Lean Construction recommends implementing site production management by measuring the reliability of daily production tasks, collecting the causes for failure of incomplete tasks, and identifying problems in the existing process based on the collected data. Although many research projects have been performed to introduce Lean Construction in Korea, there are not many cases in which day-to-day site production operations has been stringently evaluated based on such methods. This paper introduces three cases in which such techniques were implemented on a residential, civil infrastructure and plant project. On each project, process maps were created with the superintendents and daily production meetings were held for two weeks. Consequently, the average PPC for the three projects was 79% for PPC and 16% for PAT. In addition, the majority of the failures were due to 'Directive/Plan' and 'Prerequisites.' The results show that project stakeholders (owners, contractors, etc.) lack the ability to plan ahead and keep to their plans, and also lack the capability to synchronize workflow between themselves. The results also reveal that project participants need to be more proactive in solving process problems on site and also need to be better educated in Lean concepts and methodologies.

This thesis investigated basic thinking of Pansori reading text appearance. Among Pansori reading texts, it is versions include unfamiliar contents and scenes in text. They was created by writers of Pansori reading text. Why created a writers of Pansori reading text them? First, writers of Pansori reading text created new contents and scenes in order to show their knowledge. Reading texts of this feature are 28pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Kim Kwang-sun, 87pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Sa Jae-dong, 154pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Hong Yun-pyo etc. This reading texts was effected on knowledge culture of Chosun later period. Second, writers of Pansori reading text created new contents and scenes in order to reenact festivities field. Reading texts of this feature are 75pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Kyungsang university, 52pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Keimyung university etc. the former shows story field and Pansori field, the latter shows play field of Walja. Third, writers of Pansori reading text created new contents and scenes in order to lampoon yangban authority. Reading texts of this feature are 72pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Chungnam university and it's affiliation, 59pages version Chunhyangjun belonged to Park Sun-ho and it's affiliation etc.

The laws and regulations governing the operation of government committees in Korea provide for a system called exclusion. Exclusion is a system that excludes a member of a committee from deliberating or voting on a matter or agenda without having to go through a special procedure before deliberating or voting on the matter or agenda. This is because exclusion of a member from deliberation and voting is not only essential for the protection of the interests of the parties to the issue or matter and the peaceful resolution of disputes, but is also a very important value for the trust in the fairness of the process. However, in practice, it is not easy to determine that a member who has a reason for disqualification is naturally incapable of executing the duties of the matter or agenda just because he or she has a reason for disqualification. Prior to the overhaul of the disqualification rules for committee members in the statutes, it is necessary to eliminate the disqualification rules that are virtually dead in advance or to revise the rules that are difficult to determine without interpretation, contrary to the intention of the disqualification rules that are codified in the law. Therefore, this study analyzed the disqualification rules of nine committees in the domestic statutes (laws and enforcement regulations) and categorized the disqualification rules. We hope to contribute to the preparation of future legislative proposals to improve the rules on the exclusion of commissioner.

This paper concerns different forms of poetic thinking, each of which attempts to investigating truth of being on the ground of its idiosyncratic feature. The horizon evoked via these practices, however, is the Absolute where any plausibility of communication be fundamentally blocked off. Poetry, for instance, relinquishes its semantic auto-referentiality in order to be expressive of something unsayable. Poetic diction, coming-into-being, and sound with no meaning are those three expressive modes that I will examine in terms of the so-called "poetic thinking."

국가경쟁력강화위원회에서 확정(2011. 1. 19. 제24차 회의)된 하위법령 특별정비 추진에 따라 행정제재처분기준을 경감할 수 있는 사유를 명확히 마련함으로써 행정제재처분을 합리화하는 한편, 액화석유가스 총전사업 등의 허가요건에 관한 세부적인 사항을 조례로 정하도록 하는 내용으로 "액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법"이 개정(법률 제10350호, 2010. 6. 8. 공포, 9. 9. 시행)됨에 따라 종전에 고시로 정하고 있던 액화석유가스 충전사업 및 액화석유가스 판매사업의 시설기준 중 안전거리, 도로의 폭, 용기보관실 사무실 주차장의 면적에 대하여 일반 기준의 2배 이내의 범위에서 강화된 기준을 조례로 정하려는 것임.

과태료 부과의 합리성을 높이기 위하여 법령 위반횟수에 따라 과태료 부과금액을 차등화하고, 위반행위의 정도, 동기 및 그 결과 등을 고려하여 과태료 부과금액을 늘리거나 줄일 수 있는 사유를 구체적으로 정하는 한편, "질서위반행위규제법" (법률 제8725호, 2007. 12. 21, 공포, 2008. 6. 22, 시행) 및 같은 법 시행령(대통령령 제20817호, 2008. 6. 13. 공포, 6. 22, 시행)의 시행에 따라 불필요해진 과태료의 징수절차에 관한 규정을 삭제하는 등 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선 보완하려는 것임.

대한설비건설협회는 하도급자인 회원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선코자 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 여러 관련 부처에 지속적으로 제도개선을 추진하고 있다. 특히, 원도급자가 하도급자에게 일방적으로 불이익을 강요하는 부당한 특약을 설정하거나, 원도급자의 하도급지급보증 사고발생 시 하도급자의 보증금 청구에도 보증기관이 보증금을 지급하지 않아 하도급자인 회원사의 피해가 빈번함에 따라 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이러한 노력으로 최근 공정거래위원회에서는 하도급법을 개정하여 하도급공사의 부당특약 금지조항을 신설하고, 하도급대금지급 보증기관의 보증금 지급사유를 법률에 명시하게 됐다.

한 친구가 여자 2명을 만나기로 했으니 '너도 나오라'구 긴급호출이 왔다. 만남장소인 서울대공원으로 가보니 앳된 여대생 2명이 나와 있었다. 사유인 즉, 당시 친구가 남녀 만남을 주선하는 만남정보센터에 등록을 했다고 한다. 이곳에서는 남자회원들의 프로필을 자판기를 통해 불특정 다수가 뽑아볼 수 있도록 했다. 프로필이 마음에 들면 만남정보센터로 연학해 만남을 주선해 달라면 된다. 그렇게 해서 한 여대생이 친구의 연락처를 받아 연락을 했고 '혼자 나가기 멋쩍으니 2명씩 만나자'해서 자리가 마련이 된 것이다. 그때 그 여대생들과 즐거운 데이트를 즐겼던 기억이 아련하다

공정거래위원회(위원장 정호열)는 지난 11월 6일 표준하도급계약서를 개정하고 이날부터 시행에 들어갔다. 개정된 표준하도급계약서는 발주자의 요청에 따라 설계변경이 이루어진 경우 증가된 물량 또는 신규비목의 단가는 설계변경 당시를 기준으로 산정한 단가와 이 단가에 낙찰률을 곱한 금액을 합한 금액의 100분의 50 이내에서 당사자간 협의해 정하도록 했다. 다만, 발주자의 요청 이외의 사유로 설계변경이 이뤄진 경우에는 종전과 같이 $\Delta$증감된 공사의 단가는 수급사업자가 작성한 산출내역서 상 단가를 적용하고 $\Delta$신규비목의 단가는 설계변경 당시 기준으로 작성한 단가에 낙찰률을 곱한 금액을 적용토록 했다.
