The purpose of this study is to identify the priority factors for sustainable management of social enterprises related to early childhood education. To achieve the purpose of this study, sustainable management factors were extracted by examining previous studies related to social enterprises, and the priorities of factors were derived using the AHP method after conducting surveys of those who are related to early childhood education and social enterprises. As a result of the study, the priorities of the four major factors for sustainable management of social enterprises were confirmed in the following order: strategic factors, organizational factors, management capability factors, and social environment factors. And the priorities of the 16 sub-factors were confirmed in the following order: program originality, excellence of program content, CEO's leadership, expertise in operation and education, securing information on early childhood education market, etc. This study is meaningful in that it discovered the basic success factors for the performance and sustainability of social enterprises related to early childhood education and suggested directions for establishing management strategies for social enterprises related to early childhood education.

The Living Lab, key elements are user involvement and experimentation in real life environment, is attracting public and academic attention as a crucial means of science and technology innovation and societal innovation. In recent years, there has also been a qualitative change, such as being utilized for social innovation and sustainable system transition. However, in the Living Lab approach, the paradox due to the tension between the different demands can appear in terms of homogeneity, user experience, conflict, commercialization, and diffusion of innovation. We need to understand and solve these paradoxes of Living Labs in order not only to solve social problems but also to be a good means of social innovation and sustainable system transition. Living labs are very useful instruments for solving certain types of problems, but they are not panacea. Living Labs, which still lack theoretical rationale and empirical results, need to accept and manage paradoxes to achieve results as a good means of social innovation.

University has various resources such as intellectual human resource, spatial resource and facilities, and economic resource. At the same time, universities are, in general, found upon fundamental mission of public service, as well as teaching and research. Recently in Korea, it has been argued that we should make use of such resource of universities in the process of urban regeneration through university-community partnership. Yet, these arguments are lack of concreteness: 'which' kind of resource for 'what' kind of problem, and 'how'. Therefore, this research examined the case of university-community partnership in Japan and tried to find of some implications to Korean society. The reason for examining Japanese case is because Japan has experienced similar problems that Korea face such as aging population, decrease in the number of student, deteriorations of existing urban area; there are respectable amount of similarities between Japan and Korea in political, social and economic context; and because Japan has proceeded regeneration of communities through university-community partnerships.

지역사회교정은 기존의 시설내처우와 대비되는 개념으로 형사절차 전반에 지역사회가 개입하여 사회내처우를 실행하는 것이다. 이는 시설내처우가 지닌 과밀 수용, 교정 프로그램의 효율성, 범죄의 학습화 등의 문제점을 극복하고 범죄자들의 진정한 사회복귀를 도모할 수 있는 방법으로 인식되고 있기 때문이다. 하지만 지역사회교정 또한 많은 문제점들을 가지고 있어 이에 대한 해결책의 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 문제인식에 기인해서 지역사회교정의 개념과 문제점들에 대해 살펴보고 이의 대안을 제시하였다. 지역사회교정의 활성화를 위해서는 담당기관 및 인력의 확충 및 담당 직원의 세심한 채용 및 지속적인 관리를 통해 전문화를 유도하며, 전문 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 민간봉사자와의 네트워크 구축이 필요하며, 지역기관, 지자체, 관계 당국 간의 이해와 협조가 반드시 필요하게 될 것이다. 이와 함께 지역사회교정의 실천단계에 있어 발생될 수 있는 많은 문제점들에 대한 객관적이고 실증적인 후속 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

This study purports to achieve three different yet related tasks. First of all, this study reviews thoroughly social economy as an academic subject which have been drawing much attentions in social science. Secondly, this study examines developmental trajectory of social economy in Korea and reviews categories and types of social economy in current Korean society. Lastly, this study introduces several arguments around social economy. For these tasks, brief summary of the definitions of social economy from foreign and domestic scholars will be provided. Then five controversial subjects on social economy will be introduced. Those are the effect of social economy on employment, the future of social economy in the context of welfare state, the sustainability of social economy, the relationship of social economy with civil society, and the relationship between social economy and basic income. The author hopes that this study could provide thorough pirctire of social economy conceptually as well as practically for those who are interested in social economy both in academia and civil society organizations.

인간의 생태계를 근본적으로 위협하고 있는 기후변화와 같은 환경오염 문제는 글로벌 경쟁시대의 기업 경영에 있어 강력한 제재요인 중 하나로 관심이 집중되고 있다. 국내에서도 이러한 환경문제가 중요 이슈로 부각되고 있는데, 특히 인류생존에 필수적인 자연환경을 기반으로 사업을 영위하는 농업분야는 더욱 깊은 연관성을 갖는다. 정부는 이러한 농업분야에 대하여 도시와 농촌 간 소득 불균형이나 농촌인구 노령화 등의 문제를 해결하고 미래 성장산업으로 발전시키고자 6차산업화 인증 제도를 시행 중에 있으며 앞으로의 성장이 기대된다. 또한 최근 기업의 환경을 포함하는 사회적 책임활동에 대한 관심이 높아지고 능동적으로 참여하려는 소비자의 특성 변화에 따라 6차산업화 인증을 받은 기업들도 성장하기 위해서는 기업 활동의 근간이 되는 소비자 니즈에 더욱 집중할 필요성이 제기되므로 기업의 새로운 성장 방안으로써 고객과 환경에 집중하고 사회적 가치를 창출해 나가야 할 것으로 추측된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 6차산업화 인증을 받은 기업을 대상으로 고객지향성과 경영성과 간 관계에서 환경지향성이 조절효과를 가지는 지를 밝히고자 하였으며, 연구 결과 고객지향성은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 이러한 관계 속에서 환경지향성은 정(+)의 조절효과를 가진다는 것을 실증하였다. 즉, 6차산업화 인증기업이 경영성과를 제고시키기 위해서는 소비자의 변화와 기업이 수행해야 할 사회적 책임을 명확히 인식하여, 소비자 니즈기반의 환경보존과 같은 사회적 가치를 창출하고 공유하려는 친환경 지향적인 새로운 혁신전략을 수립하고 실행해 나가야 할 것이며 이를 통해 지속적인 성장을 견인할 수 있을 것이다.

