In recent years, various crimes such as "random killing' crime continue to rise. Despite the government's crime prevention efforts and crime related researches, crime increases and a different approach is needed. Therefore, this study proposes the alternative for crime prevention by analyzing big data. To achieve this objective, this study was to perform visualization utilizing the histogram, the bubble chart and the hit map and association analysis. To analyze the relationship between crime and some variables, this study analyzed data of Seongnam city, Korea National Police Agency and etc. The results of analysis showed that CCTV will be to reduce the crime rate and security light is not significantly relevant. And the result showed that other types of crime focused by time of the day and day of the week and showed that an increase of the foreigners and crime increase are associated. This study presents a scheme for reducing the crime rate on the basis of this analysis result.

Recently, violence in cyberspace has been increasing and it causes not only severe emotional distress to the victims but also hampers a healthy cyber culture. This paper aims to find out about characteristics and the actual state of Cyber-Violence, and Evaluate the measures concerning it. Cyber crime is characterized as non face to face, anonymity, non-limitary, difficulties in attracting evidence, the Cyber Violence of these cyber crimes was shown in the form of cyber-insult, cyber-defamation, cyber-stalking, circulation of cyber-pornography, and that is the reality there are lack of practical measures. As a measure for protection the establishment of positive laws are needed on the cyber-contempt, adopting the Internet real-name system, strengthening the ISP's responsibility and legislation for criminal penalties. As a more fundamental measure, a greater effort of netizen's self-purification and systematic training and promotion for the prevention of damage is necessary.

This study analyzes cyber security strategies, laws, organizations, and the roles of the ministries in the US, Germany, UK, Japan, China, and Korea and draws implications for establishing a practical and efficient next generation national cyber security governance. Cyber bullying is increasing these days and becoming a serious social problem that gives rise to issues such as school violence and cyber crimes. We had developed a serious game-based education program for teenagers who are familiar with computer games. After pilot test the educational effect was also found to be high. I have found the followings in this case study. Serious game is effective media for cyber bullying prevention education. Second, cooperation between content experts and game development experts is essential to develop educational games.

스마트폰 모바일 앱을 이용한 범죄 예방 시스템은 다양하게 제안되고 개발되어 왔으나, 생활 안전의 유지를 위한 경찰 등 공공 서비스를 위한 인력은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 이용자가 "범죄예방 이론"에 따라 "범죄 취약환경에 및 감시 등 방어기제 부재" 상황에서 신속하게 벗어날 수 있도록 도움을 주는 앱 시스템 필요성 인식에 따라 "긴급 상황 인식 및 자동 알림 신고 앱 시스템"을 기획하여 개발한 결과를 기술하였다.

With the development of the Internet and Information Communication Technology, there has been an increase in the amount of Open Source Intelligence(OSINT). OSINT can be highly effective, if well refined and utilized. Recently, it has been assumed that almost 95% of all information comes from public sources and the utilization of open sources has sharply increased. The ISVG and START programs, for example, collect information about open sources related to terrorism or crime, effectively used to detect terrorists and prevent crime. The open source information related to the cyber attacks is, however, quite different from that in terrorism (or crime) in that it is difficult to clearly identify the attacker, the purpose of attack, and the range of damage. In addition, the data itself of cyber attacks is relatively unstructured. So, a totally new approach is required to establish and utilize an OSINT database for cyber attacks, which is proposed in this paper.

One of the dark sides of the development of information and communication technology is the significant increase in cybercrime. In particular, investigators in charge of cyber sexual crime are repeatedly exposed to video data of illegal sexual violence; hence, they are at high risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and experiencing vicarious trauma. Notwithstanding, few studies have focused on these investigators' PTSD, and, to the best of our knowledge, no study has been conducted on the vicarious trauma of cyber sexual crime investigators. Therefore, this study identifies investigators' mental health status (trauma-related, especially) and examines their perception of the currently operating psychological support programs. Further, by reviewing the psychological support system of overseas institutions, we would suggest psychological support and policies necessary for domestic cyber sexual crime units to manage investigators' work stress and prevent mental illness under domestic circumstances.

인터넷 사용매체 및 네트워크 접속방법이 다양해지면서 인터넷 사용량은 매우 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 인터넷은 현대사회에서 꼭 필요한 자원이지만 악성코드, 스팸, 개인정보 유출 등 이를 악용한 범죄도 증가하고 있다. 또한 전 세계적으로 유행중인 코로나로 인해 관련된 접종정보, 동선, 재난문자 등으로 위장한 피싱 공격도 증가하고 있다. 대다수의 공격자들은 사이버 범죄를 저지르기 위해 악성코드 유포사이트를 통해 악성코드를 유포한다. 이러한 범죄를 예방하기 위해선 악성코드 유포사이트에 대한 초기 대응이 필수이며, 사용자가 악성코드 유포사이트에 접근하기 전에 차단할 수 있는 실시간 탐지 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 탐지 기술 중 URLDeep, POSTER, Random-Forest, XGBoost와 같은 기계학습을 이용한 탐지 기술의 연구동향을 조사하였다.

본 논문은 금융 범죄 중 하나인 보이스피싱을 실시간으로 예방하기 위한 탐지 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 모델은 수화기에 출력되는 음성을 녹음하고 네이버 CSR(Cloud Speech Recognition)을 통해 텍스트 파일로 변환한 후 딥러닝 기반의 KoBERT를 바탕으로 다양한 보이스피싱 패턴을 학습하여 실시간 환경에서의 신속하고 정확한 탐지를 위해 실제 통화 데이터를 적절하게 처리하여, 이를 통해 효과적인 보이스피싱 예방에 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

This study is an experiential case study of cybercrime fraud that combines pharming and voice phishing in April 2017. Research on victims who have actually suffered in the study of crime or disaster is a very useful field in establishing crime prevention measures. This study is significant in that Korea is relatively poor in this kind of research. I got cyber fraud as a consequence of my loss of reasonable judgment due to mental confusion when a companion dog who was raised for 8 years was in a very dangerous situation with cystitis. Fortunately, I received all the damages in a quick report, but the period was eight months. It took too much time to get back all the damages, so I had to suffer another pain. Based on my experience, I suggest damage prevention measures. First, when a certain condition and a certain amount are transferred, the transaction is automatically stopped or a more strict confirmation procedure is added. Secondly, trafficking means to arrest the perpetrator without any harm to the victim is sought. Third, the victims of crime should be promptly reimbursed for damages or a system for lending their living funds to zero or lower interest rate.
