This study analyzes the effect of airport investment on GRDP(Gross Regional Domestic Product) using Regional Production Function with public investment on social infrastructure. Particularly it includes the spillover effect of airport investment on the economies of neighbor regions beyond border. We estimate regional production function with the independent variable of airport investment stock using panel data with regional cross-section and time-series data. In the analysis with aggregate data of all industries, it shows the positive relationship between airport investment and GRDP which implies the affirmative effect of airport investment on regional economy in the aspects of direct and indirect spill-over effects. On the contrary, the research results of each industry do not appear to be the same. With the different characteristics of each industry, the direct and indirect effect may not be the same and the SOC investment contributes to the restructuring of regional economy by altering the industrial organizations of any specific region and its neighbors.

Japan has generally been considered as the developmentalist welfare state. However, Japan has recently been transformed into a social investment state. Although it still has a developmentalist characteristics with its institutional path dependence, the new social and economic challenges derived from the new social risks such as low birth rates and aging population forced Japan to adopt a new welfare state strategy. The paradigm shift in terms of welfare state strategy was launched by the Third Way positioning of the Democratic party government and succeed to the Second Stage of Abenomics under the Third Abe Cabinet. This paper argues that the welfare state paradigm shift towards a social investment state in Japan is not limited to the Japan's Plan for Dynamic Engagement of All Citizens for a virtuous cycle of growth and distribution, but expands its scope to include the work-family balance policies such as labor market activation for women and public caring for children.

기업들이 국내시장이 작아서 LAN에 대한 투자 회수전망을 어둡게 보고 있다. 그러나 지금 시점에서 투자마인드가 전환되지 않는다면 LAN개발투자시기는 영원히 놓치고 말 것이다.

This study explores a changing social expenditure structure of welfare states on new social risks, using logistic regression analysis with Panel Corrected Standard Errors Model on panel data of 1997-2007 years from 27 OECD nations. The result of this study presents that social expenditure structures have been adjusted with new social risk structure due to trade openness, female employment rates, and child population rates. Greater trade openness, higher women's employment rates, and lower child population rates are, more social investment expenditures are than income security expenditures. Rates of employment in service industries and elderly population rates are not statistically significant on the change of social expenditure structure. This result does not imply a complete switch from demand-based to supply-based social policy, but somewhat reflects transitions of a social welfare system for changing economic and social environments in order to sustain welfare state economically.

본 연구의 목적은 창업자의 성별에 따라 투자에 미치는 영향이 달라지는지를 확인하고, 또한 이 과정에서 창업자의 사회적 자본이 조절효과로 작용하는지를 분석하기 위해 시도하였다. 본 연구의 가설은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업자의 성별은 창업투자에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 창업자의 성별과 창업투자의 관계는 창업자의 사회적 자본에 의해 조절될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 ICT 분야의 동일한 사업계획서에 창업자의 성별 및 사회적 자본만을 다르게 표기하여 창업전문가 집단인 4개의 국책 창업대학원생 및 스타트업 지원경험이 있는 창업유관기관 직원을 대상으로 실험형식의 설문조사를 실시하여 160명의 설문결과를 취합하고, 위계적 회귀분석 연구방법을 이용하여 연구결과를 분석하려고 한다.

정보사회의 도래와 인터넷의 확산으로 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식은 매우 높아졌으나 정보보호에 대한 투자는 인식수준만큼 확대되지 않고 있다. 조직의 정보보호 투자가 지속적으로 이루어짐에도 불구하고 정보보호의 투자효과를 분석하기 위한 분석기준과 정보보호 투자대상이 명확하지 않아 정보보호 투자 의사결정 및 정보보호 개선 방향 도출에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호 투자 효과에 관한 연구의 고찰을 통하여 정보보호 투자 효과의 개념을 명확히 하고, 정보보호 투자 효과에 대한 연구 현황을 분석함으로써 향후정보보호 투자 경제성 연구방향에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 가스안전관리에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 가스안전에 대한 예방비용 차원의 가스안전관리투자 및 향후 투자규모 산정의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 현행 제도하에서는 가스안전관리 개념과 투자항목이 고시되어 있으나 구체적으로 정의되지 않아, 시행상의 어려움으로 인한 현장적용 및 해석상의 어려움이 있어, 현행 기준에 의할 경우 가스안전관리투자에 대한 개념이 상이하여 상호 비교가능성이 저해되고 있으며, 안전관리투자의 효율성 판단에 적절한 자료를 제공하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 보다 효과적인 가스안전관리투자를 위해서 가스안전관리의 개념을 규정하고 가스안전관리 투자항목 결정하기 위해 사회과학적인 접근방법을 시도하였다.

이 글은 한국의 대표적인 기계산업 집적지인 창원 지역에서 최근 급증하고 있는 제조업 해외직접투자의 유형과 그것이 지역 산업에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고 있다. 분석은 생산의 해외전개가 지역 고용에 '어떠한' 영향을 '어떻게' 미치는지 그 기제와 문제점을 조명하는 데 주안점을 두고 있다. 창원의 해외직접투자는 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업이 투자 주체가 되어 중국을 중심으로 한 아시아지역을 대상으로 급속도로 늘어나고 있다. 해외직접투자는 지역제조업체들을 글로벌 생산네트워크로 편입하고 사회적 분업체제를 개편하고 있다. 해외투자의 급증으로 지역내 투자는 부진하나 그럼에도 불구하고 산출과 고용이 성장세를 유지하고 있고, 지역수준에서 제조업 공동화가 발생했다고 할 수는 없다. 그러나 저임활용을 겨냥한 생산의 해외전개 추세가 지속된다면 업종별 공동화의 우려가 현실화될 가능성이 있다. 생산의 해외전개는 원하청기업간 관계에서 기술력이 부족한 중소하청업체들에 대하여 단가 인하의 압력을 가중시키고, 노동자들에게는 고용불안, 임금 등 근로조건을 저하시키는 방향으로 사회적 분업의 개편을 가져온다.
