  • 최근 우리는 인접학문 간 그리고 학계와 산업계간의 연구협조가 점차 증가하고 있음을 보아오고 있다. 이러한 현상은 특히 학술저널 간 지식의존성을 촉진하는 계기를 제공하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 관련저널 간 지식상호 의존성을 규명하고 저널지식의 구조화를 위하여 연관성 (association), 군집화, 링크분석 등 데이터마이닝 기법을 적용하는 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 제시된 방법을 통하여 기대되는 점들은 1) 논문의 기본 속성인 키워드, 저자, 그리고 인용데이터를 통합하는 규칙 집합을 통하여 논문지식검색기능의 향상, 2) 키워드를 기반으로 관련 저널 간 그리고 저널내부의 군집분석으로 지식동향 파악, 3) Kleinberg (1999)의 권위와 허브 개념을 인용데이터 분석에 활용하여 기존의 양적 평가 기준인 영향력지수 (impact factor)의 문제점을 보완하며, 4) 특정 논문이나 저널의 지식파급과 관련한 영향력을 산출하는 잠재적 지식파급 지수를 제안하는 것이다.

Media-Content Repertoire Development and Difference Analysis: Focus on the Entertainment Content (미디어-콘텐츠 레퍼토리 개발 및 유형별 특성 분석: 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠를 중심으로)

  • This study introduced the concept of 'Media-content repertoire', which indicates the set of favorite media-content combinations of media users and extracted five media user types based on those combinations. We used the range of media(i.e., smartphone, tablet, PC, and TV) and entertainment content(i.e., movie, broadcasting, music, and game) for the analysis. Also, we investigated the differences between those types including demographic variables, individual characteristics, and content buying behavior and we found that statistically significant differences exist among them. Those include 'non-user'(i.e., lower level of media use), 'screen user'(i.e., 50s, TV-centered media use), 'variety seeker'(i.e., 20s. heavy public transport user), 'selective focus'(i.e., 20,30s, movie&broadcasting-centered media use), and 'heavy user'(i.e., high level of media use and consumption). The results provide both academic implications(e.g., extension of media repertoire concept) and practical implications(e.g., direction to the target marketing for each user type).

Semantic Structure Represented in College Presidents' Welcome Greetings Using Network Analysis : Daegu & Gyeongbuk Provinces (연결망 분석을 활용한 대학 총장 인사말의 의미론적 구조: 대구·경북 지역을 중심으로)

  • This study examined a semantic relationship expressed in college presidents' welcome greetings in order to explore the promotion strategies and future direction of universities in Daegu & Gyeongbuk provinces in South Korea. Greetings were collected from university websites as of September, 2020. According to word frequency analysis, "everyone," "welcome," and "visiting" were mostly used in the headlines. In the body texts, "college" and "education" were frequently paired. While the two- & three-year colleges focus on industrial and technical capabilities, four-year universities tend to emphasize educational excellence and academic research performance. This study is valuable in that it understands the direction that universities in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province put forward amid the decreasing school-age population and the changing social environment.

Changesin SO2 Pollution by Clustering of Individual Location Factories Scattered throughout Gimpo City (김포시 난립 개별입지 공장 군집화 조정에 따른 SO2 오염도 변화)

  • Many factories indiscriminately located in the vicinity of residential areas need to be adjusted to quasi-industrial parks or new planning management area. In the present work, the changes of atmospheric $SO_2$ concentration according to clustering of individual location factories throughout Gimpo city into a new area were evaluated using a commercial dispersion model, AERMOD. As a result of the evaluation, it was suggested the possibility of improving the pollution through the relocation of individual factories. The combination of relocation and discharge regulation on the stack height may reduce the overall pollution from Gimpo approximately up to 70%, and some areas achieve maximum 87% decrease. However, the area selected as a cluster zone may show a relatively large increase compared to the change in the total pollution level of Gimpo.

