This paper first introduces Smart Farming with various researches and developments, and describes its reference model. Then, the importance of planning at the pre-production stage which deeply affects to the whole process of the Smart Farming is explained. Lastly, the current and future trends of researches and developments on the planning of the Smart Farming are given.

The construction market is diversely changing because social environmental factors are rapidly transforming. Therefore, Construction projects are becoming complex and diverse. Furthermore, the risk being inherent in construction projects are increasing, and now people are considering about the risk management of construction projects in successfully handling the risk factor. The purpose of this study is first to comprehend the preparation of basic references for objective and systematic identification, categorization, and analysis of risk. Secondly it is to find the principle elements within the risk factors identified and categorized around planning process. Finally it is to manage objectively on the planning process, which forms a lot of uncertainty, in order to accentuate the importance about the risk of pre-planning process stage

미국 영상제작시장에서는 기획단계에서 충분한 시간, 비용투자와 여러 가지 검증방법을 통해, 아이디어를 거의 완벽하게 검증하고 있다. 최근에 사전시각화-프리비즈(previsualiztion)의 한 종류인 3D 씨네메틱스(cinematics)가 검증방법으로 활용되고 있다. 최신 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용하는 프리비즈는, 단기간에 저비용으로 제작자와 클라이언트들이 원하는 비주얼을 최종 결과물에 최대한 가깝게 구현하는 것을 목표한다. 고품질 프리비즈는 기획물에 대한 검증, 수정, 시장성타진 뿐만 아니라 프로덕션단계의 시행착오를 줄이는 가이드라인으로 쓰여, 프로덕션의 품질(quality)향상, 제작비 절감하는데 기여하고 있다. 이러한 기획에 대한 확실한 검증과정들이 미국의 영상제작산업을 세계최고 레벨로 올려놨다. 본 연구는 미국 영상제작시장에서 제작되고 있는 프리비즈의 동향과, 프리비즈 국내영상기획시장에서의 필요성, 기대효과를 연구하고자 한다.

An Analysis on the Pre-Feasibility Evaluation Factors of Activation for Welfare Facilities for the Residents in Apartment Building. The adapted research method of selected case five apartment building in D new town and carried out questionnaire survey to residents and user for draw items of feasibility evaluation. Drew items of feasibility evaluation classify as Plan section, Design section, and Operation section and evaluate the weight of each section utilizing analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Depending on the purpose and methods. The results of this study are as follows: Such as Plan section, Composition of Program Facility, User Charge Survey, Arrangement of Program Room were analyzed highest. Such as Design section, Arrangement of Program Room, Circulation planning, Educational Equipment were analyzed highest. And such as Operation section, Operation costs, Operation Plan, Review of Program Facility were analyzed highest.

본 연구는 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS) 데이터베이스에 등록된 국내 국가연구개발(R&D)사업 중에 플라즈마 기술 관련 Raw-data를 분석하여 플라즈마 기술 분야에 대한 정부 부처별, 연구수행주체별, 연구개발단계별 등 국내 산학연 전반에 투입된 연구개발(R&D) 예산을 조사 및 분석하였다. 특히, 2012~2014년을 기준으로 플라즈마 기술 관련 연구수행주체(정부부처, 국공립연구소, 출연(연), 대학, 대기업, 중소기업, 중견기업) 각각에 대해 연구 관심 분야 및 핵심기술을 알 수 있는 척도인 연구개발단계(기초, 응용, 개발)와 과학기술표준분류체계 등을 포함한 상호 연계성을 식별 가능한 네트워크로 가시화하였다. 이에 본 논문은 NTIS 데이터 기반 다양한 관점의 시사점을 플라즈마 기술 활성화 전략 수립 사례에 적용함으로써 사전기획 강화를 위한 데이터 분석 방법을 제안한다.

