인터넷 기술 및 통신 기술의 급격한 발전과 사물 인터넷을 기반으로 산업 구조가 재편됨에 따라 점차 지능화, 다변화 있는 보안 위협들에 대하여 기존 시스템 보안 중심의 취약성 분석 및 데이터 암호화를 통해 구성된 보안 시스템은 한계를 보이고 있다. 특히 외부 침입 방지를 위해 별도의 사설망을 구축하여 물리적으로 분리된 보안망에 대한 악성코드 유입 등의 보안 위협 발생도 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며 보안 침해 상황 발생 시 빠른 대응도 점차 어려워지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 유형의 보안 취약성 탐지를 위해 기존 보안 시스템을 구성하는 리엑티브(reactive) 기법 및 휴리스틱(heuristic) 탐지 기법이 아닌 네트워크 패킷 수집 및 분석과 대상 시스템의 비지니스 모델 매칭을 통한 사용자 행위 패턴을 해석하였다. 그리고 실시간 행위 분석을 수행하여 사용자 행위 중심의 이상 징후 감시 기준을 설립함으로써 보안 위협에 대한 행위 유형 판단 기준 및 이상 감지 판단 방법에 대해 제안한다.

This study investigated the formation process and networks of Korean Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) industry. It aimed to reveal the factors and the drivers for the formation processes of this industry in the specific place. Based on the analysis of the Project Design Documents(PDDs) of the CDM projects and the collected project data by international institutions, surveys, and interviews were done. On the basis of these data, the analysis on the industrial change as complex emergent effects by the network evolution caused by adaptive activity of firms is conducted. In the time of the genesis, a kind of serendipity that the industrial activities of Korean firms meet to new system, CDM, In the changing process of the Korean CDM industry, the role of policies fo Korean Government was important to promote the new and renewable energy projects of the power companies. In the time of restructuring, Korean government policies formed new initial conditions for the new domestic GHGs reduction industry. In this processes, the localization of knowledge acted as a key driver for the formation of the Korean CDM industry.

This research has a goal which is suggesting the way of constructing 'Cluster' which mean scheming the commencement of an enterprise in an early stage. Now it is reorganized into a IT industry structure 'Time-to market growth' is burst as a big issue. in that point, this research analyze the core success factor which is drawing from the existing IT industrial complex, and then it will be used to draw up to the 'Idealistic growth-support Cluster' on the basis of it, we pulled out various issues about the Corporate in the early stage of its growth. Therefore, this research is focused on presenting the ideal network(net) by considering the Network that organizations and business in Cluster or the network including the factors linked organizations and business in Cluster. therefore, this research carried out three big analysis. from the case investigation we pulled out the core growth factor, and then we approached the analysis of net structure for making application to Network Analysis. and then we analyzed that the characteristics of the Network after measuring by on the basis of analyzing core growth factor. and especailly, this research carried out the Core analysis for recognition of Core- support-frame by base Centrality Test on the net which is composed of growth support organizations at each Business. Judging from this, we can help to make full use of resources for the network analysis in Cluster and establish the Network Strategy by Structure comparison between the structure of industry-Cluster and ideal Business-support networks on the basis of the analysis from the Core-success-factor

In the recent years the office sector or industry are recognized not only as a key economic activity and employment source in urban areas, but also as a factor for the changing urban spatial structure. This paper aims to review the research trends and future prospects on the office locations. The study starts with a survey of literatures by summarizing the most important previous studies on the office location research and by disclosing research deficits. And then general locational trends of office activities on the base on the different geographical scale and its current location dynamics including the influencing factors are discussed. Finally this study summarizes the outlooks on the future task within office location research.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.

Regional Trade Agreements(RTAs) are a prominent feature of the multilateral trading system and have been an important trade policy tool for WTO Members. RTAs has been steadily increasing over the last ten years and this trend will be further strengthened by the many RTAs being proposed and those currently under negotiation. There has been a recent increase in the Regional Trade Agreement (RTA) making it necessary to determine the most effective method for taking advantage of anti-dumping measures between member countries of the RTA. Due to the complexity of anti-dumping laws and abuse of discretion by each nation, however, the basic goal of the RTA has not come to fruition. The results of this study found that the strengthening of anti-dumping measures in the RTA is desirable. A plan to use competition instead of anti-dumping measures must be implemented. For Korea, it will be necessary to develop the fundamentals for the globalization of competitive rules to keep pace with the continuous expansion of FTA.

The rapid growth of wide Korean Well-being Market in recent years. The purpose of this is to define the definition of 'Development Processes of Well-being Market and Mechanism of Well-being Marketing' and discover the main factorss of the Mechanism of Well-being Marketing in order for Korean Well-being Market to be Successful, it must have a Competitive Advantage. But as of yet, there virtually no such strategies. Hitting upon this situation, this study intends to discover the Mechanism of Well-being Marketing in Korean Well-being Market Consequently, the study results show that Market Advantage like Well-being, Real valuece, and Well-being Marketing product in Korean Well-being Market.

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport established a comprehensive plan for 83 old industrial complexes over 20-year. They implemented the competitiveness of industrial complex in September 2013, and revitalizing and remodelling comprehensive plan in December 2014. With significant influences of old industrial complex in September 2009, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport chose the 4 districts for the first pilot project. In December 2014, the second pilot project districts were established. In addition, there were 10 districts in April 2016 and 5 districts in April 2016 as the third pilot project and 5 distiricts in March 2017 as the fourth piolt project. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport currently suggests 23 districts to regenerate among 83 old industrial complex districts over 20 years. Even though the government suggests the certain 23 districts, this research selects the bottom 23 districts (30%) represented through the Focus Group Interview and compare them with the list government-suggested. As a result, there were some unlisted industrial complex districts. This research suggests the unlisted industrial complex districts which need to be regenerated and their problems, therefore this could be used as a guide for feasibility of old industrial complex regeneration implement.

This study aims to analyze an evolutionary path and the dynamics of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex in Korea based on the analysis of cluster life cycles. From the mid 1960s to the late 1990s, the life cycles and their characteristics of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex (Guro Industrial Park) are examined as emergence-growth-sustainment-decline focused on the number of firms and employees. After the late 1990s, the number of firms and employees increases rapidly and the active actors of the growth and restructuring are transformed to the technology-intensive SMEs and knowledge-based service firms. Knowledge industry centers (apartment-type factories) help evolve into the life cycle of transformation as knowledge-based clusters after the mid 2000s.

This study investigates the time-space characteristics of the road traffic flows in Seoul and the relationship with land use patterns. For the purpose, we analyze the road traffic data collected at 118 observation sites over Seoul City area since 1993. We examine the time-trend of the annual average traffic flows per day during the last fourteen years. Three different trends are revealed: rapid increase during the time period between 1993 and 1997, maintenance same level after sharp decrease between year 1997 and 1998, and gradual decrease after sharp decrease between year 2003 and 2004. The spatial distribution patterns of road traffic flows have also been changed significantly during the period. The traffic flows in the urban center have been declined gradually, while the traffic flows in the boundary area and southern CBDs have increased dramatically. In order to examine the relationship with the changes in the land-use patterns and road traffic flows, we analyze the changes in the spatial distribution patterns of population and industries. We developed three multiple linear regression models to test the relationships between the changes in the land-use variables and road traffic flows.
