사이버교육의 효율적 운영관리

  • 정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 사회의 각 분야 역시 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이중에서도 가장 큰 변화가 일어나고 있는 분야 중의 하나가 교육분야라는 데에는 이견이 없어 보인다. 특히 정보통신기술이 교육분야에 본격적으로 접목되면서 나온 사이버교육이라는 새로운 교육 패러다임은 지금 많은 대학이나 공공기관 그리고 기업 등에서 기존의 오프라인 교육을 보완하거나 대체하기 위한 새로운 교육방법으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 그러나 이러한 사이버교육이 너무도 빠르게 교육 현장에 도입되면서 장점 못지 않게 많은 문제점 위해서는 현재 제기되고 있는 문제점의 도출과 이에 대한 적절한 대안의 마련이 요구된다고 본다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 사이버교육의 현황을 살펴보고 현재 사이버교육에서 제기되는 문제점을 경영자 측면, 학습자 측면, 교수자 측면, 운영자 측면, 인프라 측면, 제도적 측면 등에서 살펴보고 각각에 대한 개선 방안 및 발전 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

A Research on Anomaly type of face detection using Neural Network (신경망을 이용한 정상·비정상 얼굴유형 탐지 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 신경망의 오류 역전파(Backpropagation) 학습 알고리즘을 이용한 얼굴의 정상 비정상을 인식하는 보안 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 정지영상 및 동영상에서 입력된 얼굴영상을 전처리 단계에서 얼굴영역을 검출하여 $160{\times}160$ 크기의 고정 크기로 확대 및 축소 작업을 거친다. Mosaic 처리와 LaplacianEdge 처리를 거쳐 $40{\times}40$ 크기로 이진화한 정규화 데이터를 Gravity-Center 처리를 한다. 오류 역전파 학습 알고리즘으로 얼굴의 특징을 학습한 후 각종 정상 및 비정상 얼굴 데이터를 이용하여 인식률을 실험 하였다. 실험데이터는 이 분야의 공인 자료인 LFW Face Database[7] 데이터를 사용하였으며, 실험결과는 제안된 방법이 문제 해결에 적합한 접근임을 보여준다.

The Effects of Cyber Home Learning System on Mathematics Learning Achievements and Mathematical Disposition (사이버가정학습을 통한 수학학습이 수학학업성취도 및 수학적 성향에 미치는 영향)

  • This research aimed to find out what kind of effects cyber home learning system has on the 7th educational system elementary school students in grade 6. Specifically, the effects on the students' mathematics learning achievements and mathematical disposition. The following items were established for the research objective. First, analyze what effects using the cyber home learning system for studying mathematics has on mathematics learning achievements. Second, analyze what effects using the cyber home learning system for studying mathematics has on mathematical disposition of the students. The following results were obtained from the analysis. First, the students who were subjected to the cyber home learning system showed improvements in mathematics learning achievements compared to those who weren't. Furthermore, the students who were subjected to the system on mathematical program showed greater improvements than those who were subjected to the system on social program. Second, the experimental group that was subjected to the system, when compared with the comparison group 1, was shown to have positive, statistically-significant effects on mathematical disposition. Moreover, though effects weren't statistically significant when compared with the group that was subjected to the system on social program, it was seen that there were changes in mathematical disposition to some degree.

A Study on the Perceptions of Cyber English Learners on the Usefulness of Online Grammar Checker (온라인 문법 검사기의 유용성에 대한 사이버 영어학습자들의 인식에 관한 연구)

  • The current study examined the cyber learners' perceptions of the educational usefulness of Grammarly, an online grammar checker, after it was used to provide feedback to cyber university students in a situation where the instructor could not provide sufficient feedback on their written work in English. The survey results, revealed that the majority of learners had positive attitudes to the usefulness of Grammarly. In particular, the feedback immediately available whenever needed was regarded as helpful in improving English sentences, and most learners were highly satisfied with the amount of the feedback provided by Grammarly. It was also found that Grammarly had positive effects in terms of the affective domains, helping learners to improve their interest and confidence in English writing. In particular, Grammarly was found to be effective in reducing writing anxiety in English, one of the main factors negatively affecting writing performance in English. However, along with these positive results, limitations such as inaccurate feedback and inadequate explanation of errors were also found. Therefore, when Grammarly is used for English education, it is necessary to conduct multifaceted research to develop effective teaching methods that can minimize the problems that may arise from these limitations.

