고, 3D MAX와 Open Flight 엔진을 활용하여 역동적이고 현실감 있는 모델링 제작하였다. 또 VR Vantage의 3D Viewer를 통해 제작된 모델링 오브젝트가 정상 구동되는지 확인하였다.

세계적인 산업 디자이너 카림 라시드는 서울을 '핫 핑크;라고 정의했다. 하루가 다르게 변하는 역동성이 터질 것 같은 핫 핑크와 비슷하다는, 그만의 주관적인 정의다. 서울을 살고 있는, 혹은 살았던 예술가에게 서울이란 도시는 어떤 이미지일까. 푸근함일 수도 있고, 비평의 대상일 수도 있고 오히려 다른 도시를 그리워하게 만드는 마땅찮은 현실일 수도 있을 것이다.

This study aims to identify the change of customer participation(CP) which is essential to the service industry as the relationship between the customer and the employee develops. The latent growth modeling analysis based on the longitudinal data is utilized to examine the pattern of the change. This is based on the fact that CP needs to be understood in the relationship and is to confirm the change in CP by the development of the relationship. Given the dynamics of the relationship, we intend to overcome the limitations of previous cross-sectional researches by revealing the trajectory of CP in the relationship through the longitudinal data. We also want to examine which variables in the relationship can facilitate changes of CP. Research has shown that CP is significantly changed with the development of the relationship when we analyzed it through latent growth modeling. This confirms that CP needs to be understood in the relationship. In addition, 'relationship proneness' variable and 'dependence to provider' variable have positive effects on the initial values of CP, but they have not been established to promote the changes of CP. Consequently, when considering the dynamics of relationships, it is important to recognize that CP is also dynamic. This study sought to get out of the cross-sectional and fragmented understanding of CP that is dynamic. Through this, we would like to propose the successful operation of the customer management program of service firms in relation to CP. This will lead to the success of service encounter where appropriate CP levels at each stage of relationship development can be achieved.

This study aims to analyze an evolutionary path and the dynamics of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex in Korea based on the analysis of cluster life cycles. From the mid 1960s to the late 1990s, the life cycles and their characteristics of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex (Guro Industrial Park) are examined as emergence-growth-sustainment-decline focused on the number of firms and employees. After the late 1990s, the number of firms and employees increases rapidly and the active actors of the growth and restructuring are transformed to the technology-intensive SMEs and knowledge-based service firms. Knowledge industry centers (apartment-type factories) help evolve into the life cycle of transformation as knowledge-based clusters after the mid 2000s.

한미FTA 협상이 가속화되면서 자동차산업에 어떠한 영향을 미칠지가 초미의 관심사로 부상하고 있다. 지난 호에 한미FTA가 타이어산업에 미칠 영향에 대해 살펴 보았으나, 이번 호에서는 우리 타이어의 주요 수출시장인 미국 자동차산업의 근황과 글로벌 소싱 현황에 대해서 살펴보도록 한다. 지피지기면 백전불퇴라 했으나, 아직까지도 우리는 미국 자동차산업에 대해 정확히 이해하지 못하고 있는 듯하다. 최근 자동차산업이 한미FTA의 수혜산업중 하나로 평가되면서 노동계와 일부 식자들은 근거없는 논리를 바탕으로 국내 자동차산업의 피해를 주장하고 있다. 자동차산업은 다양한 산업과의 연관성 뿐 아니라 수 많은 전략을 바탕으로 성장하고 있는 역동적인 산업이다. 따라서 한미FTA가 자동차산업에 미칠 영향을 정확히 분석하기 위해서는 관세 및 비관세 철폐의 효과 뿐 아니라 양국 정부의 자동차 산업정책, 산업의 구조, 경쟁의 주체인 기업의 경쟁력 수준 및 전략과 소비자들의 선호도 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 정태적인 영향과 동태적인 영향을 분석할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 미국 자동차산업의 근황과 글로벌 소싱 현황에 대해 살펴보고 이러한 글로벌 소싱이 한미FTA 자동차분야 협상에 미칠 영향에 대해 살펴 본 후 시사점을 도출해 보기로 한다.

