The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of external-social and cultural factors on the perception of corruption in the public society through the Structural Equation Model(SEM) and to seek ways to reduce corruption in the public society. Currently the level of corruption in public sectors that people think is still large, and it is necessary to continuously reduce corruption in public sectors in order to improve national competitiveness. Since one society is a part of a country in system theory and social network theory, public society needs quantitative research in order to find the causes of corruption and solve them. The model was built and the variables were defined in SEM based on 600 questionnaires. As a result of analysis, corruption in public offices has decreased since the implementation of the solicitation and graft law, and socio-cultural factors have had a direct impact on corruption in public offices. The further research area is to seek detailed ways for transforming the education and awareness of civil society across the country in addition to the efforts of the public officials themselves in order to reduce corruption in public offices.

Increase of immigrants in Korean society means that ethnic and cultural diversity witnessed in Western immigration countries is also appearing in overall Korean society. The purpose of this study is to suggest policy directions which fit multicultural society in the future by comparing and analyzing the difference in the recognition of multiculturalism between Koreans and immigrants. As the result of empirical analysis, it turned out that there is difference in recognition between Koreans and immigrants, for which different policy directions are required. First, it was contact experience that decided Koreans' multicultural attitudes. High level of influence of contact experience means that although Koreans take multicultural society as granted, they actually have low level of contact experience with immigrants, which requires policy tools to convert actual strengthened contact experience into positive directions. Second, in the case of immigrants, the less they recognize discrimination and the more bias is fortified, the more they accept multiculturalism as a threat. This exhibits their dual sense of identity in which they recognize themselves as foreigners toward Koreans but they distinguish themselves from other foreigners. Thus, assimilation to Korean society is not deemed to be the only alternative and Korean society needs to practice genuine multiculturalism to strengthen immigrants' ethnic identity. Study also conducted in-depth discussions on the implications of above results.

탐색회의는 조직이나 지역사회의 사람들로 하여금 그들의 가장 바람직한 미래를 규정하고 참여에의 책임감을 강조하는 과업수행을 위한 전략을 만들어낼 수 있도록 하는 참여적 계획 방법이다. 참여자들은 가능한 한 다양한 배경을 지닌 사람들이며, 그리하여 그들이 지니고 있는 지역사회에 대한 자신들의 지식과 과정을 변화시킬 수 있는 기술을 가지고 지역사회 개발에 기여할 수 있다. 탐색회의는 이루어져야만 하는 특별한 활동들을 규정하고 필요한 변화를 만들어낼 책임을 지니는 사람들에게 힘을 부여함으로써 표준적인 전략 계획보다 훨씬 더욱 유용한 결과를 산출한다. 계획과정에의 전체 지역사회의 참여는 바람직한 결과를 지역사회 전체가 소유할 개연성을 증가시키는 데, 이는 과업을 수행하는데 필수불가결하고 지역사회가 희망하는 목표를 성취하는데 중심적인 조건이다. 효과적인 지역사회 개발 계획을 위한 탐색회의의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는, 중앙정부가 지방정부의 탐색회의와 관련된 교육프로그램을 제공해야 하는데, 이는 탐색회의가 참여자들을 조직하고 관리하는 따위와 같은 얼마간의 기술을 필요로 하기 때문이다.

정보화시대를 맞아 어느 때보다도 활발히 전교과에 걸쳐 학생의 의사소통의 능력을 향상하기 위한 다양한 방법이 모색되고 있다. 학교현장의 수학교육자는 수학교수-학습에서 어떤 상호작용이 일어났는지, 특히 다루기 쉬운 도구로써 계산기가 주어졌을 때 어떻게 학생의 지식 발달이 언어적 상호작용에서 이루어지는지를 알아야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 학생의 상호작용을 분석할 때 필요한 분석도구를 개발하는 것이다. 예비연구와 본 연구를 통해 언어적 상호작용의 구성요소가 세 영역, 즉, 지식구성 진술, 사회적 상호작용 진술, 그리고 교사의 교육어 진술에서 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 자료를 이용하여 특히 학생의 지식 구성 발달에 따른 상호작용의 구성요소의 특징을 파악하고 이에 필요한 언어적 상호작용의 역할과 활성화 방안을 모색하는 연구가 가능하다.

