A Study on the Environment Conscious Logistic System for Economy Base Construction Under Resources Circulation (자원순환형 경제사회기반 구축을 위한 기업의 환경 친화적 물류시스템 실태)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistic system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistic management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced environment friendly logistic system. To examine Korean companies' environment conscious logistic system, we made survey form which is consist of 82 questionnaires and 154 companies have participated for this. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistic system in Korea.

  • 도금공업은 공업기반기술의 하나로서 기계 및 소재산업의 최종 마무리 공정으로 중요시 되고 있으나 운전중 기술의 특성에 의하여 중금속이 함유된 도금폐수를 방출하게 되어 인체 및 생태계에 매우 유해한 산업중의 하나이다. 기존의 도금폐수처리 방븝으로 침전 응집법이 있으나 이는 사용되는 약품의 양이 많고, 슬러지를 배출하여 2차 공해를 유발하므로 완전한 처리 방법이라 할 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 국내 도금폐수의 현황을 조사한바 도금폐수중 배출양이 가장 많은 아연계폐수를 대상으로 RO Membrane를 사용하여 실험하였다. RO Membrane으로 실험하였을때 아연이온은 Retentate로 분리 농축되고 Permeate는 재생수로 순환 사용할 수 있는 도금폐수의 무배출 처리공정(Zero-Discharge System) 개발을 존 연구의 목적으로 하였다.

  • The Artificial Intelligence Lab of Industrial Engineering Department, Korea University is continuing to develop expert systems for quality control methods such as acceptance control, process control and reliability analysis. As a series of these efforts, The Artificial Intelligence Lab of Industrial Engineering Department, Korea University is continuing to develop expert systems for quality control methods such as acceptance control, process control and reliability analysis. As a series of these efforts, this paper concerns an expert system for design of experiment. The system includes factorial experiments, response surface methodology and Taguchi method. PROLOG is used as a language with dBASE III+ for the data base management system and C for calculations and graphics. This system selecting the appropriate method and analyzing the data obtained can be implemented on an IBM PC 386 or a higher level machine.

  • This paper presents a navigation method for a mobile robot which can follow a path drawn on a monitor screen. The current position and heading direction of the mobile robot are obtained using a single camera from a single image of the guide mark projected on a convex mirror. This proposed method eliminates the need to rotate or tilt the camera to track the guide mark, because the convex mirror and a stationary camera provide a panoramic view of the surrounding area. As guide marks, fluorescent lamps on the ceiling, door frames, or any other natural line segment can be used without adding any artificial elements to them.

  • 본 논문에서는 산업단지에 공정증기를 공급하는 열병합 발전소 건설에 대한 타당성 분석시 적용되는 기초 경제성 분석에 대한 것으로, 인근의 타 열병합 발전소에서 잉여열을 수열받고 중압급전을 하였을 경우 매전수익 및 기타 소요 금액 산출을 통해 연간 발생되는 발전소 경제성 평가에 목적이 있다. 시스템 구성은 순환유동층보일러, 증기터빈, 복수기, 급수펌프, 탈기기 및 급수가열기 그리고 수처리 설비로 구성되어 있다. 중앙급전 지시를 받을 경우 열원설비인 보일러는 최대부하로 운전되기 때문에 이때 전력생산량이 증가하였으며, 수열을 받을 경우도 수열된 증기는 탈기기 및 급수가열기 등의 열원 및 증기터빈으로 공급되기 때문에 전력생산량이 증가하였다.

  • RFID 기술은 사물이나 생활공간에 대한 정보를 정확하고 손쉽게 수집할 수 있도록 하며, 종래 산업에 융합하여 지능형 정보 서비스를 제공하는 지식서비스 사회의 기반 인프라이다. 유통 물류 공급망은 산업계의 핵심 순환체계로서, 원자재에서 상품으로 생산되어 최종 사용자에 이르는 복합 프로세스와 다양한 구성원들로 구성되기 때문에, 물류 공급망의 상태와 정보를 정확히 수집 및 공유하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 최근 주목 받고 있는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술은 상품 재고 및 자산관리 등 물류 공급망 프로세스를 RFID 인프라를 이용하여 관제함으로써, 물류 공급망에서 수집한 정보의 신뢰성과 프로세스 효율을 향상시키는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 고에서는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술의 개념 및 요구사항을 분석하고, 국내외 기술 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

  • In this paper we consider the CSP requirements determination problem of new equipment(machine) system. For the newly procured equipment systems, mathematical analyses are made for the system which is constructed with the consumable parts and the repairable parts to derive the associated CSP requirement determination model in mathematical expression. Based on these analyses, a mathematical model Is derived for making an optimal CSP requirement determination subject to the constraint of satisfying any given operational availability limitation. We assume that the failure of a part follows a Poisson process and the repair time has an exponential distribution. Firstly, the operational availability concept in CSP is defined and the relation between the general system availability and the operational availability is established. Secondly, the problem is formulated as the cost minimization problem that should satisfy the operational availability limitation, and then, using the generalized Lagrange multipliers method, the optimal solution procedure Is derived.

A study of backward-facing step flow in a rectangular duct (후향계단이 있는 사각덕트 내부의 유동특성 연구)

  • This study is to analyze turbulent flow over a backward-facing step in a rectangular duct. The side wall effects on the internal flow were determined by varying the aspect ratio(defined as the step span-to-height ratio) from 1 to 20. In the flow behind a backward-facing step, separation, recirculation and redeveloping is occurred frequently. These phenomena appear in a particular variation by varying the aspect ratio. The results show that the aspect ratio has an influence on the velocity and reattachment length. When the AR is increased, the reattachment length is increased. For 6 over aspect ration, the rate of increase is decreased. The length of recirculation in the upper corner is increased, as the increase of aspect ration. It's width is not changed in the variation of aspect ration. The transverse, streamwise and spanwise velocities were decreased along the flow down stream of the step.

  • An approximation algorithm is presented for cyclic queueing networks with finite buffers. The algorithm decomposes the queueing network into individual queues with revised arrival and service process and revised queue capacity. Then, each queue is analyzed in isolation. The service process reflects the additional delay a unit might undergo due to blocking and the arrival process is described by a 2-phases Coxian ($C_2$) distribution. The individual queues are modelled as $C_2/C_2$/1/B queues. The parameters of the individual queues are computed approximately using an iterative scheme. The population constraint of the closed network is taken into account by ensuring that the sum of the average queue lengths of the individual queues is equal to the number of customers of the network. Extensive numerical experiments show that this method provides a fairly good estimation of the throughput.

  • In this paper, a computational analysis using a lumped system model is performed to investigate the hemodynamics of coronary circulation under the operation of T-PLS relevant to the cardiac arrest cases. The coronary circulation system is assumed to be comprised of three compartments: coronary arteries, coronary capillaries, and coronary veins. The effect of myocardial muscle contraction or relaxation is represented by temporal variations in the bias pressure. To verify the present method, we analyzed the coronary circulation for normal case and then compared the results with the existing data. Numerical results on the cardiac arrest model showed that T-PLS can increase LAD flow significantly.