최근 제약 및 바이오 분야는 국내 외 환경변화로 인해 역동적인 모습을 보이고 있다. 국내외 매출규모 상위 제약회사(국외 10개, 국내 11개 기업)와 유망 바이오회사(국외 8개, 국내 7개 기업)를 분석해본 결과, 기존과 다른 혁신적인 모습이 관찰되었다. 즉 제약 및 바이오 분야 기업들의 기존 블록버스터 비즈니스 모델은 관련 특허가 곧 만료됨에 따라 붕괴되고, 새로운 신약개발을 위해 치열한 경쟁이 시작되어 새로운 차원의 비즈니스 모델이 구상되고 있다. 따라서 새로운 형태로 생명공학계와 제약 산업 간의 '협업' 및 '분업' 구조가 나타나게 되었으며, 이는 오픈 이노베이션이라는 개념과 함께 구체화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 '91~'11년 동안의 제약 및 바이오 분야의 기술혁신 패턴과정을 Utterback & Abernathy의 시계열적 기술혁신 패턴의 개념으로 설명하고, 특허 전문 DB인 Thomson Reuters사의 Aureka를 활용하여 약 20년 동안의 주요 제약 및 바이오 기업들의 R&D 분야 변화 및 융합되는 모습 등을 분석하였다. 또한, 각 종 시장분석자료를 재종합하여 관련 기업의 M&A 및 라이센싱 규모를 파악하고, 더 나아가 새롭게 등장한 바이오-파마(Bio-Pharma)의 오픈 이노베이션의 유형을 분석하였다.

Innovation clusters developed or evolved around a specific region IS the key element of national innovation system and determine national competitiveness. Recognizing the importance of innovation clusters, Korean government has made "Daedeok Special R&D Zone" in 2005. This paper examines the success factors of famous Cluster in advanced countries and China, and proposes the strategy for regional development in Daejeon through boosting Daedeok Innovation Cluster. Although 30.5% of government R&D investment is being concentrated in Daedeok along with 10% of the country's doctorate degree holders, it is lack of increasing revenue by linking corporate R&D with a creative and challenging entrepreneur spirit. The core of the innovation cluster is the integration and mutual networking of the main participants. This paper suggests strategies for developing as a world class innovation cluster, global networking and clustering, venture ecosystem formation, commercialization the knowledge by interacting with market. It also explains the necessity of regional integration for cluster to cluster linkages in the East Asia Region.

많은 조직들이 과부하 상태의 웹사이트를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 콘텐츠의 분량은 산업과 기업의 규모에 따라 다양하지만 관리 필요성 및 시급성은 공통적이다. 고객과 직원 및 비즈니스 파트너는 조직의 규모에 대해서는 관심이 없다. 그들이 원하는 것은 역동적이고 개별적이며 정확한 정보이다.많은 시스템들이 웹콘텐츠 관리 및 광범위한 기업의 콘텐츠 관리에 필요한 사항들을 제공하고 있지만 2만 5000달러 이하의 가격으로 구매할 수 있는 것은 많지 않다. 이 글에서 저비용으로 웹콘텐츠를 관리할 수 있는 방안을 소개한다.

This study attempts to identify how the value network of mobile industry has evolved in the value creating process. The longitudinal case study on SK Telecom was conducted by measuring the SK Telecom's investment structure during from 1999 to 2008. Results show that the convergence services based on the advanced mobile networks changed the revenue structure, and enabled SK Telecom to reposition as a media company. For the value creation, SK Telecom's value network has flexibly adapted to convergence environment through dynamic asset reconfiguration.

한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소는 울산 경남지역 최초의 화력발전소로 1970~80년대 산업발전 중흥기부터 지금까지 산업분야에 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위해 만전을 기해오고 있다. 또한 발전소건설 이후 체계적인 안전관리 활동을 통해 무재해 사업장으로서의 면모를 다져나가고 있는 것은 물론 안전선진문화를 선도하는 사업장으로서의 입지도 착실히 구축해 오고 있다. 영남화력발전소의 슬로건은 "창의와 역동적인 사업소 구현"이다. 그리고 다음과 같은 분야별 기본방침을 설정하여 모든 업무의 최우선에 적용하고 있다. 첫째, 안전분야로서 '인간존중, 인명중시, 3무(무재해, 무사고, 무상해) 달성', 둘째, 품질분야로서 '설비안전성 및 수익성 제고, 국제표준에 부합하는 물질 경영체제 구축', 셋째 환경분야로서 '환경경영 선진화로 녹색성장 추구 선도적 환경관리로 기업이미지 제고' 등이 그것이다. 인간존중의 이념을 최우선으로 내세우고 있다는 것을 볼 때 이곳이 안전경영을 얼마나 중시하고 있는지 쉽게 짐작해볼 수 있다. 화력발전소로서 규모가 크지는 않지만 구성원 모두가 가족적인 분위기 속에서 신명나는 직장분위기를 조성하려 노력한다는 한국남부발전(주) 영남화력발전소를 찾아가 봤다.
