  • 한국어 형태소 분석은 많은 자연어 처리 분야에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행하고 있기 때문에 형태소를 분류하고 형태소에 알맞은 품사를 결정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 기존의 형태소 분석은 [B, I]등의 태그를 포함된 품사를 음절 단위로 결정하는 방식으로 주로 연구되었다. 본 논문에서는 의존 파싱 분야에서 널리 활용되는 전이 기반 방식을 이용하여 딥러닝 모델을 통해 형태소 분석을 수행한다. 이에 나아가 학습 단계에서 정답으로부터 추출된 정보를 사용하고 평가 단계에서는 예측으로부터 추출된 정보를 사용함으로써 발생하는 차이점을 극복하기 위한 방법론인 동적 오라클을 적용하였다. 실험 결과, 세종 품사 부착 말뭉치 셋에 적용하여 형태소 F1 97.93%, 어절 정확도 96.70%로 기존의 성능을 더욱 향상시켰다.

  • 불용성 전극이 고속 전기도금 공정에 사용되기 위해서는 전기화학 반응이 우수하고, 높은 내구성을 가져야 한다. 불용성 전극의 내구성은 기지층 표면전처리, 금속산화물 조성, 코팅층 두께, 소결 온도 등 다양한 전극제조 공정인자들에 의해 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 불용성 전극의 내구성을 향상시키기 위해 전극 전처리 및 백금족 산화물 조성비의 공정변수로 전극을 제조하였고, 가속수명평가법을 사용하여 전극의 내구성을 평가하였다. 고속 전기도금 공정환경에서는 이리듐(Ir)계 및 탄탈륨(Ta)계 산화물 조성을 가지는 불용성전극의 내구수명이 우수한 경향을 나타내었으며, 귀금속 산화물 코팅층 두께가 얇을수록 불용성전극의 내구수명은 크게 저하되었다. 또한, Ir-Ta 조성 불용성전극의 경우 내구성 향상 기지체 표면전처리를 통해 전극의 내구수명이 10배 이상 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

  • Engine cool down process is necessary for the liquid rocket engines using cryogenic propellants in order to meet the requirement of engine inlet temperature. This paper evaluates the cool down characteristics of oxidizer supply pipeline and engine in prechill process prior to the engine firing tests, and calculate the quantity of liquid oxygen consumption.

  • The use of ultrasonic surgery units and scalers are steadily increasing in the field of dentistry. Such units and scalers should be evaluated before they are commercialized because the mechanical performance and stability of equipment is crucial for patients. Hence, we created a hand-piece moving system that can test bone cutting and teeth scaling. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the teeth scaling performance of ultrasonic scaler unit. Additionally, we measured the temperature distribution and noise during the test. through an experimental test, we found that a high output of an Ultrasonic NX device can cause serious damage to the teeth surface, and it was not within range in heat generation distribution and noise test.

Evaluation for Contents of Contaminants and Leaching Characteristics of Bottom Ash (바텀애쉬의 유해물질 함량 측정 및 용출특성 평가연구)

  • In this study, we tried to determine any detrimental effects on water quality when bottom ash obtained from a coal-fired power plant intended to be used as a fill material in construction sites. Physical-chemical properties of bottom ash were determined using proximate analysis, elemental analysis, XRD, and XRF. Classification of bottom ash as a waste material and soil contamination due to the use of bottom ash were performed by Korea waste standard leaching test and soil toxicity test, respectively. Results of leaching tests were compared to the regulations for water quality and groundwater quality and no harmful effects on water quality were found. Most of heavy metals in leachate were below detection limits but trace amount of $Cr^{6+}$ was found. However, concentration of $Cr^{6+}$ was below the regulation criteria. Column leaching tests indicated that concentrations of Pb and Zn were slightly higher than regulations but below regulations within 1 PVE, but concentrations of sulfate were 10 times higher than regulation and thus, the required time to reach regulation was almost 8 PVE.

Classification of Parkinson's Disease Using Defuzzification-Based Instance Selection (역퍼지화 기반의 인스턴스 선택을 이용한 파킨슨병 분류)

  • This study proposed new instance selection using neural network with weighted fuzzy membership functions(NEWFM) based on Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model to improve the classification performance. The proposed instance selection adopted weighted average defuzzification of the T-S fuzzy model and an interval selection, same as the confidence interval in a normal distribution used in statistics. In order to evaluate the classification performance of the proposed instance selection, the results were compared with depending on whether to use instance selection from the case study. The classification performances of depending on whether to use instance selection show 77.33% and 78.19%, respectively. Also, to show the difference between the classification performance of depending on whether to use instance selection, a statistics methodology, McNemar test, was used. The test results showed that the instance selection was superior to no instance selection as the significance level was lower than 0.05.

