웹사이트 평가는 서비스의 대상과 방법이 서로 다르기 때문에 정확한 평가를 위해서는 웹사이트 간 특성을 파악하여 상대적인 중요도를 고려해야 한다. 그러나 평가 모형내의 요소에 대한 가중치를 과학적으로 산출하는 방법 및 웹사이트 사용자별 차이를 고려한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제인식을 가지고 3C-D-T 프레임워크내의 각 평가요소간의 상대적인 중요도를 일반사용자 및 업체사용자 측면에서, 과학적이고 체계적인 방법으로 요인간의 상대적인 중요도를 밝혀내어 정보제공 웹사이트 평가모형으로서의 신뢰성을 확보하고 웹사이트 구축, 운영, 관리시 중요하게 고려해야 할 요소를 제시하고는 것이 목적이다.

Implementing UX design that meets user expectations has become an important variable that determines the prominence of smart home appliances. This study addresses the UX design evaluation issues in mobile application development of smart home appliances. As an experimental research subject, the UX design evaluation contents were set up for the mobile application of , the demand of which is surging recently. The purpose of the research is to explore the significance of the UX design user evaluation method in smart home applications, and to suggest how to achieve the mixing of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods. The main findings are as follows. First, we found that user evaluation can positively impact the direction of UX design. Secondly, we found that the mixing of 'quantitative' and 'qualitative' methods works complementarily to UX design evaluation. Research implications are as follows. The UX design evaluation process can be performed efficiently as long as we distinguish between the roles of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. For example, through qualitative evaluation such as 'Honeycomb model', can be identified in terms of 'exploratory', and through qualitative evaluation such as 'in-depth user interview', can be identified in terms of 'assessment' and 'validation'.

인터넷 이용의 폭발적인 증가와 함께 웹사이트에 대한 개인적ㆍ사회적 관심이 증대되고 있다. 이렇게 인터넷에 대한 대중의 관심과 참여가 늘어남에 따라 정보의 무분별한 발생을 막고 검색을 보다 효과적으로 하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스는 가치가 더욱 증대되었다. 최근에는 개별적인 연구자들뿐 아니라 웹사이트 평가기관과 순위기관들이 각각의 평가영역과 평가모형에 따라 웹사이트, 그리고 사용자 인터페이스를 평가하고 있다. 이러한 평가기준들은 웹사이트의 품질을 평가하는데 있어 주로 일원적인 인식방법을 사용하고 있다. 즉, 웹사이트 품질이나 사용자 만족을 측정하는 데 있어 품질의 고저나 만족ㆍ불만족을 일직선상에서 평가하고 있는 것이다. 다시 말하면 어떤 물리적 상황이 충족되면 사용자가 만족을 느끼지만 충족되지 않을 경우에는 불만을 가지게 된다는 가정에서 평가모형들이 개발되고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 Kano의 모형에 따라 품질을 물리적 충족상황을 횡축에, 고객의 만족감을 종축에 두고 품질개념을 이원적으로 해석하여 매력적, 당연적, 일원적 품질요소로 분류하고자 하였다. 웹사이트 평가와 웹사이트 인터페이스 평가를 위한 선행연구들을 종합하여 화면구성, 항해성, 검색성, 상호작용성, 사용자지원성의 5가지 영역에서 25개의 평가항목을 추출하였으며, 이를 Kano의 설문지조사법을 이용하여 설문을 수행하였다. 게임사이트, 커뮤니티 사이트, 쇼핑몰 사이트, 일간신문 사이트를 대상으로 290부의 설문을 수거하여 분석한 결과 각각의 사이트의 인터페이스 품질요소에서 매력적 품질요소, 일원적 품질요소, 당연적 품질요소를 분류했다. 종합적으로 볼 때, 인트로나 메인페이지의 포인트, 다양한 정렬방식, 개인화된 페이지, 개인장치로의 다운로드가 매력적 품질요소로 분류되었으며, 시각적 구성, 링크의 정확성, 링크분류의 체계성, 용어의 명료성, 컨텐츠 이용의 용이성, 적절한 강조의 사용, 고객피드백시스템은 일원적 품질요소로 분류되었다. 또한 당연적 품질요소는 사이트 설계의 일관성, 에러처리, 의견제시 공간, 이용설명서 또는 도움말, FAQ로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 통해 웹사이트를 운영하는 기업에 새로운 웹사이트의 설계 및 운영에 있어 우선순위를 부여하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this research was to implement and verify an information retrieval(IR) system based on users' relevance criteria for information search tasks. For this purpose, we implemented an IR system with a dynamic ranking model using users' relevance criteria varying with the types of information search task and evaluated this system through user experiment. 45 participants performed three information search tasks on both IR systems with a static and a dynamic ranking model. Three Information search tasks are fact finding search task, problem solving search task and decision making search task. Participants evaluated top five search results on 7 likert scales of relevance. We observed that the IR system with a dynamic ranking model provided more relevant search results compared to the system with a static ranking model. This research has significance in designing IR system for information search tasks, in testing the validity of user-oriented relevance judgement model by implementing an IR system for actual information search tasks and in relating user research to the improvement of an IR system.

