인터넷 및 컴퓨터 시스템의 급격한 발전으로 인해 네트워크를 통한 서비스 제공이 금융, 교통, 산업, 방송, 의료 등 사회기반에 전반적으로 사용되고 있다. 이와 함께 네트워크의 취약점을 악용한 사이버 공격이 증가하고 있어 사회 전반적인 부분에 피해를 입힐 수 있는 중대한 위협요인으로 등장하고 있다. 이와 같은 사이버 공격이 테러리즘 등 특정 목적과 결부될 경우 국가 안전보장에 대한 위기를 초래하는 등 심각한 문제가 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사이버테러의 개요 및 국내 외 사이버테러 동향에 대해 알아보고, 각 국가별 대응방안에 대해 알아본다.

한국의 사이버 위협에 대한 대응은 북한이라는 변수 때문에 안보적 접근 강화가 불가피한 측면이 있다. 그러나 과잉 안보화는 개인과 사회 차원의 안보를 약화시킬 수도 있다. 이 글은 안보적 시각에 경도된 사이버안보 담론에 대한 문제를 제기하고 개인과 사회, 국가가 직면하게 되는 다양한 사이버위협에 대한 포괄적 대응의 필요성을 제기하고 있다.

Recently, instead of technical cyber operations that directly attack the target information system by using cyber attack techniques, social engineering techniques that indirectly invade the system by exploiting the vulnerabilities of persons who manage the system are being watched. Despite this trend, there is a lot of confusion because there is no clear concept about the relationship between cyber operations and social engineering techniques. Therefore, this paper aims at establishing a clear concept of a social engineering cyber operation, helping future researchers in this literature.

This study examined social relation of cyber sports supporter's community and social capital as time passes. This study selected spectator sports supporters of cyber sports community based on number of number and history of cyber sports supporter. This community is a representative supporter's club of spectator sports. This study utilized 1,848 members accumulated during three month. To analyze data, Netminer 4.0 and social network analysis were used. The conclusion is following: First, social relation of cyber sports supporter's community showed up dynamic change. Second, social capital of cyber sports supporter's community shows Sports events and training schedules, player transfer, manager, record, game watching and TV watching, cheering, cheering uniform and tools, players, teams and clubs, game photos and video, etc. This is the poor-get-poorer and the rich-get-richer phenomenon.

This study analyzes the political and legislative progress that although basic acts to establish an integrated system of cybersecurity are steadily being proposed, they have not been passed as legislative deadlocks under the two major parties. It shall be analyzed through Korea's legislative system, including differences in contents and interests of the disposal act, the timing and cycle of election ect. The study analyzes why the basic cybersecurity law was previously scrapped and faced political gridlock situation by analyzing the differences in the contents and interests of the two major parties, and the timing and cycle of the proposed legislation.

In the mid-2000s, Web 2.0 appears and is becoming a general cultural code with the keyword of participation, sharing, and openness. Web 2.0, in which consumption is being transformed by the participatory web culture, has evolved. However, associated with the evolution of Web 2.0, several significant concerns appears in a society. Among them, this study will focuses on the cyber-ethics issues. There are limitations to solve the cyber-ethics problems only in the technical and legal approaches. Therefore, the current article intends to consider comprehensively the antecedents of cyber-ethics such as individual characteristics, social influence, and cultural characteristics. Specifically, (1) Do individual characteristics(i.e., self-efficacy, locus of control) affect cyber-ethics in the Web 2.0 environment?, (2) Do social influence(i.e., subjective norm) have an effect on cyber-ethics?, (3) Do cyber -ethics have an impact on user participation in the Web 2.0 services(i.e., retrieval and creation)?, finally (4) Do international cultural difference have a moderation effect on the relationship between cyber-ethics and user participation? For testing empirically the hypothesized research model, this study collected questionnaires in South Korea as well as U.S.A. The results showed that individual characteristics and social influence affect cyber-ethics toward user's creative activities in Web 2.0 sites.

인터넷과 기타 휴대용 PC등이 발전하고 보편화됨에 따라 인터넷 이용이 편리해짐은 좋지만 비대면성, 비익명성, 비 국경성 등 인터넷의 이러한 특성상 사이버 범죄들이 나날이 다양해지고 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 사이버 범죄 중에서도 스토킹, 원조교제의 수단, 몰래카메라, 사이버음란물 유통 등 각종 신종 성폭력이 심각해지고 있어 사회문제로 끈임 없이 등장하고 있다. 현실세계에서의 성폭력과 마찬가지로 피해자가 느끼는 성적 수치심이나 심적 고통은 피해자의 자아에 깊은 상처를 남기며 더 나아가 왜곡된 성문화를 정착 시키는 새로운 사회적 문제로 작용한다는 점에서 사이버성폭력의 심각성과 문제는 오프라인상의 성폭력범죄에 비해 결코 뒤지지 않을 것이다. 물론 이러한 범죄들에 대한 처벌 조항들은 있다. 그러나 이런 것들이 있음에도 사이버상의 성폭력은 근절되지 않고 있다. 이것은 법적인 조치의 강화를 요구하는 동시에 인터넷을 사용하는 네티즌 스스로의 적극적 대처를 요구하는 것이기도 하다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SNS addiction tendency and social support on cyber violence among college students. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire for 330 college students and analyzed through SPSS 18.0 program. As a result of the analysis, SNS addiction tendency was low as $1.81{\pm}0.55$, social support was $4.00{\pm}0.78$ and cyber violence was $1.38{\pm}0.59$. There was a significant positive correlation between SNS addiction tendency and SNS posting frequency, and there was a significant negative correlation between social support and grade. Cyber violence increased as the tendency of SNS addiction increased, as social support decreased, and cyber violence decreased in the second and third graders compared to the first grade. For this purpose, it is necessary to strengthen cyber education and group counseling program suitable for college students and it will be necessary to make effort to raise self - control.

국내의 사이버 증권거래 시장은 전 세계적인 인터넷 산업의 성장과 주식 시장의 호황에 힘입어 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 사이버 증권거래 시장의 상당부분을 차지하고 있는 대부분의 중견 증권사들이 고객들에게 만족할 만한 수준의 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 그리고 사이버 증권에 대한 연구도 아직까지는 현황분석에 그치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 매체 특성과 사회적 요인이 투자자들의 거래 방식선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석함으로써 현재 국내 증권사들이 주목하여야 할 요인들을 제안하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 매체선택이론의 합리적 선택 모형과 사회적 영향이론을 근간으로 해서 거래방식의 선택에 영향을 미치는 매체특성과 사회적 요인을 도출하고자 한다.