Exceedance probability of allowable sliding distance of caisson breakwaters in Korea (국내 케이슨 방파제의 허용활동량 초과확률)

  • The expected sliding distance for the lifetime of a caisson breakwater has a limitation to be used as the stability criterion of the breakwater. Since the expected sliding distance is calculated as the mean of simulated sliding distances for the lifetime, there is possibility for the actual sliding distance to exceed the expected sliding distance. To overcome this problem, the exceedance probability of the allowable sliding distance is used to assess the stability of sliding. Latin Hypercube sampling and Crude Monte Carlo simulation were used to calculate the exceedance probability. The doubly-truncated normal distribution was considered to complement the physical disadvantage of the normal distribution as the random variable distribution. In the case of using the normal distribution, the cross-sections of Okgye, Hwasun, and Donghae NI before reinforcement were found to be unstable in all the limit states. On the other hand, when applying the doubly-truncated normal distribution, the cross-sections of Hwasun and Donghae NI before reinforcement were evaluated to be unstable in the repairable limit state and all the limit states, respectively. Finally, the shortcoming of the expected sliding distance as the stability criterion was investigated, and we reasonably assessed the stability of sliding of caissons by using the exceedance probability of allowable sliding distance for the caisson breakwaters in Korea.

Comparison of ACL Reconstructions using Quadrupled Hamstring tendon Autograft and Tibialis tendon Allograft (자가 슬괵건과 동종 경골건을 이용한 전방십자인대 재건술의 비교)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical outcomes of ACL reconstruction using autogenous hamstring tendon and allo-tibialis tendon. Materials and Methods: Between March 2002 and March 2005, We performed 30 ACL reconstuructions using hamstring autograft and 20 ACL reconstuructions using tibialis tendon allograft. The average follow up period was 22 months in auto-hamstring tendon and 18 months in allo-tibialis tendon. For the clinical evaluation, we measured the Lysholm score, International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC) score and anterior laxity by KT-2000 arthrometer at final follow up and compare the results between two groups. Results: The Lysholm score improved from 69.5 preoperatively, to 95.3 at final follow-up in the hamstring autograft groups and from 69.0 to 90.4 in the tibialis allograft groups. According to the IKDC evaluation form, 80% of autogenous hamstring tendon group and 73% of allograft group were good results, higher than B(almost normal)(p>0.05). The average KT-2000 arthrometer side-to-side difference, decreased from 7.1mm preoperatively, to 1.8mm at final follow-up in the hamstring autograft groups and from 7.4 mm to 2.4mm in the tibialis allograft groups. Conclusion: The clinical results of ACL reconstruction using auto-hamstring tendon and allo-tibialis tendon showed no significant differences. The allo-tibialis tendon is an acceptable substitute for auto-hamstring tendon in ACL reconstruction.

A STUDY ON THE CHANCE OF STREPTOCOCCUS MUTANS IN SALIVA BY CARIESCREEN AFTER USE OF $0.05\%$ NAF IN ORTHODONTIC PATIENTS (고정성 교정장치 장착 환자에서의 NaF 양치액 사용시 Cariescreen을 이용한 Streptococcus mutans 변화에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of gargling solution with 0.05% NaF and 10% Xylitol in orthodontic patients with fixed appliance. The sample consisted of 30 adolescent patients who were classified into an experimental group and a control group, 15 patients each. Experimental group was used experimental gargling solution and the control group was used with placebo solution. The change of S. mutans in saliva was observed by $Cariescreen^R$ SM kit at pre and post 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks. The results were as follows 1. There were significant reduction in the number of S. mutans in saliva between pre and post 2 weeks(p<0.01), 4 weeks(p<0.05), 6 weeks(p<0.001), and 8 weeks(p<0.001) in experimental group. And significant reduction also were observed in the number of S. mutans in saliva between post 2 weeks, 6 weeks(p<0.05), and 8 weeks(p<0.05), but no significant reduction were showed in control group. 2. There were significant correlation in the number of S. mutans between each measurement time(pre and post 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks) in control group. 3. There were no correlation between pre and post 2 weeks, but significant correlation were observed between 2, 4, 6, 8 weeks in experimental group.

  • 휴대기기 발전과 사용 증가로 인해 배터리의 고용량화와 소형화가 요구되고 있으며, 특히 의료용 센서 기기 같은 health care device에서 소형화에 대한 관심이 증가하였다. 박막 이차 전지는 박막형태로 배터리의 구성요소를 한층씩 쌓아 올린 형태이므로 소형화가 가능하며, 내부에 액체전해질이 없어 누액으로 인한 폭발등의 염려가 없다. 또한 Si 반도체 소자에 integration 할 수 있어 다양한 분야에 적용할 수 있다. 하지만 Si 소자에 integration시 리튬이 기판으로 확산되어 배터리 용량이 감소하거나 Si 소자에 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 리튬의 확산 여부를 민감하게 평가할 수 있는 방법 및 리튬 확산을 억제할 수 있는 확산방지막에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 리튬의 확산을 평가하는 방법으로는 물리적 분석 방법 및 전기적 분석 방법을 평가하여 가장 민감한 방법을 선정하였다. 또한 확산방지막으로는 반도체 배선공정에서 Cu 확산 방지막으로 사용되고 있는 Ta, TaN 등과 함께 Na 확산 방지막으로 알려진 $Al_2O_3$ [1]등을 평가하였다.