지난 10여년간 한국 사회는 기술적, 경제적, 정치적으로 많은 성장과 변화, 그리고 발전을 거듭하여 세계 13의 경쟁력을 자랑하고 있다. 하지만, 우리나라의 사회적 성장 수준은 세계 30위에 그치고 있어 노령화 정책, 환경 문제, 양극화문제, 균형 발전 등의 사회적 성장과 삶의 질 향상을 위한 노력이 필요한 상황이다. 지속가능한 안전한 삶에 대한 국민적 관심과 요구가 높아지고 있음에도 불구하고 우리 사회는 일상생활과 밀접한 전기 화재 및 가스 사고에서부터 국가 산업 경쟁력 및 심각한 환경문제까지 야기할 수 있는 발전소 혹은 대형 플랜트 사고에 이르기까지 위험 요소를 안고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 에너지 관련 시설 및 활동으로부터 발생할 수 있는 사고를 예방하고 조치할 수 있는 안전 기술 개발 현황에 대하여 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 국내 에너지 안전 기술의 개발 방향에 대한 의견을 제안하였다. 또한, 국내 가스 및 설비 안전 기술의 현황을 파악하고 이를 토대로 안전 기술의 유형을 분류하여 향후 관련 기술의 방향성 제시를 위해 중장기 TRM(technical road map)을 제시하여 에너지 안전 기술의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 토대를 마련하였다.

본 연구에서는 직장인의 관계갈등이 직무몰입 미치는 영향에 대해 마음챙김의 조절효과가 유의한 것으로 이어지는지 서울·경기에 거주하고 있는 직장인을 대상으로 800부의 설문을 실시하여 분석에 사용하고자 한다. 현대사회 풍요로움의 시대이기도 하지만 시간적으로나 경제적으로 과도한 부담을 안고 살아가는 시대이기도 하다. 개인의 영역이 보호되기 위해 그 영역을 관리보호 해주는 조직체계가 생겨나고 유지 해주며 긴밀한 상호관계적 문명사회가 만드는 여러 스트레스가 발생 되고 있다. 불신감과 긴장상태는 정신적 에너지를 저하 시키고 심리적소진과 직무스트레스로 인한 직장 내 생활과 가정 생활영역에 모두 자리 잡게 되어가고 있으며, 관계적 팽창은 기업의 인적자원 활용에 부정적인 영향을 끼침과 동시에 근로자의 직장생활 몰입 동기부여를 떨어뜨려 장기적으로 업무능력과 기업의 경쟁력이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반 성인들이 살아가고 있는 직장에서 발생할 수 있는 문제와 직장인의 심리적 취약점으로 인한 심각한 문제들이 대두되고 있어 관계갈등과 조직몰입에 대한 마음챙김의 조절된 매개효과를 확인해보고자 한다 본 연구에서는 직장인의 관계갈등이 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 마음챙김의 조절된 매개효과를 진행하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 직장 내 관계갈등의 문제를 효과적으로 예방교육 하는것과 마음챙김을 통한 조직몰입개선에 대한 효과와 방안 마련에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이며, 구체적 갈등 해결을 통한 기업 내 근무환경 개선과 근로자의 정서복지를 제공하는 정책과 연구와 관련된 구체적인 방안에 필요한 시사점을 도출하여 제시고자 한다.

Based on network agenda-setting theory, this study attempted to analyze media reports about suicide from 2000 to 2020 in order to find solutions for suicide problem in the Korean society. Results showed that top 10 key words in media were suicide, death leap, death, attempt, supposition, discovery, men, pessimism. Those key words were appeared similarly and contunually in the media. In addition, both newspapers and broadcastings had similar reports trend, so it is plausible to consider inter-media agenda setting relations between newspapers and broadcasings.

This study has a purpose to find out how the problem posing activity by presenting the problem situation effects to the mathematical problem solving ability. It was applied in two classes(Experimental group-35, Controlled group-37) of the fourth grade at ‘D’ Elementary school in Bang Jin Chung nam and 40 Elementary school teachers working in Dang Jin. The presenting types of problem situation are the picture type, the language type, the complex type(picture type+ language type), the free type. And then let them have the problem posing activity. Also, We applied both the teaching-teaming plan and practice question designed by ourself. The results of teaching and learning activities according to the type of problem situation presentation are as follows; We found out that the learning activity of the mathematical problem posing was helpful to the students in the development of the mathematical problem solving ability. Also, We found out that the mathematical problem posing made the students positively change their attitude and their own methods for mathematical problem solving.