  • Literature on cluster theory and cluster policy has been focused on the differences between mature industrial areas and innovative regions. Mature industrial areas are described as possessing little competence for innovation and lacking entrepreneurship to be transferred an innovative region, say, an innovative cluster. Old industrial regions are, however, rich in social capital, local networking, and regional institutionalization. This paper compares Buchon's mature industries with Daejon's bio-sector new start-ups in terms of innovative potential, socio-economic and cultural-economic mechanisms. Policy implications such as networking and business support systems on the differential types of industrial regions are offered.

  • 전력 생산의 효율을 높이고 지속적인 공정관리를 위해 전력 설비 데이터의 패턴을 분석하고 원인이 되는 주요 변수를 찾는 것이 중요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 전력 설비 데이터의 패턴을 분석하기 위해 데이터를 군집화하고 연구 방법으로 Decision Tree, Random Forest와 ResNet을 이용하여 패턴을 분류하였다. Class Activation Map을 이용하여 설비데이터의 원인이 되는 주요 변수를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해 전력 설비 데이터의 분류 및 원인 분석이 가능한 통합적 솔루션을 제시하고자 한다.

Selection of Optimal Variables for Clustering of Seoul using Genetic Algorithm (유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 서울시 군집화 최적 변수 선정)

  • Korean government proposed a new initiative 'government 3.0' with which the administration will open its dataset to the public before requests. City of Seoul is the front runner in disclosure of government data. If we know what kind of attributes are governing factors for any given segmentation, these outcomes can be applied to real world problems of marketing and business strategy, and administrative decision makings. However, with respect to city of Seoul, selection of optimal variables from the open dataset up to several thousands of attributes would require a humongous amount of computation time because it might require a combinatorial optimization while maximizing dissimilarity measures between clusters. In this study, we acquired 718 attribute dataset from Statistics Korea and conducted an analysis to select the most suitable variables, which differentiate Gangnam from other districts, using the Genetic algorithm and Dunn's index. Also, we utilized the Microsoft Azure cloud computing system to speed up the process time. As the result, the optimal 28 variables were finally selected, and the validation result showed that those 28 variables effectively group the Gangnam from other districts using the Ward's minimum variance and K-means algorithm.

  • Lately, the importance of the marin industry is growing as current status and future trend. This change is being prompted for the development of the maritime industry such as resource depletion, climate change, the Arctic opens. The demand of new marine industry with IT and convergence is gradually increasing. A new understanding of the importance of the marine industry is needed. Therefore, the systematic classification system for the marin industry building for the marin industry is to assess the marine industry activity levels at the national level.

Bacterial Productivity and Degradability of Organic Compounds in the Coastal Area of East Sea (동해 연안역의 박테리아 생산력과 유기물질의 분해능)

  • Bacterial population, signal compounds of pollution, bacterial productivity, heterotrophic activity and the activities of extracellular enzymes were analyzed four times from July 1994 to April 1995 at Daejin, Galnam, Pohang, and Ulsan in the coastal area of Bast Sea in order to investigate the state of eutrophication. The population of heavy metal resistant bacteria in Pohang was the highest among all stations. The bacterial populations which could utilize C -P compounds (phosphonate) showed the highest at Pohang that was expected for the industrial and agricultural effluents to inpour. It could be useful as an index of expectation about the influx of industrial sewages and agricultural effluents. The activities of extracellular enzymes for the degradation of organic matter were the highest in the Ulsan Chuyongam, but low in Daejin. These results showed positive relationship with the population of heterotrophic bacteria and bacterial productivity The ratio of poly-P and DNA in Pohang was the highest, and that in Ulsan, Galnam, and Daejin consecutively, corresponding with the distribution of heterotrophic bacteria. In case of the heterotrophic activities, each of the stations gives difference of seasonal variation in heterotrophic activities. Bacterial productivity seemed to be dependent on seasons; the highest in summer and the lowest in fall and winter. These seasonal variations of bacterial productivity seems to be similar with those of heterotrophic bacteria. It is suggested that the state of eutrophication could be evaluated by the criteria of the population sizes and the productivities of microorganisms, the amount of poly-P, heterotrophic activity, the activities of extracellular enzymes, etc.
