사이버위협의 증가로 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있는 사이버훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 사이버훈련이란 개인의 사이버보안 역량 강화 및 사이버공격에 대한 조직적 대응을 단련하는 일련의 행위를 가리킨다. 최근 IT 영역에서 실생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 OT 영역으로 사이버공격 범위가 늘어나 그 피해는 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 이들 사이버공격에 대비한 사이버훈련이 필요하며, IT 위주에서 OT를 포함한 사이버훈련으로 확장할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 IT와 함께 OT 영역까지 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있는 사이버훈련장 구축 연구를 소개한다. 본고에서는 OT 영역을 11개의 국가기반시설로 분류하였고, OT 사이버환경을 SW 기반으로 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 사이버훈련장을 통해 IT와 OT 대상 사이버공격에 대한 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있으며 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있다.

세계는 지금 소리 없는 사이버 전쟁중에 있다. 사이버테러는 물론 교묘한 해킹 수법으로 기회가 되면 상대국가의 기밀과 경쟁업체의 고급정 보를 빼가려고 혈안이 되어 있다. 이에 맞서 정보화의 어둠을 밝히려는 곳이 바로 사이버테러대응센터다. 임승택 사이버테러대응센터 장을 만나 사이버테러단과의 쫓고 쫓기는 추격전, 그리고 국내 사이버테러 수사의 수준과 향후 과제를 들어봤다.

Cyber defense exercise should require training on the latest cyber attacks and have a similar process to defense cyber attacks. In addition, it is also important to train on cyber resilience that can perform normal tasks or support equivalent tasks regardless of cyber attacks. In this paper, we proposed and developed a cyber range that can strengthen the elements of cyber resilience by performing cyber defense exercise in real time based on the cyber crisis alert issued when a cyber attack occurs in Korea. When BLUE, YELLOW, ORANGE, and RED warnings are issued according to the cyber crisis, our system performs proactive response, real time response, and post response according to the alarm. It can improve trainee's capability to respond to cyber threats by performing cyber defense exercise in a cyber crisis environment similar to the actual situation of Korea.

The development process of cyber literature theory in the 1990s clearly shows the duality of the pursuit of symbolic power and desire through the formation and conflict of literary fields, collective intelligence. All desires are bound to be power-oriented, and cyber literature is meaningful in that network-space critics developed while advocating the humanities of coexistence. The failure of cyber literature theory is due to the conflicting desire of critical power between real and virtual spaces. Cyber literature theory in the 1990s was the first literary response to the birth of artificial nature, although the contradiction of desires revealed in symbolic power and the limitations of barking are clear. Literature discourse has always explored the relationship between the social conditions of the time (including technological progress) and art texts. Producing a new critical discourse encompassing the whole within the literary field of artificial nature is an important task in literature in the era of technology compilation, and humanities and technology must coexist. Through this paper, we examined the impact of the birth of artificial nature on humanities. This study is an important achievement of humanities engineering that understands, interprets, and leads technology.

In this study, the network formation process of personal actors in industries for the elderly was analyzed. This process is applied to the knowledge creation model of the SECI (Nonaka-Takeuchi learning cycle), that is socialization, externalization, combination, internalization. There are some kinds of opportunities to interact in these industries in the forms of field survey teams to overseas, some seminars and symposiums, many kinds of meetings, education and training programs, trade fairs and on-line forums. These palces(ba) - originating ba, interacting ba, cyber ba, exercising ba - played great roles in the formation of personal actor networks. Personal actors had opportunities to interconnect with distant actors through those places(ba). In the spatial perspective, personal actors could make face-to-face contact and build trust through temporary geographical proximity or temporary clusters with the help of personal mobility. Relations in the virtual spaces such as the Internet community did much toward building personal networks.

차세대 e러닝 산업의 육성과 활성화를 위해 개최되는 국내 최대의 사이버교육 전문 전시회인‘e러닝 엑스포 2004’가 지난달 15일부터 17 일까지 3일간의 일정을 가졌다. 원격,가상교육, 국내,외 사이버대학, 학내망 서버공급업체 등 26개 업체가 참여한 이번 행사에는 개막 첫 날부터 관련업체와 시민 등 2,000여명이 찾는 등 e러닝에 대한 뜨거운 관심을 나타냈다.

