과거부터 수자원분야는 공학적인 측면을 주로 강조하였으며, 따라서 인문사회학적 요소(예, 토지이용, 인구, 생태 환경, 경제발전 등)가 종종 배제된 채 시설물 계획이 이루어졌다. 그러나, 경제가 발전하고 사회의 모습이 복잡해짐에 따라, 수자원 관련 시설물의 계획에 있어 다양한 인문사회학적 요소를 고려할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회-수문 모델링 기법을 이용하여 사회-수문 상호 간 순환적 관계를 파악하고, 특히 다목적댐이 인문사회에 미치는 영향을 정략적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 우리나라는 기후변화에 의한 극한가뭄과 홍수발생 빈도가 증가하고 있다. 이에 대한 대책으로, 다목적댐을 건설하여 효율적인 수자원 관리를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대상지역으로 국내 강원도의 횡성댐을 선정하였다. 횡성댐은 하류에 위치한 횡성군과 원주시에 생 공 농업용수를 공급하는 용수원의 역할과 섬강 하류지역에 발생하는 홍수를 방어하는 역할을 하고 있다. 횡성댐 유역의 사회-수문학적 관계를 이해하기 위해 인과지도를 이용한 시스템 요소간의 상호연관성을 파악하였고, 이를 바탕으로 수문학적 요소와 인문사회학적 요소 사이의 관계식을 구성하였다. 수자원 분야에 해당하는 요소로는 생 공 농업용수 이용량 및 댐 저수량과 방류량을 선정하였으며, 인문사회학적 요소는 인구, 공업지역 농경지 주거지역의 면적 및 지역 내 총생산액을 선정하였다. 이와 같은 사회-수문학 요소를 바탕으로 해당 지역의 사회-수문 전체의 동태적 변화를 이해하기 위해 시스템 동적모의(System Dynamics) 모형을 이용한 모델링을 진행하였다. 다목적댐 건설 전 후로 대상지역의 용수 이용량과 인구 및 지역 총생산액 등의 데이터를 수집하여 모델을 검증하였다. 나아가 구현한 모형을 활용하여 향후 기후변화 발생 시 다목적댐이 대상지역의 용수이용 및 인구변화, 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 인문사회분야와 수자원분야 사이의 영향관계를 이해하고, 모델을 이용한 정량적인 분석을 통해 향후 수자원 시설물 계획 및 정책마련을 위한 의사결정도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This research categorizes the factors of digital capital accumulated both in personal and social level into digital access and digital competence, and empirically analyzes how the use of public libraries effects on the formation of digital capital. As a result, it was found that participation in public library programs, the use of information services, and the utilization of digital collections had positive effect on the formation and accumulation of digital capital at the personal and social level. In contrast, it was analyzed that the use of digital collections in public libraries did not significantly affect the creation of digital contents or reciprocal collaboration based on online networks. Therefore, in order for public libraries to fully support the formation of digital capital, they should not only provide knowledge and information which is a traditional role of public libraries, but also play a role as a digital-based cooperative system.

Despite their social mission, social enterprises work in the changing global economic environment and therefore face to comply with performance objectives. This situation means that human resources management strategy has a crucial role to play. Especially, the challenge in maintaining competitive efficiency depends on achieving a lower level of employee turnover. This study aims to investigate the role of job insecurity, job satisfaction, relationship with customers regarding the intention of retention among social enterprise workers. Data were collected in South Korea from 271 women employees in 36 social enterprises and the binomial logistic regression was used to assess the model hypothesized. As the result, social enterprise employees showed a considerably positive attitude toward the intent to stay their workplace. However, job insecurity appeared to have the strongest negative effect on the intention of retention, whereas job satisfaction and relationship with customers had the positive effects, above and beyond demographic variables and organization variables. The result suggested the human resource management can play a significant role in retaining social enterprise employees by reducing job instability and improving job satisfaction and customers management.

