This study analyzed the effects influencing the elderly's knowledge on fire safety and practices of fire safety accident prevention after developing a Fire Safety Education Program for the elderly. The program was developed through verification using some experts and a pilot study after selecting the objective, goals, contents, and teaching & learning methods of the program based on the basic survey and literature review. The effects of the program were verified by conducting some non-equivalent control group pre- and post-tests after dividing the targets into the experimental group (the Fire Safety Education Program for the elderly was implemented) and control group (only printed hand-outs were given) among 48 elderly people no younger than 65 years of age. A paired t-test revealed some statistically significant differences between the scores of the pre- and post-tests of the experimental and control groups. ANCOVA found that the effects of the program were significantly higher than those of the printed hand-outs because the post-test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.

This study has the purpose of examining the effect of the festival post image on the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists in terms of revisit and recommendation for Baekjae Cultural Festival. The questionnaires for the survey were distributed among 287 visitors of Baekjae Cultural Festival. For the empirical analyses, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used based on the conducted survey. The results are as follows: According to the analyses, five factors were drawn such as regionality, convenience, amusement, cultural characteristic of Baekjae, and management. According to the hypothesis testing, convenience, regionality, and amusement affected tourists' satisfaction for the festival, while convenience and amusement influenced revisit intention of the tourists. On the other hand, significance, convenience, and cultural characteristics of Baekjae affected recommendation intention for the festival. In conclusion, amusement & novelty and cultural characteristic of Baekjae were the factors that festival post image affected the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists in terms of revisit and recommendation for Baekjae Cultural Festival.

The Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) follow-up is integral phase of the EIA system. The EIA is complemented and completed by the EIA follow-up and the experience and data accumulated during the process contributes to the advancement of the EIA system. In Korea, institutional foundation of EIA is acknowledged as having been settled. Therefore, eyes are now on the qualitative growth of the EIA system including the normalization of the EIA follow-up management. In relevant prior studies there are many suggestions to make advancement of the EIA system. Nevertheless, it is difficult to apply the real system because most suggestions need prior preparation. Given the context, we propose a practical step-by-step strategies for the vitalization and advancement of the EIA follow-up system while recommending the direction for the development in this study.

We propose a method to generate the object-target identifier mapping information for system performance and effectiveness analysis of submarine engage system and verify the validity of the proposed method through experiments. In the submarine model of the engage simulator, the signal processing algorithm of the actual sonar system is installed. In the target information obtained through the sonar or signal processing process, the actual object information is not known, and the simulator does not provide such information. Therefore, in this study, we generated identifier mapping information for simulation post-analysis by using bearing, range, and speed of the target obtaind from sonar signal processing and the object collected.

본 연구는 백화점 고객을 대상으로, 소비자 만족과 관련된 여러 선행요인 및 사후 행동의 관련성을 고찰함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 지역공헌관련특징에 초점을 맞추어 이에 따르는 마케팅 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 분리되어 다루어진 만족평가 요인으로서의 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징들을 통합하여 매장의 전체적인 만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고, 새로운 사회적 쟁점으로 대두되고 있는 환경정책을 포함한 지역공헌관련특징이 매장만족 경로상에서 미칠 수 있는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해, 기존연구를 바탕으로 소비자 만족, 지역공헌관련 특징을 포함한 선행요인 및 사후행동에 대한 인과관계구조모형을 설정하였으며, 분석은 LISREL을 이용한 공변량구조분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 매장관련특징과 서비스관련특징은 매장의 전체적인 만족형성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 기존 연구와 일치함을 보여주었다. 또한 환경정책, 지역공헌정도를 포함한 지역공헌관련특징은 매장만족의 결과 변수로 사용되어진 구전의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석됨으로써 직접 매장에 대한 만족을 얻지 못한 소비자들이라도 지역공헌관련특징의 정도에 따라 구전의사에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 연구결과를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구는 새로운 경쟁관계에 직면한 최근 백화점업계의 마케팅 경쟁환경을 감안할 때 적지 않은 현실적 의미가 있으리라 생각되며, 나아가 국내 할인점과 외국계 할인점들간의 경쟁으로 인한 마케팅 전략의 수립 및 분석에도 시사하는 바가 클 것으로 기대된다.

