Arduino is a small microcomputer that is used in a variety of industry fields and especially is widely used as an open source hardware IoT device. The multi-tasking method of Arduino is divided into super loop timing and RTOS thread method. The super loop timing method is simple and easy to understand. However, when one task is long, it affects the execution of the next task. In addition, RTOS threading has the advantage of being able to run without being influenced by other work time. However, Arduino, a small microcomputer, has a disadvantage in that, when the number of threads increases, the context switching time of the thread causes additional time not included in the super loop timing method have. In this paper, we use Arduino Uno R3 and FreeRTOS to analyze these different features, and the task for the experiment is to send 8000 digital signals to the built-in LED port. If two tasks of the same size are executed, the super loop method executes 3 ms faster than FreeRTOS multitasking. If multiple tasks are executed simultaneously, superloop type task is sequential execution and difference in execution time between first task and last task is large. FreeRTOS method can be executed concurrently, but execution time delay of about 30 ms occurs in context switching time.
Due to changes in the distribution industry, inner harbors have been on a sharp decline in the recent past. However, through the application of the right development plans, such harbors can be revitalized into vibrant urban areas again. The importance of inner harbors has been recognized by the relevant authorities in Korea which are now pushing forward with redevelopment plans for its inner harbors. This study proposes a new approach to redevelopment plans based on the recognition that inner harbors have unique characteristics involving both inland areas and the ocean. In the study, representative inner harbors were selected and analyzed comparatively according to two distinct concepts of location: the Gateway Concept and the Central Place Concept. Based on these concepts, the conditions of the inner harbors were examined. Their location can be typed, and development directions were proposed according to their types and conditions. However, difficult points such as isolation and separation between an urban district and the harbor area, can be obstructions to their potential revival. An inner harbor needs to be considered as an intermediary, connecting place between the ocean and the city, not as another ordinary development area. In addition, a redevelopment plan should be accompanied by a strategic viewpoint to make the most of this feature.
MDF was treated on the surface of MDF with fire retardant lacquer, water-soluble flame retardant coat and water-soluble wood cover on the MDF wood, and the pyrolysis characteristics and the atmospheric noxious gas generation characteristics were investigated by using the large capacity thermal analyzer. As a result of investigating pyrolysis and combustion gas generation characteristics after treatment of 0.11 / 11.55 g in terms of mass ratio, it was found that combustion starting time was slightly longer than that of pure MDF in the case of treatment with fire retardant lacquer. The combustion temperature was increased from $340^{\circ}C$ to $450^{\circ}C$. The pyrolysis and combustion gas generation characteristics of the MDF wood treated with the aqueous flame retardant coat showed the changes in combustion starting time and temperature from $260^{\circ}C$ to $542^{\circ}C$ for about 26 minutes at the mass ratio of 0.13 / 11g. Also, when the commercially available waterproof wood cover was treated with 0.13 / 11.55 g of MDF, the sudden weight change tended to increase from $300^{\circ}C$ to $370^{\circ}C$ and showed a second change at approximately $500^{\circ}C$.
As the technology commercialization of American universities has been greatly activated since the implementation of the Bayh Dole Act, that of Korean universities has been steadily increasing since the enactment of the Technology Transfer Promotion Act of 2000, due to numerous related laws, government support programs, and accumulated experience of technology transfer. However, the level of technology commercialization of domestic universities is still insufficient in comparison to that of advanced countries such as the United States. So, in this study, we tried to identify factors promoting technology transfer and start-ups in Korean universities by examining domestic prior researches carried out since 2000 using SLR (Systematic Literature Review) methodology. As a result of our analysis, researches in the field of technology transfer were the most studied while papers on start-up are actively increasing recently. As for factors influencing commercialization of technology, internal and external factors were identified. The former were categorized as human resource, technology and knowledge resource, financial resource, managing resource and strategy, university type, and education and culture, while the latter were grouped into consumer, region, and infrastructure. And then detailed factors were integrated in each field by systematic mapping. Our study has its meaning in that it systematically accumulated the results of researches on technological commercialization of Korean universities and identified areas that are lacking or need additional research. And the integrated promoting factors for technology transfer or start-up can also be used as a checklist for universities or public institutes.

This study is aimed to find out the effect of PAPS-D on physical fitness of developmental disabled students who participated of Inline skate program. The subject of this study was 10 middle and high school students diagnosed as developmental disability. The subject attended a total of 32 classes twice a week for 16 weeks and the class was 1 hour each time. Improvement of physical fitness was assessed based on PAPS-D program developed by the Department of Education science in 2016 except for obesity measurement; cardio pulmonary function (walking in 6 minutes), flexibility (seated forward bend, clasped hand behind the back), muscle function (sit-up) and agility (standing long jump). To find out the interaction between control group and experimental group, two-way repeated measure ANOVA was used. As a result, there was a statistically significant relation in cardio pulmonary function and agility but not in flexibility and muscle function. 3 variables (cardio pulmonary function, flexibility and muscle function) among 4 variables showed positive effect of Inline skate program on physical fitness while one variable which was agility showed decreased result in post-test. Based on the results of three variables that were found to have improved in the pre post-examination, the result of this study indicates positive effect of Inline skating program on physical fitness of developmentally disabled students.

