웹 기술의 발전은 인간 사회의 변화에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 웹 발전 분야에서도 전자책 기술 발전은 확연하게 달라지고 있으며, 단순 텍스트 정보만을 제공하는 기술을 넘어 음성서비스를 위한 기술 분야에도 많은 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 표준 기술인 HTML5기반 지능형 전자책 다국어 TTS 서비스를 위한 관련 연구 조사와 전자책 사용자의 편리성 및 접근성을 강화하기 위한 전자책 제작 및 서비스 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자책 사용자들에게 텍스트를 포함한 전자책에서 텍스트 및 여러 객체들에 주제 혹은 설명을 TTS 서비스가 가능하도록 하고, 사용자의 선택적 영역과 언어에 따라 다국어 TTS가 자동 변환되어 서비스 할 수 있도록 연구 개발 하는 것이다.

This study examined the effects of Children's Social Development and Picture Representation Ability on Wordless Picture Books Activities. The study subjects were 30 children aged 3 years in K kindergarten: 15 in the experimental group and 15 in the comparative group. The experimental group was exposed to Wordless Picture Books Activities for 8 weeks. Image representation ability and social development test were conducted in both groups before and after the study. The after Wordless Picture Books Activities were found to be effective in linking various colors, detailed descriptions, harmonious spatial representations, various shapes, subject-related representations, uniqueness of representations, completeness of figure representations, and language representations. These study results are expected to validate the educational value of the wordless picture books meaningfully as teaching-learning materials in the field of early childhood education.

탐색회의는 조직이나 지역사회의 사람들로 하여금 그들의 가장 바람직한 미래를 규정하고 참여에의 책임감을 강조하는 과업수행을 위한 전략을 만들어낼 수 있도록 하는 참여적 계획 방법이다. 참여자들은 가능한 한 다양한 배경을 지닌 사람들이며, 그리하여 그들이 지니고 있는 지역사회에 대한 자신들의 지식과 과정을 변화시킬 수 있는 기술을 가지고 지역사회 개발에 기여할 수 있다. 탐색회의는 이루어져야만 하는 특별한 활동들을 규정하고 필요한 변화를 만들어낼 책임을 지니는 사람들에게 힘을 부여함으로써 표준적인 전략 계획보다 훨씬 더욱 유용한 결과를 산출한다. 계획과정에의 전체 지역사회의 참여는 바람직한 결과를 지역사회 전체가 소유할 개연성을 증가시키는 데, 이는 과업을 수행하는데 필수불가결하고 지역사회가 희망하는 목표를 성취하는데 중심적인 조건이다. 효과적인 지역사회 개발 계획을 위한 탐색회의의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는, 중앙정부가 지방정부의 탐색회의와 관련된 교육프로그램을 제공해야 하는데, 이는 탐색회의가 참여자들을 조직하고 관리하는 따위와 같은 얼마간의 기술을 필요로 하기 때문이다.

한국 대중문화의 발전과 더불어 국내외에서는 한류라는 브랜드로 대한민국의 문화와 대한민국 자체에 대하여 많은 호감과 함께 질투의 시선을 보내고 있다. 이러한 대한민국의 대중문화산업은 이제 대한민국을 벗어나 우리만의 문화가 아닌 세계를 지향하며 공감대를 형성하는 문화로 발전하고 있으며, 대중적인 인기를 얻고 있는 스타들이 문화첨병의 역할을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이제 한국의 대중문화는 우리만의 것이 아닌 세계인과 소통하고 나누어야 하는 문화인 것이다. 대한민국의 문화산업은 이제 가파른 성장만이 아닌 기본에 충실한 역사와 철학을 수반해야 할 것이며, 대중에 대한 사회적인 책임과 역할을 수행함으로써 더욱더 세계의 문화와 교감하며 발전해 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 대중들의 사랑을 통하여 성장하는 스타들의 사회적 기여와 그 활동에 대한 사례를 살펴보고 한류의 지속적인 발전과 문화 창출을 위한 올바른 소셜테이너로서의 책임 및 역할과 지구공동체를 위한 힐링 소사이어티에 대하여 고찰해 보고자 한다.

As the concerning about Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is increasing, corporate's expenditure about Corporate Social Responsibility is increasing year and year. As for this, we need the research about the effect of the expenditure about corporate social responsibility on financial performance. So, lot's of empirical researches have been tested in order to prove the relations between Corporate Social Responsibility and Financial Performance. But their results of study different from those of researchers due to the reasons of different methodologies and varieties of variables measuring. Therefore, in this article, setting two hypotheses with sampling 600 corporate firms from 2003 to 2005,first we analyzed financial performance of corporate which is carrying execution into corporate social responsibility and which is not. Second, we analyzed corporate which is carrying execution into corporate social responsibility before and after. In results of this paper, carrying execution into corporate social responsibility affects financial performance badly in short term. That's why we need to study for further more long term periods such as after 5-years or so. And financial performance of corporate which is carrying execution into corporate social responsibility is higher than others, accepting the second hypothesis just as this paper has set.

Autonomous A.I. vehicles are seemingly soon ready for our life. One of the critical problems with autonomous vehicles is how one could assign responsibility for accidents to them. We can envisage that autonomous vehicles may confront an ethical dilemma. Then a question arises of how we are able to assign legal responsibility to autonomous vehicles. In this paper, I first introduce what the ethical dilemma of autonomous vehicles is about. Second, I show how we could be able to assign legal responsibility for autonomous vehicles. Legal probability is the received criteria for causal responsibility most of the legal theorists consider. But it remains vague. I articulate the concept of legal probability in terms of the probabilitstic theory of individual level causality while considering how one can assign causal responsibility for autonomous vehicles. My theory of causal responsibility may help one to assign legal responsibility not just for autonomous vehicles but also for people.
