풍수재해 피해 증가를 예방하기 위해서는 사전 위험을 확인하고 분석하여 대비책을 강구하는 것이 중요하다. 재해예방을 위한 종합적 방재정책 마련으로 예방이 최우선되어야 하며, 신속한 대처를 통해 피해를 줄이고 불필요한 비용을 감소시켜야 피해당사자인 국민의 신회를 얻을 수 있다.

최근 많은 이슈가 되고 있는 제 4 차 산업혁명 기술을 건설 분야에 적용하여 다양한 형태의 센서를 활용한 IoT 의 활용가치를 높이고 근로자의 위험사항을 사전에 예방함과 동시에 건설현장에서 IoT 기반 스마트 건설안전시스템 전호구축을 위한 아키텍처를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 IoT 의 개념을 살펴보고, 현장 안전관리 프로세스를 근로자 편리성을 감안한 아키텍처로 전환연구를 하고자 한다. IoT 기반 스마트 건설안전시스템 구축을 위해서 활용 가능한 위험지역을 도식화하고, 적용 가능한 영역을 파악하였고, 다양한 사전예측분석 알고리즘을 활용하여 안전사고 예방에 관한 사전예측 유형을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 위험지역에 대한 근로자의 동선을 파악한 후 위험지역에 사전정보 제공을 통한 건설현장의 IoT 기반 스마트 건설안전시스템을 전환해서 재해율 감소에 기여하고자 한다.

산업안전보건법 제48조에 의거 사업장의 유해위험시설을 보유하기 위해 신설, 증설, 변경 또는 이전시에 유해위험물질의 누출, 화재, 폭발 등으로 인하여 사업장내 근로자나 인근 주민들에게 피해를 줄 수 있는 사고를 사전에 예방하기 위하여 유해위험방지계획서나 공정안전보고서를 작성하여 노동부장관에게 제출토록 의무화가 되어있다. 각 사업장은 이러한 사전예방에 활용하기 위한 위험성 평가방법을 어떤 기법으로 어떻게 도입하여 적용시키고 있으며, 또 할 예정인가 사내에는 어떤 제도화가 되어 있는가 대책은 어떻게 반영되고 실시에 어떤 문제점이 있는가 등의 사실을 업종별로 파악하여 제조업종의 위험성 평가도입에 따른 문제점과 대책을 제시할 필요가 있다. 가스의 편리성, 저공해성, 열효율성 등으로 인해 가스의 사용량이 급격히 증가한 반면 가스의 위험성에 대한 관심부족으로 가스사고는 매년 증가하고 있다. 가스사고는 엄청난 인명피해 및 재산피해로 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 심각한 사회적 불안요소로 인식하고 있다. 사고예방을 위해서는 가스사고 위험을 줄 수 있는 원천적인 사전대책이 제도적으로 철저히 마련되어야 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 가스관련법의 보험에 관한 법규의 개선을 통하여 가스사고에 대한 사전예방기능을 강화하는데 그 목적이 있다.

In modern society, citizens' quality of life aspects of safety and crime prevention activities are actively considering the incidence of crime prevention in advance. It also can be quite important elicit the interest of who community members through effective crime prevention strategies. For crime prevention policies and techniques over time as more scientific and advanced methods are made. Today, A typical crime prevention strategies is private security zones and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is a corresponding to the new strategy. CPTED is a diversification can be called a crime prevention approach that emphasizes the principle of natural surveillance, access control, territoriality, activity support, maintenance and management. The defensible space of the space area related to crime prevention setting the activities of private security and CPTED determine. Also, the reality of crime prevention and protection should be considered space. The emphasis on proactive prevention of crime in modern society for the prevention of crime how to approach differing perspectives and disparate aspects of private security and CPTED. Technical and professional areas that overlap to some extent in a homogeneous aspect. Ultimately, CPTED is a crime prevention through space and environmental approach for crime. In addition, Ultimate goal of convergence, crime prevention, with the same or higher is required to study for the area after looking for the characteristics and limitations of private security and CPTED.

Proactive prevention is important for crime. Past crimes have focused on coping after death and punishing them. But with Big Data technology, crime can be prevented spontaneously. Big data can predict the behavior of criminals or potential criminals. This article discusses how to build a big data system for crime prevention. Specifically, it deals with the way to combine unstructured data of big data with basic form data, and as a result, designs crime prevention system. Through this study, it is expected that the possibility of using big data for crime prevention is described through fingerprints, and it is expected to help crime prevention program and research in future.

한국출판문화산업진흥원(원장 이재호)은 최근 서체와 서체프로그램 저작권 관련 법률 용어 및 의미, 분쟁사례, 분쟁의 사전 예방과 대처 방법 등을 소개하는 '서체 프로그램 이용 길라잡이'를 발행했다. 이중 서체프로그램 분쟁예방 및 대응방법에 대한 내용을 소개한다. 한편 대한인쇄문화협회에서는 문화체육관광부의 지원을 받아 바른돋움체와 바른바탕체를 개발해 홈페이지(www.print.or.kr) 자료실에서 무료로 다운받아 사용할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