앞으로 공정위는 지금까지 주로 경제적 규제에 초점을 맞춰 온 경쟁제한적인 제도의 개념을 다음과 같은 측면에서 확대하여 규제개혁을 포함한 경쟁주창 역할을 수행해 나갈 필요가 있다. 즉, 대다수 국민에게 큰 영향을 미치는 정부제도나 시스템의 경쟁제한성에 대한 검토 및 개선방향 제시 등 경쟁주창 역할을 강화하고, 새로운 시장을 창출하기 위한 노력과 함께 그간 상대적으로 소홀히 되어 왔던 사회적 규제에 대한 검토를 강화하는 것이다.

In order to do morally right behavior that we cognitively know, prosocial moral motivation is necessary. Previous studies revealed emotion is important for prosocial moral motivation. This was supported by cognitive neuroscience studies using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) in which the activity of ventral striatum(VS) was observed when people made moral decision. VS was originally known as the core area of reward process but recently VS was found to respond also to social reward and even feeling of prosocial emotion itself. However it is not clear why VS was activated when people experience prosocial moral sentiments. The aims of this review article were to find situations in which people are prosocially and morally motivated and to understand more about the role of emotion as a moral motivator by examining evidence regarding the neural network, including VS, of prosocial moral motivation and moral decision-making.

본 연구는 환경지향제품구매와 재활용행동을 설명하기 위한 것으로 Schwartz 가 제기한 규범이론에 관한 이론고찰과 실증분석을 병행하고 있다. 규범이론의 핵심은 사회규범을 개인의 행동으로 전환시키는 과정을 설명하는 것이다. 규범이론에 따르면 환경지향제품구매와 재활용과 같은 이타적 행동은 사람들이 일종의 추상적이고 객관적인 방식으로 동의하는 도덕적 행동에 관한 사회규범으로 시작된다. 그러나 사회규범은 행동을 지배하기에는 너무 일반적이고 소원하다. 따라서 이러한 사회규범은 개인적 차원에서 우리들 각 개인에게 적응되어 개인규범이 된다. 사회규범은 사회적 구조의 차원에서 존재하는 반면 개인규범은 강력하게 내면화 된 도덕적 태도가 된다. 개인이 규범을 내면화 했지만 이에 따라 행동하지 않을 수도 있는 데 상황에 적절하도록 개인규범이 정의되어야 한다. 규범이론은 주어진 상황에 적절하도록 사회규범을 개인규범으로 정의하도록 유도하기 위해서는 바로 행동결과지각과 책임귀인지각이 개입되어야 한다고 제기하고 있다. 본 연구는 이상의 규범이론에 근거하여 소비자의 환경지향제품구매행동과 재활용행동을 설명하고자 다음 세 가지 연구목적을 설정하였다. 첫째, 사회규범이 개인규범의 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가? 둘째, 사회규범이 내면화 된 개인규범은 환경지향제품구매행동과 재활용행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는가? 셋째, 규범이론은 조절변수가 개입되는 경우 개인규범이 행동으로 전환되는 것이 더욱 용이해진다고 제기한 바, 조절변수의 하나인 환경지향행동결과의 중요성지각의 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 연구결과, 환경문제가 개입된 상황에서 사회규범은 개인규범의 형성에 강한 영향을 미치며 개인규범은 다시 환경지향제품구매와 재활용행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 환경지향행동결과의 중요성지각 역시 개인규범이 환경지향제품구매행동으로 전환되는 과정에서 조절적 역할을 함으로서 양변수간 관계를 더욱 강화하는 변수임을 연구결과는 제시하고 있다. 그러나 개인규범-재활용행동사이에서의 조절적 역할은 없는 것으로 나타났다.