스포츠에 과학기술 적용이 확산되고 경기력 향상과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 기술개발사업이 추진되고 있으나, 우리나라의 스포츠산업 기술혁신체계는 단계별 연계성 부족, 전담기관 부재 등 취약한 실정이다. 본 연구는 사전 기술기획으로 스포츠산업 기술정책비전, 메가트렌드 및 기술수준격차 분석 등을 수행하는 기술기회탐색과정을 추가하고 기술기획, 선정평가, 수행관리, 결과평가, 활용관리에 이르는 전주기 개념의 기술혁신체계 구축 방안을 제시하고 있다.

The housing redevelopment goes on smoothly, because it has problem that prevent theory and alternative policy. The conflict factors may remove to the problem before. This study has proposed that is universally applicable to the housing redevelopment and the conflict factors was supplied effective use of resources. This paper get the conclusion as a survey. first, It have a conflict solution for successful housing redevelopment business. Second, reconstruction business process categorized four stage. Third, It suggest an alternative about reconstruction business manage and systematization.

건설공사 프로젝트는 사전 기획 단계, 설계, 계약, 시공, 운영 및 유지관리 등 각 단계의 다양한 참여 주체에 의해 프로젝트가 진행되고 각 분야 간의 원활한 의사소통을 통한 협력 작업으로 일을 진행한다. 그러나 각 단계별 참여주체간의 협업이 어렵고 정보교류가 원활하지 못한 문제점들이 있다. 또한 건설공정은 현장여건의 변화와 불확실성으로 인해 예측이 어렵고, 보다 신뢰성이 있는 계획의 부재로 인하여 각종 세부 공정들 간의 간섭을 유발하고 계획된 일정을 준수하기 어려워 불필요한 비용의 낭비와 공사기간의 증가를 야기한다. 이러한 낭비요인을 최소화하고 건축 프로젝트를 진행하는데 있어서 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 시공계획 단계의 신뢰성을 높여야 한다. 따라서 시공전의 계획 단계에서부터 4D 시뮬레이션을 통하여 이러한 문제점들을 파악하고 개선하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 BIM기반의 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 기능분석을 통하여 효율적인 적용과 발전과정을 알아보고자 한다.

Recently, overseas plant orders of domestic enterprises are steadily increased, and the amount of orders in the first half of 2014 were 93% increased compared to the previous year. In addition, now which is the third quarter of 2015, overseas plant orders are already over 249.8 billion dollars so the interests of plant industry research has been increased. In the life cycle of the plant project, CM before the construction stage is to complement the uncertainties that are inherent in the early stages of the project, and from the viewpoint of supporting the rational decision-making, the importance of its role is on the rise. Among them, excavating and investing participation plan in the planning stage is an important work that has a large impact force to influence the success and failure of future project. However, the work has become a problem with frequent consultations due to decision-making, continuous modification, and inefficient repetitive tasks. Therefore, it is needed that work process should be changed to effectively accommodate. The purpose of this paper is to derive the major work items for excavating and investing participation plan in the planning stage of the plant project, and establish a standardized work process through the Delphi analysis. The result of this study is expected to be utilized for EPC companies in ensuring the technical competitiveness in planning on overseas markets, and improve the efficiency of work.

현장의 품질 관리방법으로 식스시그마 DMAIC(Define-Measure-Analysis-Improve-Control) Process는 설계 분야의 Design for Six Sigma Process인 DMADV (Define-Measure-Analysis-Design-Verify), ICOV (Identify-Characterize-Optimize-Verify) Process 로 문제를 설계 단계에서 사전에 해결하는 How to do 의 방법, Process 로 확대되어 많은 기업으로 확대되고 있다. 또한 최근 신상품, 신사업 기획이 중요해지면서 What to do 에 해당하는, 블루오션 전략과 트리즈의 예측 방법과 Computer Aided Innovation Software를 포괄하는 DFSS의 확대 Process 와 그 효용에 대해서 본 논문에서 설명하고자 한다.