근래에 들어 제품개발에 있어 사용자를 최우선에 놓아 디자인하려는 사용자 중심 디자인에 대한 연구가 활발해지면서 사용자 관찰법(user observation), 사용성 평가(usability testing) 등과 간은 다양한 방법이 활용되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 방법들은 아직 사용자 중심 디자인 을 위해 효과적으로 활용되기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 대한 이유는 여러 가지를 들 수 있으 나 우선 이들 방법의 활용시, 특히 수집된 데이터의 분석과 저장시 소요되는 많은 불필요한 노력과 시간이다. 다음으로 이들 각 방법들은 제품개발의 어떤 특정 단계만의 활용을 위해 개발되었기 때문에 전체적 개발 프로세스의 관점에서 상호 유기적으로 잘 연결되지 못한다는 문제가 있게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 제품개발 전 과정에 걸쳐 활용될 수 있는 사용자 중심 디자인 방법을 살펴보고 이들에 적용될 수 있는 통합적 컴퓨터 지원 시스템을 개발하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 제품개발 프로세스를 사용자의 니즈 분석단계, 인터렉션 디자인을 위한 아이디어 도출단계, 컨셉의 개발단계, 제품의 사용성 평가단계로 나누고 이들 각단계 에 요구되는 각 방법들의 특성을 파악하여 컴퓨터 응용방법의 기본 프레임웍을 제시한다.

This study presented estimation framework that consider website pattern and user use purpose for website estimation improvement. Also, analyzed and evaluated existing website using estimation framework. In this study, divided by general user and company user and analyzed relative importance between each estimation factors in estimation framework and secured reliability of website estimation model because applies AHP method and presented key factors to website construction, operation, administration. Through this study, projected necessity of weight calculation between estimation area by site type to website estimation field researchers and differentiate contents offered that follow in user type(individual, company) to website planners and operators, projected guideline that can provide more efficient and strategic service.

Recently, the importance of user-interface design has been increasing due to the development of electronic and semiconductor technology. Under these surroundings a lot of Approaches that are for the analysis of video sequential data have been developed. The study on the method of analysing various aspects in the use of real product should find the characteristics of users' behavior. Also, the study should include the interaction dffects among these aspects. For these reasons this study proposed an analysis method for the video sequential data of usability test. The study begins with discussing the nature of user-interface through reviewing the various aspects of user-interface. Based on the findings the structure of methods that analyze the characterisics of user's behavior is identified. Thereafter, we developed a computerized tool for analysing video sequential data from usability tests. The tool comprises of four different modules: module for identifying users' profiles, module for video data logging, module for analysing user's characteristics, and module for synthesizing these data for user-interface design. Finally findings are summarized and further research was suggested.

본 연구의 목적은사용자 태도와 정보시스템 관리수준이 어떻게 조합되었을 때 정보시스템 성과에 영향을 주는가는 알아보기 위한 것이다. 시스템 관리변수로는 정보시스템의 평가기준관리와 프로젝트관리로 정의하였다. 정보시스템을 평가하기 위하여 시스템개발과 운영과정에서 개발자들이 중요하다고 생각하는 효과성, 생산성, 사용자 친숙성, 생산성 등 25개 항목을 조사하였고, 프로젝트 관리활동은 규모, 노력 기간, 결점등이 조사되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 실증연구가 이루어졌다. 연구 결과는 보면, 사용자의 태도가 호의적이면 시스템 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 비호의적인 집단에서도 평가기준관리와 프로젝트관리를 철저히 하면 성과가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, there are great variations on concepts and rolls of information system as the radical growth in information technology. A systematic MIS evaluation is requested for effective management and operation of information system. Although many researches on MIS evaluation have been progressed, the evaluation of the user satisfaction is limited by evaluating from the each system's result because of the diversity of view points and inclusion of MIS introduction. Therefore, in this paper, a conceptual framework is suggested to evaluate MIS synthetically that is changed by the result of existing MIS evaluation. So to speak, a new evaluation framework is suggested by synthesizing various view points and evaluation method that suggested from the existing MIS evaluation such as user satisfaction of results as the introduction of MIS and the satisfaction of variation of entire organization.
