정보통신기술(ICT)은 우리 일상생활에 너무나 깊숙이 스며들어 이제 정보통신기술 없이는 행정서비스, 경제활동, 사회참여, 문화활동 등을 향유하는데 많은 제약이 따르는 시대로 접어들었다. 정보통신기술에 접근하고 이용할 수 있는 사람과 그렇지 못한 사람들의 정보격차 (Digital Divide)가 경제격차와 사회문화적 격차를 유발하여 사회 불평등을 심화시키고 궁극적으로 사회통합을 저해할 가능성이 크다. 정보통신 접근성(ICT Accessibility)은 신체적, 인지적 제약으로 정보통신기기나 서비스에 접근하는데 어려움이 있는 장애인이나 고령자가 일반인과 차별 없이 정보통신의 유용성을 향유할 수 있도록 정보통신기기나 서비스에 대한 접근을 보장해 주는 것을 의미한다. 우리나라는 미국이나 유럽 등 선진국들에 비해 정보통신 접근성을 위한 법 제도적인 출발이 늦었지만, 최근 수년간 관련 법률의 제정, 정보통신 접근성 보장을 위한 지침 및 표준의 제정 등 다각적인 노력을 경주하여 빠른 속도로 선진국 수준을 향해 나아가고 있다. 지금까지 '한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.0', '금융자동화기기 접근성 지침' 등 12개에 이르는 표준을 제정한 바 있으며, 정보통신 보조기기의 개발 보급, 관련 전문인력 양성 및 교육 홍보 등을 통해 정보통신 접근성 수준 향상을 위한 노력을 지속해 왔다. 앞으로도 모바일 시대, 디지털 융합의 스마트 시대에 대응하여 다양한 정보통신기기 및 서비스에 대한 접근성 표준 제정, 관련 기술의 연구 등을 지속적으로 추진하여 모든 사람이 정보화의 혜택을 누리는 디지털 통합 (Digital Inclusion) 시대를 열어나가야 할 것이다.

우리나라의 생산 가능 인구는 올해를 정점으로 감소하기 시작해 앞으로 1,000 만 명 이상 줄어들 것으로 예상된다. 양육과 교육비에 대한 부담이 단산까지 이어지고 있다. 우리나라에 있는 임신, 육아, 출산에 대한 서비스는 매우 적은 편이며 기존에 존재하는 기술의 경우 특정 사용자를 대상으로 해서 소외되는 계층이 생겨나는 문제가 있다. 사람들이 경제적인 격차와 사각지대에 놓여 정보적 격차를 느끼는 만큼 이를 해결할 수 있는 복합적인 서비스와 사용자 편의성을 증대한 기능이 필요한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 인공지능과 공공데이터를 이용한 임신, 출산, 육아 통합 앱 개발을 통해 모든 사용자가 차별 없이 정확하고 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있고 혜택을 받아 사회적인 문제를 감소시킬 수 있도록 제안한다.

This study aims to examine information divide and internet addiction as dysfunction of information society, Until now. public libraries have little to do with these serious problems So this study suggests new roles of public libraries to tackle information divide and internet addiction.

This study is an empirical research about lifelong education provided YIT(YeoJoo of Institute of Technology). This study aims at suggesting fundamental materials for the activation of the lifelong education provided by YIT by analyzing the participation of students and neghbouring district's residents in the programs and their requests. The lifelong education conditions should reflect the requests and levels of participants. and thereby encourage their positive participation and enhance their satisfaction with the programs.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between self-perceived benefits from singing and the quality of life of older adults aged 75 years and older. A total of 231 older adults participated in this study with 141 of them living alone and 90 of them living with others. Each participant was instructed to complete the investigator-constructed questionnaire and the Quality of Life scale. The questionnaire consisted of 49 items on demographic information, involvement in leisure activities and singing-related experiences, and perceived benefits from singing. The results showed that the amount of involvement in leisure activities and the measured quality of life were found to differ between the two subgroups of older adults living with and without others. The number of older adults who had singing-related experiences was also differed between the groups. A positive correlation was found between the amount of self-perceived benefit from singing and quality of life. These results indicate that self-perceived benefits from singing could be an important factor for the quality of life of older adults. This study supports the potential benefits of incorporating singing as an active leisure activity into interventions for older adults, expanding the research that has been extensively based on listening-based interventions. Also, it presents clinical implications for how singing interventions and programs could be designed and suggested to support this population to better cope with their life issues and enhance the quality of life.