In this article, concepts, types, and aspects of geological heritage with increasing interests as utilization as tourist attractions domestically and internationally are introduced, and the characteristics of the interpretive facilities for geological heritages in western Australia, one of the most famous geotourism areas, are considered. Based on this, the potential geotourism for the Korean Cretaceous geological heritages including dinosaur fossil sites is discussed in diverse aspects including academic values, academic and tourism infrastructures, characteristics of geotourists, systematic devices for conservation of geological heritage, economic value, and sustainability as tourist attractions. Although the Korean Cretaceous geosites are not quite competent in their scale or diversity when compared to world-class geosites, convenient access, world-class unique geographical characteristics of each geosites, and relatively cheaper travelling expenses seems to be able to give the geotourism of the South Korean Cretaceous geosites a competitive edge, attractive for international and domestic tourists seeking unique experience of 'Age of dinosaurs' for short periods with easy access from metropolitan areas and low costs. Likewise, the development of geotourism for the Korean Cretaceous geosites can revitalize the geotourism industry in South Korea, contributing to the growth in job opportunities, including students majoring in geological sciences at University.

In order to fulfill the obligation to voluntarily reduce greenhouse gas emissions under the Paris Climate Agreement, the proportion of coal and nuclear power generation is reduced worldwide and national efforts are being made to spread renewable energy including solar power generation. Korea also intends to increase the proportion of renewable energy generation to 30~35% by 2040 by introducing laws and regulations. In addition, while the country is trying to apply solar power generation to sidewalks and roads, there is no research related to it in Korea. Therefore, as a precedent study to develop solar power generation roads, solar power generation concrete blocks applicable to sidewalks and plazas were developed and the applicability was evaluated by constructing them on the site. As a result of indoor experiment, compressive strength was measured by 25.5~35.7MPa and flexural strength was measured by 5.1~10.5MPa, which showed that all domestic standards were satisfied. However, the higher the unit cement amount, the lower the strength was measured according to the mixing of the broken fine aggregate. The absorption rate was 5.7%, which satisfied the domestic standard of 7% or less. As a result of the freeze-thawing test, the reduction rate of the compressive strength after 100 cycles was up to 6.3%. As a result of measuring the settlement amount after construction, the maximum of 2.498mm was measured and irregular settlement occurred in the overall area, which is because the resolution of the sand layer was poor during construction. Maintenance techniques of sidewalk concrete block and solar panel need to be established more efficiently through long-term operation in the further.
With the appearance of self-driving cars and electric cars, the automobile industry is rapidly changing. In the midst of these changes, HMI studies are becoming more important as to how the driver obtains safety and convenience with controlling the vehicle. This study sought to understand how automobile manufacturers understand the driving situation, and how they define and limit driver interaction. For this, prior studies about HMI were reviewed and 15 participants performed an on-road study to drive vehicles from five manufacturers with using their interfaces. The results of the study confirmed that buttons and switches that are easily controlled by the user while driving were different from manufacturer to manufacturer. And there are some buttons that are more intensively controlled and others that are difficult to control while driving. It was able to derive 'selection and concentration' from Audi's vehicle, 'optimization of the driving ' from BMW's, 'simple and minimize' from Benz's vehicle, 'remove the manual distraction' from the vehicle of Lexus, and 'visual stability' from KIA's vehicle as the distinctive keywords for the HMI. This shows that each manufacturer has a different definition and interpretation of the driver's driving control area. This study has a distinct value in that it has identified the characteristics of vehicle-specific HMI in actual driving conditions, which is not apparent in appearance. It is expected that this research approach can be useful to see differences in interaction through actual driving despite changes in driving environment such as vehicle platooning and self-driving technology.

This study aims to provide educational implications for more strategic online software education by the types of online learning according to learners' self-regulated learning characteristics in the online software education environment and examining the characteristics of each type. For this, variables related to self-regulated learning characteristic were extracted from the log data of 809 students participating in the online software learning program of K University, and then analyzed using hierarchical cluster analysis. Based on hierarchical cluster analysis learner clusters according to the characteristics of self-regulated learning were derived and the differences between learners' learning characteristics and learning results according to cluster types were examined. As a result, the types of self-regulated learning of online software learners were classified as 'high level self-regulated learning type (group 1)', 'medium level self-regulated learning type (group 2)', and 'low level self-regulated learning type (group 3)'. The achievement level was found to be highest in 'high-level self-regulated learning type (group 1)' and 'low-level self-regulated learning type (group 3)' was the lowest. Based on these results, the implications for effective online software education were suggested.

In Korea, the mountainous area occupies more than 70% of the whole country, cutting of earth slope that cuts a part of the ground surface is widely used when building infrastructures such as road, railroad, and industrial complex construction. In recent years, regulations on environmental damage have become more strict, and various methods have been developed and applied. Among them, Concrete-Panel Retaining Wall technique is actively applied. Concrete-Panel Retaining Wall is a method to resist horizontal earth pressure by forming a wall by attaching a precast retaining wall to the front of the support material and increasing the shear strength of the disk through reinforcement of the support material. Soil nailing, earth bolt, and ground anchor are used as support material. Among them, ground anchor is a more aggressive reinforcement type that introduces tensile load in advance to the steel wire, and a large concentrated load acts on the front panel. This concentrated load is a factor that creates cracks in the concrete panel and reduces the durability of the retaining wall itself. In this study, steel pipe sleeves and reinforcements were purchased at the anchorage of the panel to prevent cracks, and by applying bumpy shear keys to the end of the panel, the weakness of the individual behavior of the existing grout anchors was improved. The problem of degraded landscape by exposure to front concrete of retaining wall and protrusion of anchorage was solved by the production of natural stone patterns and the construction of sections that do not protrude the anchorage. In order to verify the effectiveness of anti-crack sleeves and reinforcements used in the null, indoor testing and three-dimensional numerical analysis have been performed, and the use of steel pipe sleeves and reinforcements has demonstrated the overall strength increase and crack suppression effect of panels.
