정보화 사회에서 효율적인 정보관리를 위해서 가장 필요한 것은 정보를 표현, 교환하기 위해서 작성, 관리했던 문서정보를 전자문서로 변화하여 관리하는 기술이다. 또한, 사용자에게 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위해서 대량의 전자문서 중에서 효과적으로 관련 전자문서를 탐색하여 사용자에게 제공하는 문헌정보 검색 시스템이 필요하다. 문헌정보 검색 시스템에서는 대량의 멀티미디어 형식의 문서를 체계적으로 구조화하고 컴퓨터에 대한 전무지식을 갖지 못한 사용자의 부정확한 질의에 대해서도 관련내용을 빠르게 제공할 수 있는 기능이 필수이다. 본 논문은 국내외에서 발표되는 전산학 관련 기술문서를 위한 메타정보를 SeriCore DTD형식에 따라 SGML문서로 작성하여 기술문서를 위한 메타데이타베이스를 구축하고, 이를 사용자가 효과적으로 검색할 수 있는 검색 클라이언트를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

캐쉬 대체 알고리즘은 캐쉬 적재공간의 한계성을 극복하는 방법 중에 하나이다. 기존의 많은 대체 알고리즘의 문제점인 대체 기준치의 부정확성 및 불충분성을 해결하기 위해 인기도를 제안하였다. 인기도는 인기 검색어의 순위를 정규화 한 값으로, 대량의 자료를 바탕으로 얻어진 통계치이다. 인기도 산출의 기반이 되는 인기 검색어는 시간적 흐름에 민감하고, 사회 전반적인 경향을 반영하며, 많은 중복을 가지고 있다. 인기도는 각 검색 엔진별로 단일 인기도와 누적 인기도를 산출한 후에, 이를 모두 병합하여 산출된다. 이것을 병합 인기도라고 하며, 이는 임의의 검색어에 0에서 1사이의 소수값으로 부여된다. 인기도는 메타 검색 엔진에서 캐쉬 대체를 수행할 때 적용될 수 있으며, 다수의 자료 입력 경향에 관한 정보가 존재하는 문제 영역에 사용될 수 있다.

정보화 사회에 접어 들면서 정보를 판별하는 능력이 중요시 되고 있다. 그러나 정보가 점점 이질적이고 방대해 짐에 따라 사용자의 의도와 목적에 맞는 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 찾아내는 것이 어렵다. 정보검색 서비스를 제공하는 국내외 포털 사이트에서는 랭크 알고리즘을 이용하여 사용자에게 정보를 제공한다. 그러나 사용자의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 랭킹보다 더 중요한 것 정보를 압축시켜 사용자에게 사용자가 원하는 정보만 제공하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 도메인을 제한하여 특화된 정보를 제공하며 사용자 위주의 더 특화된 정보를 제공하는 친구추가 기능을 제안한다. 동시에 주 검색 기능으로 사용자가 등록한 태그 링크를 따라 클릭하면서 연속적으로 정보 검색을 할 수 있는 연속정보검색을 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 시스템을 실제 웹 사이트를 구현을 통해 나타낸다. 제안한 시스템은 사용자에게 효율적으로 유용한 정보를 제공하는 기대효과가 있다.

This study synthesized the literature to identify parental psychosocial impact and related factors on newborn bloodspot screening (NBS) process. A scoping review, using the framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley (2005), was conducted. A literature search was performed of electronic databases (PubMed, CINAHL, RISS, KISS, DBpia) from 2000 to 2023. In total 749 published articles were identified, and 32 articles were included for the final analysis. Almost studies were descriptive studies using survey or interviews and only one intervention study to reduce negative psychosocial impacts was identified. Parents were experiencing negative psychosocial impacts, particularly related to how positive results were initially communicated and had difficulties accessing timely and reliable information. Findings identified that knowledge, quality and satisfaction of education and communication, information sources and providers as related factors of parental psychosocial impacts. Prenatal and postpartum repeated education, providing timely and reliable information, effective communication between health care providers and parents were key to mitigate negative psychosocial impacts. Nurses can play important roles to improve quality on NBS.