먹는물 관리법 제19조의2 제2항에서 환경부장관은 지하수 전문기관을 지정하여 먹는샘물제조업자로부터 제출받은 수질측정결과를 지하수 전문기관으로 하여금 분석하도록 하는 먹는샘물 사후관리를 규정하고 있다. 그러므로 지하수 전문기관은 먹는샘물의 수량 수질자료에 대한정보의 수집 분석 및 관리와 먹는샘물 통합관리시스템 개발 및 구축, 먹는샘물 제조업체의 현장시설관리 등 사후관리 기능을 지속적으로 수행해야 한다.

본 연구는 벤처캐피탈의 투자심사단계 및 투자 이후 사후관리단계에서의 리스크 관리·활용과 투자성과 사이의 관계를 살펴보았다. 즉, 투자심사단계에서는 투자대상기업을 발굴한 벤처캐피탈의 리스크 분석 및 대응방안의 활용수준과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였고, 사후관리단계에서는 리스크 관리를 위한 모니터링 활동과 투자성과와의 관계를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는, 첫째, 투자심사 단계에서의 경영리스크 및 재무·법률 리스크 분석 및 활용 수준이 정량적인 투자성과, 특히, 특허 등록수에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 벤처캐피탈의 주요 역할인 투자 이후의 모니터링에 대하여는, 주관적 투자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 투자대상기업을 발굴하여 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자를 심사·집행하고, 투자 이후 리스크 관리 중심으로 투자기업의 가치를 증대하기 위하여는 벤처캐피탈리스트의 역할이 특히 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 투자기업이 보유한 자원·역량에 한계가 있다는 점을 고려할 때, 벤처캐피탈의 역량이 투자기업에 지원되는 것은 해당 기업이 지속적으로 성장하기 위한 바탕이 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of emotion and EEG of people with mental illness by vocational rehabilitation program based on horticultural therapy. The subjects of the study were three people with mental illness who were training in a vocational rehabilitation team at a health center located in G city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. The result of this study, positive affect increased and negative affect decreased. The result of EEG inspection was increased 17.27% on pre test to 21.39% on post test for Theta wave and 39.66% on pre test to 49.02% on post test for Alpha wave in case of subject A. Also Beta wave was decreased 27.53% on pre test to 17.54% on post test. Subject B increased Alpha wave 29.70% on pre to 31.82% on post. Subject C increased Alpha wave 26.30% on pre to 49.42% on post. Beta wave decreased 29.85% on pre to 16.13% on post. Theta wave, when creatively idea or thought occurs, alpha wave when safety and focusing was increased and beta wave when stress, tension and anxiety was decreased. As a result of profits analysis, subject A spent cost a total of 101,700 won for material and achieve profits of 203,400 won by setting a sales price. Therefore, gain the 101,700 won of net revenue. Subject B spent cost a total of 81,000 won for material and achieve profits of 162,000 won by setting a sales price. Therefore, gain the 81,000 won of net revenue. Subject C spent cost a total of 56,200 won for material and achieve profits of 112,400 won by setting a sales price. Therefore, gain the 56,200 won of net revenue.

Drop-out issue is one of the challenges of cyber university. There are about 130,000 students enrolled in cyber universities, but the dropout rate is also very high. To lower the dropout rate, cyber universities invest heavily in learning analytics. Some cyber universities analyze the possibility of dropout and actively support students who are more likely to drop out. The purpose of this paper is to identify the learning data affecting the dropout prediction index. As a result of the analysis, it is confirmed that number of lessons(progress), credits, achievement and leave of absence have a significant effect on dropout rate. It is necessary to increase the accuracy of the prediction model through post-test on the student dropout prediction index.