최근 사이버교육의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라서 초 중등에서는 사이버가정학습체제를 도입하게 되었다. 하지만 사이버가정학습은 학생의 자발성에 기초하여 학습이 이루어지기 때문에 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 학습자의 참여도를 높이는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자의 참여도와 관련된 변인이 무엇인지를 밝혀보고, 이를 통해 학습자의 참여도를 높이기 위한 방안을 제안해 보았다. 학습자의 참여도와 관련있는 변인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자 내적변인 중 인지적 성향, 정좌소양수준, 자기주도적학습력, 참여목적, 사이버가정학습에 대한 인식이었다. 둘께, 학습자 외적변인 중 사이버가정학습장, 사교육투자시간, 학급담임의 내용확인도, 이용의 편의성이었다 셋째, 사이버교수활동 중 상호작용성, 과제제시빈도, 학습상담유형, 보상이었다. 넷째, 학부모변인 중 참여인지, 도움도, 내용확인 정도가 참여도에 유의한 영향을 준다고 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과에 비추어 다음과 같은 방안을 제안해 보았다. 콘텐츠 측면에서 살펴보면, 다양한 양질의 콘텐츠가 제공되어야 한다. 콘텐츠 내에서 학생간이 교류가 이루어질 수 있어야하며, 정보탐색이나 정보교류를 이용한 학습문제나 과제가 제시되어야 한다. 운영상의 측면에서 살펴보면, 온라인과 오프라인의 교류와 협력을 위한 장이 마련되어야 하며, 시스템 환경을 최적화해야한다. 과제물도 일괄 처리할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되며, 가정과 사이버가정학습의 연결을 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 장애처리전담반의 운영도 요구된다. 필요한 기능을 중심으로 한 가벼운 시스템으로 구축해야 하며, 상담시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 법적 제도적 측면에서 살펴보면, 가정, 학교, 지역도서관 등에 사이버가정학습을 할 수 있는 장소가 마련되어야 한다. 학습자의 참여도에 대한 적절한 보상이 필요하다. 사이버가정학습을 학교수업의 일부분으로 인식할 수 있도록 제도적 뒷받침이 요구되며, 학부모 튜터제 도입도 요구된다. 이상과 같은 대안들을 신중히 고려하여 차근차근 준비해 간다면 앞으로의 사이버가정학습은 무한한 발전을 계속해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

We think that the class homepage can be solution for the problems in the cyber space or on-line community because students can practice activities in the on-line community, communicate with teachers or colleague, exchange opinions with parents and use it for learning. However, students would lose interest easily in the existing class homepage for lack of its immersion elements as compared with the commercial on-line communities. The class homepage needs to have immersion elements to reach its purpose. It is one of the solutions to use the avatars. Therefore, we studied on the influence of the avatars as the immersion of the elementary class homepage and the students cyber-self. As a result, we knew that the avatars can act enough as immersion element to achieve construction purpose of the class homepage and that use avatar helps in affirmative cyber self formation of elementary students.

This study examines whether cyberspace produced by computer mediated communication(CMC) would perform the public sphere through the agenda-setting process. By doing this, this study focused on how the cyberspace agenda is set and on how the characteristics of cyberspace and the mass media influence the cyberspace agenda-setting process. Through this study, the possibility of cyberspace as the public sphere is found although the characteristics of cyberspace decide this possibility. In particular, in order for cyberspace to contribute to enhancing democracy as a form of alternative media, the interaction among cyberspace, mass media and the off-line arena is a necessary condition. The interaction between cyberspace and mass media regarding the Sungsoo Women's Middle School violence case provides two very important points. First, cyberspace helps the individual agenda to be adopted by mass media as the media agenda. Second, mass media confirmed the credibility of cyberspace agenda through reporting. In addition, this study reveals that cyberspace would perform as the public sphere only when the interaction between on-line and off-line is provided.
