2000년경에 출현이 예상되는 마하 2~5의 초음속 여객기에 대해 세계 각국에서 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통산성은 1988년의 1천2백만엔의 예산에 이어 금년도에는 "초음속 수송기 개발조사"(6천1백만엔), 대형 프로젝트의 신규테마로서 "초음속 수송기 시스템의 연구개발"(2천만엔), 차기 대표산업 기반기술 연구개발제도의 신규 테마로서 "초환경성 선진재료의 연구개발"(3억1백만엔)을 확보하여 의욕적인 착수를 보이고 있다. 과학기술청이 개발을 추진하여 온 STOL실험기 "비조"는 사실상 프로젝트를 완료하였다

Hanwoo cattle have been genetically selected for enhancing meat quality and meat quantity since the last few decades. Beef consumption in South Korea has also increased to 11.6 kg per year in 2016 and is expected to continue to increase. For improving meat quality, Hanwoo cattle has been raised a high-energy corn-based diet for long fattening periods, which causes not increment of fat percentage in the loin muscle but increment of feeding costs. Consumer demands on the Korean beef industry are driving differing beef production systems and also changes to the beef grading system. For a sustainable Hanwoo industry, researcher in Korea have attempted to develop feeds for efficient fattening periods and precision feeding systems based on genetic information for Hanwoo cattle. Therefore, representatives of government, academics, and market association need to provide efficient collaboration for the future prospective or develop a precise management system for Hanwoo industry in Korea.

In Korea, there are four institutions related to atmospheric science: the university's atmospheric science-related department, the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA), the ROK Air Force Weather Group, and the Meteorological Industry Association. These four institutions have developed while maintaining a deep cooperative relationship with the Korea Meteorological Society (KMS) for the past 60 years. At the university, 6,986 bachelors, 1,595 masters, and 505 doctors, who are experts in meteorology and climate, have been accredited by 2022 at 7 universities related to atmospheric science. The KMA is carrying out national meteorological tasks to protect people's lives and property and foster the meteorological industry. The ROK Air Force Weather Group is in charge of military meteorological work, and is building an artificial intelligence and space weather support system through cooperation with universities, the KMA, and the KMS. Although the Meteorological Industry Association has a short history, its members, sales, and the number of employees are steadily increasing. The KMS greatly contributed to raising the national meteorological service to the level of advanced countries by supporting the development of universities, the KMA, the Air Force Meteorological Agency, and the Meteorological Industry Association.

항공전자부품은 항공기의 핵심기능 분야를 구성하는 부품으로서 개발 및 제작 단계에서 안전성 및 신뢰성 평가를 수행하여야 하며 개발한 항공전자부품을 항공기에 창착하기 위해서는 감항기준에 의거한 적합성을 검증 받아야 한다. 미국 연방항공청에서 고시하고 있는 기술표준품(TAO) 중 항공전자부품은 약 65%를 차지하고 있으며 TSO로 지정되지 않은 PMA 부품 등을 고려하며 부품의 종류 및 량은 상당수에 이르고 있다. 최근의 항공전자부품은 디지털화의 가속화로 비행안전기능이 보강되고 조종사의 업무강도를 줄이는 방향으로 발전되어 가고 있다. 그리고 이러한 분야에는 소프트웨어가 채용되어 소프트웨어의 인증이라는 인증절차가 개발되고 있다. 이 글은 국산 항공전자부품의 개발에 앞서 항공전자부품의 인증 내역을 제시함으로서 국내 독자적인 인증 수행은 물론 설계 참여자들이 인증에 대한 인식이 될 수 있도록 하였고 내용적으로는 미연방항공청(FAA)과 유럽공동감항기구(JAA)의 절차를 중심으로 작성하였다.

미연방항공청(FAA)은 항공기 인증업무에 대한 개선을 지속적으로 노력하고 있다. 항공기 제작 산업이 발전하고 있고, 국제공동 개발 등 다양한 형태의 사업구도가 증가하고 있다. 또한 무인기와 같은 새로운 형태의 항공기에 대한 인증업무가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 증가하는 인증업무 수요에 대응하고자 업무 절차 및 인력에 대한 효율적 관리를 목적으로 제도 및 조직을 개편하고 있다. 국내 항공산업 또한 환경의 변화가 예상되며 미국의 사례를 통하여 국내 항공기 인증 체제의 나아갈 방향에 대하여 고찰해 보았다.

Patent Map이란 특허기술정보를 분류ㆍ분석ㆍ가공ㆍ정리하여 필요한 기술정보를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한 특허기술정보 해석서로써 특허청과 한국발명진흥회에서는 2000년부터 매년 24개 테마를 발굴, 최근 2003년까지 산업분야별 96개의 테마를 개발하여 CD-ROM과 Web Service를 통해 지속적으로 보급하여 왔습니다. 여기에서는 2003년에 기 수행된 PM보고서 중 전기/전자분야 '인터넷 정보검색'과제에 대하여 기술의 주요 구성도, 기술 및 산업시장동향, 주요 특허동향분석 결과, 향후전망 등에 대하여 간략하게 소개하고자 합니다. 이 과제에 대하여 자세한 내용을 알고자 할 경우에는 Patent Map 홈페이지[http://www.patentmap.or.kr/]에서 무료 서비스를 시행하고 있으므로 많은 열람 바랍니다.