Influence of Learning Instrument and Self-regulated Learning Strategy on Learning Achievement in Online Learning (온라인 수업에서 학습도구와 자기조절학습, 학업성취 간의 관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to increase the level of learning achievement by on-line learning instruments and self-regulated learning. The study were to investigate the 3 learning instrument-lecture, homework, participation-self related learning strategy, learning achievement. This Survey was conducted 226 responses of e-learning social welfare education learners. For this research, Amos 18 is used. The research findings can be summarized as the following. Lecture, homework and participation is indicated significantly affecting self-regulated learning and self-regulated learning is indicated significantly affecting learning achievement. And learning instruments has not statically significant direct effect on the learning achievement but learning instruments has statically significant indirect effect on the learning achievemen and the self-regulated.

  • 최근, 교욱분야는 많은 컴퓨터 기술을 도입하여 다양하게 발전되어 왔다. 본 논문은 이러한 기술 중 인터넷을 통한 사이버 교육의 하나로 온라인 학습 시스템을 설계를 하고자 한다. 제안된 학습 시스템은 학습자가 온라인상에서 언제 어디서든 학습에 참여할 수 있도록 그 기능을 지원하려한다.

  • In the process of development the e-learning course at Cyber University, one important factor to be considered for the effective e-learning contents is the User Interface(UI) of the e-Learning content platform. The User Interface is important because the well-designed UI can help students to perform effectively and easily learning activities. Despite the importance of the usability, few attempts have been carried out to design the e-learning contents UI from the usability perspectives. Thus, the purpose of this study is to explore the usability design elements for the e-learning contents UI. For this purpose, a usability evaluation study on the e-learning contents UI of a cyber university at Seoul was conducted. Implications for the improvement of the current e-Learning contents UI was presented.

Study for Prediction System of Learning Achievements of Cyber University Students using Deep Learning based on Autoencoder (오토인코더에 기반한 딥러닝을 이용한 사이버대학교 학생의 학업 성취도 예측 분석 시스템 연구)

  • In this paper, we have studied a data analysis method by deep learning to predict learning achievements based on accumulated data in cyber university learning management system. By predicting learner's academic achievement, it can be used as a tool to enhance learner's learning and improve the quality of education. In order to improve the accuracy of prediction of learning achievements, the autoencoder based attendance prediction method is developed to improve the prediction performance and deep learning algorithm with ongoing evaluation metrics and predicted attendance are used to predict the final score. In order to verify the prediction results of the proposed method, the final grade was predicted by using the evaluation factor attendance data of the learning process. The experimental result showed that we can predict the learning achievements in the middle of semester.

A Study on the Relationship between Job Characteristics and Individual Learning Agility and Learning Satisfaction (군 직무특성 및 개인 학습민첩성과 학습만족도 간의 관계 연구)

  • Learning agility is the will and ability to flexibly change thoughts and behaviors by quickly learning in new environments and experiences, and is a core competency to overcome crisis and solve organizational problems. It is a concept that can be used in the same organization group. Based on the previous research, a study was conducted to investigate how the job characteristics and personal learning agility of the army deputy officers influence learning satisfaction. After receiving a questionnaire survey of 216 business and yarn companies, SPSS 24.0 was used to verify the reliability and validity of the measurement variables, and the hypothesis was verified by regression analysis. It was found that some of the sub-categories of personal learning agility (self-awareness, active change pursuit) had a positive effect on learning satisfaction. This means that in order to enhance the effectiveness of military cyber education, measures should be taken to avoid overload in the field, and in order to increase performance in military organizations, personal learning agility pursuing positive change based on self-awareness and feedback must be developed.