고령사회로 들어서면서 장수의 개념에 대한 인식을 새롭게 해야 할 필요성이 커지고 있다. 장수라는 용어를 단순한 연령적, 시간적 개념이 아니라 사회적 측면에서 보다 능동적이고 적극적인 삶을 영위할 수 있는 새로운 계층의 출현이라는 개념으로 인식해야 할 시점이 된 것이다. 새롭게 도출되는 장수문화란 종래의 연령적 특수계층인 고령자 중심의 노인문화라는 개념이 아니라 고령사회에서 사회구성원인 인간들이 남녀노소 모두 함께 어우러져 인간으로서의 존엄성을 유지하면서 건강하게 살고 사회적 책임을 다할 수 있는 관념 및 규범체계가 아닐까?

The structural and sustainable implementation of the microfinance policy is required to be successful. To this end, the government should focus on availability and accessibility of the public microfinance, away from providing the beneficial financing (financial benefits)featured by the combination of the welfare and finance in the past. In addition, the government-sponsored microfinance needs to aim for performance-oriented evaluation that leads to stabilization of financial life of ordinary people or increase of income, moving away from conventional funding based on the scale and the quantity for the poor. It is necessary to implement the following policies in order for the Moon's administration to take the government-sponsored microfinance to the next level. The government-sponsored microfinance must be in the market failure domain, but nonetheless, it is required to be managed by structural and sustainable ways so that it complies with the market principles and does not crowd out the private microfinance. Last but not least, making the best use of the capital market function can be a way to fund social enterprises or social economy enterprises. This aims to enable catalyst capital in the capital market to play a prime role for the inflow of private capital for the purpose of creating the social value.

본 연구에서는 청년예비창업가의 창업가정신과 창업동기가 사회적 자본을 조절효과로 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 최근 앞으로의 국가경제를 이끌어갈 청년들의 일자리 부족문제와 청년실업률(15세에서 29세의 경제활동인구 중 실업자의 비율)의 증가에 따른 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이를 극복하기 하고 국가경제발전을 위해선 창업은 매우 중요한 전략 중 하나이며 이를 위해 정부에서는 (청년)예비창업가들의 창업의지를 높이기 위해 다양한 노력하고 있다. 창업의지에 있어 창업가정신과 창업동기가 필수적으로 필요하며 이러한 창업가정신과 창업동기를 가지게 되면 (청년)예비창업가들은 자신들이 부족한 사회적 자본을 확보하기 위해 노력하게 되고 이러한 과정 속에서 사회적 자본을 가지고 있고 없고의 차이로 인한 (청년)예비창업자들의 창업의지에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 그렇기에 창업의지에 있어 창업가정신과 창업동기 그리고 사회적 자본의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 본 연구는 첫째, 창업가정신이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지 여부 분석, 둘째, 창업동기가 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지 여부 분석, 셋째, 사회적 자본이 창업가정신과 창업의지에 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는지 여부 분석, 넷째, 사회적 자본이 창업동기와 창업의지에 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는지 여부 분석 등이다. 현재까지 받은 140개의 설문을 받았으며, 본 연구는 창업가정신과 창업동기가 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는지, 사회적 자본은 창업가정신과 창업의지의 관계에서 정(+)의 조절효과를 가질 것인지, 사회적 자본은 창업동기와 창업의지의 관계에서 정(+)의 조절효과를 가질 것인지 등을 분석할 것이다 앞으로 더 많은 설문지를 통해 가설에 대한 검증을 할 것이며 이에 본 연구결과를 통해 (청년)예비창업가에 창업의지에 있어 창업가정신, 창업동기, 사회적 자본의 필요성을 시사점으로 제시하려 한다.

This study examines how online community activity influences social capital and the moderating effect of personal characteristic between them. Hierarchical regression and two-way ANOVA analysis were conducted with 9,479 samples. The results show that online community activity positively associated with off-line social capital, and it is observed that the effect in older people is stronger than younger people. This study extends previous perspective on the online community activity toward social capital and empirically proves that the activity have also an impact on off-line social capital. The moderating effect of age implies that activation plans of community for older people are required in order to increase social capital.
