A traditional method to produce three dimensional orthophoto map has been studied by digital photogrammetry which decides a height by digitally searching conjugate points on the stereo image. Many researches in digital photogrammetric field are still in progress to determine conjugate points automatically. In this study, we analyze the effect of accuracy of area-based image matching with changing eight types of target area size using four types of image pyramid. The result of image matching to each method compared with 1/5,000 digital mapping data. We decided a optimal size of target area on a percentage of image matching. Digital elevation model is generated by matching results and bundle method. As a result, three dimensional orthophoto map is made in terms of digital elevation model and orthophoto.

This paper presents a AI model structure for restoring Korean traditional palace photographs, which remain only black-and-white photographs, to color photographs using Pix2Pix, one of the adversarial generative neural network techniques. Pix2Pix consists of a combination of a synthetic image generator model and a discriminator model that determines whether a synthetic image is real or fake. This paper deals with an artificial intelligence model by adjusting a receptive field of the discriminator, and analyzes the results by considering the characteristics of the ancient palace photograph. The receptive field of Pix2Pix, which is used to restore black-and-white photographs, was commonly used in a fixed size, but a fixed size of receptive field is not suitable for a photograph which consisting with various change in an image. This paper observed the result of changing the size of the existing fixed a receptive field to identify the proper size of the discriminator that could reflect the characteristics of ancient palaces. In this experiment, the receptive field of the discriminator was adjusted based on the prepared ancient palace photos. This paper measure a loss of the model according to the change in a receptive field of the discriminator and check the results of restored photos using a well trained AI model from experiments.

본 논문에서는 출입국자 관리의 효율성과 체계적인 출입국 관리를 위하여 여권 코드를 자동으로 인식하고 위조 여권을 판별할 수 있는 지능형 여권 인식 및 얼굴 인증 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 지능형 여권 인식 시스템은 여권 영상에서 경계선 검출 및 수평 최소값 필터 등을 적용하여 코드의 문자열 영역을 추출하고 기울어진 각도를 보정하였다. 검출된 코드 문자열의 인식을 위해 새로운 ART 알고리즘을 제안하여 적용하였고 휴리스틱 방법을 이용하여 인식 결과를 보정한 후 이 인식 결과를 바탕으로 여권 소지자의 사진 및 관련 정보를 여권 데이터베이스에서 추출하였다. 여권에서 추출된 출입국자의 사진 및 얼굴과 데이터베이스에 저장된 사진 및 얼굴과의 유사도 측정을 통하여 여권 사진의 위조 여부를 판단하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 여권 코드의 자동인식과, DB에 저장된 사진 정보를 바탕으로 얼굴 사진 영역의 인중을 통하여 위조 여권을 판별할 수 있는 지능형 출입국 관리 시스템을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 International Affective Picture System (IAPS) 사진의 시각 자극을 통해 유발된 감성 변화를 심리ㆍ생리적으로 측정하여 긴장도의 감성 변화를 수행하고자 하였다. 미리 선정된 9개의 사진을 30초씩 제시하면서 ECG, GSR, Skin Temperature, Respiration 등의 생리 신호를 측정하였고, 자극 제시 후 주관적 평가를 실시하였다. 주관적 평가 분석 결과 9개의 사진 중 5종류의 사진에 대한 감성 구분의 가능성이 보였으며, 긴장축으로 긴장 > 불쾌긴장, 쾌긴장 > 중립 > 이완 순서의 4단계로 긴장도가 구분되었다. 자율신경계 반응 또한 긴장영역의 감성을 구분할 수 있었는데, 긴장축으로 긴장, 불쾌긴장, 쾌긴장 > 중립 > 이완 순서의 3단계로 긴장도가 구분되었다. 따라서 각 사진이 유발한 긴장의 감성영역을 주관적 평가를 바탕으로 생리적 반응 분석을 통하여 변별할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰 카메라를 이용하여 실제 사진 촬영에서 많이 사용되는 손동작들을 인식하고 자동으로 사진을 촬영하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 스마트폰 카메라로부터 획득한 영상에서 피부색의 특징이 잘 나타나는 YCbCr 컬러 공간의 스킨 컬러 정보 값을 기반으로 피부 영역을 추출한다. 추출된 피부 영역에서 Labeling 기법을 적용하여 Contour 정보를 분석한 후, 피부 객체를 추출한다. 추출된 피부 객체에서 손가락의 위치 정보를 이용하여 손 영역을 추출한 후에 손동작을 인식하고, 손동작을 인식한 카메라가 자동으로 사진을 촬영한다. 제안된 방법은 저 사양의 환경에서 손동작을 인식하는 속도가 빠르고, 기존 스마트폰 카메라의 타이머 기능보다 효율적으로 사용이 가능한 것을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

Reading a photograph is a process of perceiving the image in it. We are able to approach the intention of the photographer only from the sensory material of the image. To make sure how we see the image when we look at a photo, this paper did an experiment with Robert Doisneau's photo, 'Un Regard Oblique'. The hypothesis was set upon the idea of Mary Ann Doane, a pioneer in Gender study. Eye-tracker, Tobii was used to measure the movements and the fixation lengths of the pupils of 44 subjects. From the results of the experiment, it was verified that people look at photographic image in a certain way. At the same time, the gazing strength was differential on every subjects and subject groups.

아날로그 업체에서 디지털업체로 변신 중인 필름 메이커 이스트만 코닥의 주식 폭락은 사진관련 업계에 커다란 충격과 변화를 예고하고 있다. 디지털카메라의 보급은 필름카메라의 쇠퇴와 더불어 사진인쇄 문화에도 커다란 영향을 끼치고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 디지털이미지 커뮤니케이션은 생일, 졸업, 입학 등 특별한 날에만 촬영하던 개인의 역사를 일상화시켰다. 이는 기존 사진영역을 확장시켰을 뿐만 아니라 사진 촬영 후 인쇄라는 단순명제를 벗어나 또 다른 변화를 촉진하고 있는 것이다. 디지털카메라와 더불어 카메라 폰의 놀라운 보급력은‘손 안의 이미지세상’을 실현시키며 디지털사진의 무한한 가능성을 열었다. 이제 관련 업계의 새로운 사진인쇄문화 정착을 위한 다양한 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본지에서는 인화지 시장 현황 및 소비자의 소비심리, 향 후 전망을 알아보았다.

Railway Station in Korea built for purpose to plunder resource and invade China 19 and 20 century early, It functioned as main transportation and important role in local history. However, Since the late 1990s, Railway Station in Korea is facing major changes due to Railroad Improvement and Restructuring plan. Photography is useful way to represent memory and local history about railway station, but Photography Documentation on railroad station were not discussed until now due to indifference of the KORAIL and peculiarities of national security facilities for a long time. This study suggest what is document activities and facilities of railway station, use value analysis about railway station's value firstly. next, this study set each documentation area with value analysis for a basis and present concrete example. finally, this study adapt documentation area and detail to classification scheme and apply activities and facilities of supplement or revision to classification scheme.