Objective : This study investigated the effects of depression on online and offline social interactions among middle-aged and older adults with the aim of enhancing their social connectivity and mental well-being. Methods : Utilizing the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and the Lubben Social Network Scale-6, this study assessed depression and social relationships in 429 middle-aged adults. We explored the mediation effects of offline relationships on online interactions using path analysis and the Sobel test. Results : Significant links were found between depression and social relationships in a cohort of educated males averaging 63 years of age. Offline interactions mediated 32% of the influence of depression on online relationships, with strong model fit indices emphasizing the importance of offline social interactions. Conclusion : This study highlights the role of active engagement in online and offline networks in improving mental health and managing the impact of depression on social activity among older adults, helping prevent isolation.

This study aims to make continuedly the community culture and art development to promote the use of a cultural facility through the art program of an art museum. This increases the satisfaction of the citizens' life by it and excavates the faithful users' culture and art. It contributes the culture and art development of Pusan in the future. We analyzed the data of the social index related Pusan's culture and leisure to investigate the basic concept of art museum education based on previous research. We reviewed the degree of use of facility for culture and art based on it. We present a community culture and art development plan through connection program displayed art museum. We expect the basis to increase the community culture level in Pusan.

건축문화창달의 구심체로서 건축계 발전과 공익에 이바지하고 건축사 회원의 권익옹호 및 업무개선에 앞장서 온 대한건축사협회는 36년의 오랜 역사가 말해주듯 7천7백여 회원과 산하 16개 시도건축사회와 84개 지역건축사회로 구성된 조직력을 갖춘 전문자역사단체로 당당히 자리매김했다. 그러나 국내 여타 전문자격사단체들과 마찬가지로 지난 경제성장기 동안 제도의 틀 안에서 안정을 누려온 협회에 대해 그 기능과 역할을 재정비해야 한다는 건축계 안팎의 목소리가 점차 높아지고 있으며, 회원들의 요구 또한 적극적이며 다양해지고 있다. 여기에다 장기간 계속된 건축경기의 침체는 건축사사무소들의 경영상태를 크게 악화시켜 회비 수입에만 의존해온 협회의 재정상태를 어렵게 하므로써 향후 협회재정 자립의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 더욱이 최근 정부의 규제개혁정책에 의해 설계도서신고제가 폐지되는 등 회원들의 의무규정이 상당부분 완화되었으며 또한 임의단체로의 전환과 함께 회원가입이 자유화됨에 따라 협회로서는 회원 결속력 강화와 자생력 확보라는 두 과제를 시급히 해결해야만 하는 상황에 직면해 있다. 특히 WTO에 의한 건축서비스시장 개방이 가속화되고, 이러한 무한경쟁시대에 대비해 정부가 각종 규제완화 정책들을 지속적으로 추진하는 등 앞날에 적지 않은 변화가 불어닥칠 것으로 예상됨에 따라 우리 건축사의 이익과 주장을 대변하는 창구로서의 기능 또한 중요시되고 있다. 따라서 전환기에 선 협회의 발전적 앞날을 위해서는 보다 다각적인 방향에서 그 위상을 재정립하고 또한 국제화ㆍ개방화ㆍ정보화시대에 제 기능과 역할을 다할 수 있는 전문조직으로 거듭나야 할 것이다. 이에 본지에서는 이번 좌담을 통해 협회의 기능과 역할을 재조명해 보고 아울러 사회적 요구에 부응하는 전문자격사단체로서의 위상을 확립해 나가기 위한 다양한 의견을 듣는 자리를 마련하였다.

최근 기업의 사회적 책임에 대한 관심이 커져가고 있으며, 사회의 구성원으로서 사회적 책임 활동은 선택이 아닌 필수적인 요소가 되어 가고 있으며 이에 대한 연구들도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기업의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 연구들은 주로 사회적 책임활동과 기업의 이미지, 고객만족 및 재방문 등 기업의 성과와 관련한 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직원들의 내부 고객인 직원들의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 그 관계에서 조직몰입이 어떤 역할을 하는지를 규명해보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회적 책임활동이 직원들의 직무만족을 증진하고, 증진된 직무만족이 조직시민행동에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 또한 사회적 책임활동과 직무만족, 조직시민행동의 관계에서 조직몰입을 조절 변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.
