국립중앙박물관 설계 공모 입선과 헤이리 아트밸리 프로젝트로 우리와도 친숙한 세계적인 건축가 로랑 살로몽(Laurent Salomon)을 파리 작업실에서 만났다. 물론 짧은 틈을 내 인터뷰 촬영을 마친 뒤, 다섯 통의 국제전화와 여섯 차례나 질의서가 담긴 이메일이 오간 뒤에야 기사를 완성시킬 수 있었다!

정부는 그동안 부정당업체가 언제까지 입찰 제한을 받는지 명시적으로 규정하고 있지 않아 처분 대상자의 법적 안정성을 심각하게 해친다는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 부정당업자 입찰 참가자격 제한제도에 제척기간을 도입하는 등 국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률을 개정했다. 또한 부정당업자 제재처분에 대한 정보를 공개키로 했으며, 법령 시행령 시행규칙 등에 나뉘어 있던 제재요건 내용을 합쳐 국가계약법에 각 제재 사유를 직접 명시했다.

본 논문에서는 수학적인 사유형식을 시기적으로 수평과 수직의 축에서 관찰할 목적으로 Descartes의 원정리을 생각한다. 이 정리에 잔해서는 지금까지 접척원의 곡률의 연구가 있으며, 특히 내접원, 외접원의 곡률을 중심적으로 수많은 방법으로 다루어지고 있다. 분 논문에서 이들 방법을 일반화하여 고찰하며 특히 독립적으로 연구되어온 화산의 방법과 비교한다.

This study is intended to identify various reasons on the 'body' of women described in the paintings by Le Corbusier. As a great artist in the field of modern architecture, various figures of 'body' of women he painted were not a mere physiological body of a woman but a meaningful figure combined with many different types of concept in the social and cultural context. In the field of art, body is recently seen as a 'tool for thinking' that studies dealing with it are being actively conducted. Seen in this context, it is feasible to read the situations and causes at that time through movement and changes in the figure of women's bodies described in his painting. Even if it was a speculative inference, this study aimed examining what reasons and perspective Le Corbusier had when painting women's bodies and what message he intended to convey. Reasons on the 'bodies' of women derived in this study serve as an essence of mentality in understanding the spatial design that was constructed around the time of period. Adopting a different view from many of previous studies in the aspect of skills and spaces, it was intended to study changes in the complex and integrated causes in both spatial design and painting and re-interpret an essence of mentality of the spatial design in the humanistic approach according to the notions in society and culture.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and illustrate 'Rhizome', a postmodern speculation system based on de-subjectivity and decentralization, presented by Gilles Deleuze. He borrowed the word rhizome, an originally botanical term meaning a horizontal stem under the surface of the earth, to counteract the dominating system grounded on binary, root-tree structure. The study then criticizes the early movements of de-subjectivity with molecular-biological and evolutionary evidences, and proves that these evidences can only be characterized by chance and nomadism, which are the key elements that constitute Rhizome. As a practical example of Rhizome, the study analyzes the film by Gus Van Sant, and demonstrates that both his various cinematic experiments and the result bear the same characteristics as Rhizome.

In the history of ancient art, the form harmonizing Text and Image is founded in many genres of art. especially Buddhist art Image, which is used as important tool as the text to spread Buddhist ideas. This original literary form have switched the visual communication systems, patterns of speculation is another reason to have a symbolic system. The switch between Text and Image is very important on interpreting the aesthetic concept of the modern interpretation of visual media. Therefore, This research has investigated and compared the Wall paintings in Dunhuang to Animation 's Image Narrative. The original story of is based on the Buddhist Jataka tale of the same name, which were discovered as wall paintings made by unknown artists at the Dunhuang Mogao Caves.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to illuminate the relation between the aesthetics and qualitative nursing research, and especially to consider the aesthetical characteristics of phenomenological nursing research which may reflect works of art. Method: Based on Heidegger, Merleau-ponty and Gadamer' philosophical aesthetics, this study shows how aesthetical thought can be is applied to artistic creation and aesthetical criticism in the phenomenological research of nursing. Result: The result of aesthetical characteristics of phenomenological nursing research were as follows: 1) Poetical thought of the client's experience as the living is revealed as poetic expressions in forms of listening gazing, reflection and metaphor. 2) Literature works, paintings, poetry and fiction used as sources of lived-experience help to awaken insight into the essence of lived-experience. 3) Aesthetical evaluation of phenomenological product as art is related to the harmony as a whole, especially to the ability to do vicarious lived-experience of the client. Conclusion: In order to produce creative phenomenological works in nursing research, two suggestions are made: aesthetical thought and poetic language in phenomenological reflective writing which enables researchers to transmit the essence of the lived-experience.

This study explored possibilities and conditions of the SNS dromological paradigm and creative resistance in SNS era. For solve this theoretical questions, I analyzed authority of speed and material conditions. In order to attain this achieve, reviewed Virilio's theories which is criticizing speed, power and sense of artificial. And also studied Kittler's theories about material conditions, 'Information Machine'. Following those theoretical base, this study find social issues and advanced research's propensity for connecting SNS dromological paradigm. Furthermore, I designed depth interview to find SNS users think and experience. This study's significance of result is expanding cultural study filed in SNS approach and provided that exploratory sight.