실제로 저비용항공사의 경우 서비스 수준을 결정하는데 있어서 고려하여야 할 부분이 많다. 가장 중요한 부분이 고객이 가지고 있는 기대수준일 것이며 그 다음이 내부 고객인 종업원의 생각과 태도이다. 저비용항공사 직원들의 경우 같은 항공업계에 종사하면서 대형항공사에 비하여 상대적으로 낮은 보수와 부가적 혜택, 불리한 스케줄과 취항지 제한, 사회적 평가 등에서의 불리함을 안고 있으면서도 그 이상의 서비스를 제공하여야 하는 상황이어서 이들에 대한 배려가 중요하다고 하겠다. 그것은 서비스제공을 주요 업무로 삼고 있는 항공사에서 직원의 자발성과 사명감은 양질의 서비스에 결정적 역할을 할 것이기 때문이다. 또한 동종 경쟁업체의 움직임에 대하여 예의 주시하며 이에 대해 대처할 자세를 견지하여야 한다. 그것은 저비용항공사의 주요 고객인 젊은 층의 대부분은 정보에 빠르고 자신에게 유리한 점을 감안한 신속한 의사결정을 하는 경향이 크므로 개별항공사가 내세우는 영업전략이 빠른 성과로 이어질 수 있으며 이는 곧 다른 항공사들의 시장점유율 상실 등으로 이어질 것이기 때문이다.

도시 나무는 환경적, 경제적, 사회적 혜택에 크게 기여하기 때문에 그 필요성이 널리 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 도시화와 도시 개발로 인해 녹지 공간이 부족해지면서 충분한 나무가 자라지 못하고 있다. 따라서 도시 녹지를 제공하기 위한 대안이 제시되고 있다. 그러한 방법 중 하나는 가로수를 대체할 수 있는 미세조류를 배양하기 위해 광생물반응기를 사용하는 것이다. 세르비아 국립대학교는 이를 위해 LIQUID 3 기술을 사용하여 새로운 광생물반응기 구조를 개발했다. 본 논문에서는 이 기술에 대한 연구와 국내 적용 가능성을 논의한다.

우리는 지난해BOP졸업으로 국제사회에서 양반노릇을 하게 되었다. 이제 양반의 지위 유지를 위해서는 냉수마시고 이빨쑤시는 막대한 고통이 따르고 비용이 들게 되었다. 과거 개도국으로 누려왔던 혜택을 포기해야 하기때문에 UR협상이 타결되면 선진국과 같은 수준으로 수입개방되고, 정부정책도 보호나 규제에서 시장기능에 맡겨진다. 이제 우리는 총론적 반대에서 구체적인 산업구조조정에 필요한 유예기간을 최대화 하고, 주요 품목을 선정해서 끝까지 비교역적 고려사항 대상품목으로 인정받아야 할 것이다.

새 천년을 맞이하면서 국내는 물론, 전세계가 새로 펼쳐질 미래의 생활상에 대한 장 미빛 꿈에 부풀어 있다. 우리는 더욱 많은 혜택을 누리게 돌 것이며 정보통신은 그 꿈을 실 현시키는 중요한 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 21세기의 정보통신 산업은 눈부신 기술진보와 함께 통신 패러다임의 획기적 변화로 말미암아 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 정보와 지 식을 널리 전파하는 중추적 산업으로 자리잡을 것이다. 본고에서는 현재의 통신시장 환경과 기술의 변화를 살펴보고 다가오는 2000년대의 정보통신기술을 전망하며, 이에 걸맞는 바람 직한 정보통신 정책 방향을 모색해 보고자한다.

This article aims to investigate the impact of Korean employment protection legislation that has implemented since 2007 on eliminating discrimination on non-regular worker's wage and social security. It is used the panel Tobit model reflecting the variation of implementation time according to the size of establishments. Although the employment protection laws for non-regular workers have implemented, the wage gap and discrimination in social security for non-regular workers have continued. Of course, the discrepancies on wage and social security were founded not only between regular and non-regular workers but also within non-regular workers. For reducing the discriminations, this study proposes to restrict the reason for justifying discrimination, and the introduction of a new approach to accessing the discrimination and complimentary credit system. Besides, this study suggests to actively review the strengthening of regulations on the use of non-regular workers.