현대인들은 인터넷의 등장과 함께 지식정보의 풍요 속에 살고 있다. 지식정보의 풍요는 언제, 어디서나 내가 원하는 정보를 탐색 및 검색, 분석, 생성할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 지식정보화 사회에 초등학교 현장에서 가장 흔히 활용되는 능력은 정보검색이다. 정보검색은 쉬워 보이지만, 넘쳐나는 정보의 홍수 속에서 올바르고 정확한 정보를 찾아내기란 초등학생들에게 어려운 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹기반에서의 초등학생들이 학습주제에 따라 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 정보검색방법에 대해 논하고자 한다.

World-Wide Web(WWW) is a protocol for changing information exchanges which is central to text documents in the existing network to make a multimedia data exchanges. It is possible for a beginner to search and access data which he wants to find as data were stored in the form of hypertext. The easiness for searching and accessing the multimedia data in WWW makes a important role for obscene materials to be toward generalization and multimedia and occurs social problems for them to be commercialized, while other researchers have actively studied the way to block effectively the site providing obscene materials for solving such problems. This paper presents and implements the blocking method for the sites having obscene material as it effectively search them. The proposed model was based on Link-Based information retrieval method and proved that it accomplished more efficient retrieval of relevant documents than probabilistic model when compared the one with the other which is known to generate the most correct results. The improvements in the average recall and precision ratio were shown as 12% and 8% respectively. Especially, the retrieval capability of relevant documents which include non-text data and have a few links increased highly.

The representative example of the business model on internet environment, the business of the Naver, Empas and Google which provides information retrieval service is the internet portal. The portal sites provide information retrieval service which provides users information what they want to find, that is a huge social contribution. The portal site which provides a search service leads much problems. Consequently, the regulation against information retrieval is asserted powerfully in spite of the public interest. Namely, the regulation regarding the search business owner is tried. Finally, portal business owner puts the social responsibility as OSP. But, there is a doubt that portal business owner who has much problem which occurred on the portal site indirectly has responsibility directly. That is duty on portal site owner the censorship on the contents transferred. So, this thesis researches on the social critical opinion relating with a information retrieval from the legal side against the problem of the Internet.

Objective : The objective of this study was to present the components of frailty by organizing the definitions of frail elderly and analyzing the tools used to screen them. Methods : This study searched for articles at involved frailty screening assessments in the elderly. Databases including CINAHL, Embase, Medline Complete, and PubMed were searched. The search terms were "assess" AND "frailty" AND "screening" AND ("frail elderly" OR "elderly"). Results : A total of 539 articles were identified by the search and 11 articles were selected. Frailty occurs due to the depressed function of multidimensional factors, and a frail elderly person is defined as one at high risk of health degeneration, functional impairment, and occurrence of disability, and having a high level of threat to life. Seven tools were selected from 11 articles. The most frequently used tool was the frailty phenotype, which was used in five articles (45.4%). The identified components of frailty were physical, activity participation, nutrition, psychological, social, overall health, and age. Conclusion : The results confirmed the definition and components of frailty. This study is expected to contribute to the future development of standardized evaluation tools for screening frail elderly individuals and intervention programs for the management of the frail elderly.

지식정보사회로 불리는 21세기는 필요한 정보와 지식을 검색 수집 활용하여 문제를 해결하고 새로운 정보를 창출할 수 있는 자율적이고 창의적인 인재를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 요구와 자기 주도적 학습을 위한 자료 제공 중심 교육환경의 공간으로 학교 도서관을 선정하였다. 본 연구는 DLS II 기반 도서관 홈페이지를 활용한 국어과 수행평가 개발 자료 개발 및 적용을 통해 교육정보화에 따른 학교도서관 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.
