A Study on MCC Development for Color Design (색체디자인을 위한 MCC 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Moderns are living within flood of web contents, animation, reflex data etc. as well as sight, product, environment design. There fore, modern consumer has much options. Designer must provide various result for consumer for this reason. And must invent new sensitivity and propose to consumer. As purpose of this MCC sensitivity palette research takes advantage of the most sensitive color, do. Because applying correct sensitivity more than when design with matter already settled, rid private prejudice, and is thing to convey design intention exactly to user. Excellent culture contents must be able to equip international color design sensitivity. MCC sensitivity palette research studies and carries on the head emotion and sensitivity language that is nationality first, and collect End arranged sensitivity adjective through data analysis and picture data analysis that is the next time research leader Munheonjeok. And distributed collected adjective equally, and arrange distributed adjective by field of each sensitivity and collect system. Do 3 colors, 4 colors color scheme in selected sensitivity adjective and completed Simheom version. Result of beta version research to color specialist and designer last digital palette through question and inquiry compose. Through this process, completed more real and correct digital color sensitivity palette. Completed color scheme is operated in www.mcdri.net on web, and also programs to windows base and developed to software. MCC color scheme palette that research result is made includes sensitivity data database. This database can use directly in industry and continuous development is available. Software can search color scheme in language and idea development through classification search that use 3 attributes of color is available there is cough data of each output device different color error.

Place Recognition Using Ensemble Learning of Mobile Multimodal Sensory Information (모바일 멀티모달 센서 정보의 앙상블 학습을 이용한 장소 인식)

  • Place awareness is an essential for location-based services that are widely provided to smartphone users. However, traditional GPS-based methods are only valid outdoors where the GPS signal is strong and also require symbolic place information of the physical location. In this paper, environmental sounds and images are used to recognize important aspects of each place. The proposed method extracts feature vectors from visual, auditory and location data recorded by a smartphone with built-in camera, microphone and GPS sensors modules. The heterogeneous feature vectors were then learned by an ensemble learning method that learns each group of feature vectors for each classifier respectively and votes to produce the highest weighted result. The proposed method is evaluated for place recognition using a data group of 3000 samples in six places and the experimental results show a remarkably improved recognition accuracy when using all kinds of sensory data comparing to results using data from a single sensor or audio-visual integrated data only.

  • Nowadays various information devices using electronic technology has been released. And these digital devices will be continuously developed to make a satisfaction of customer's needs. So digital device will support network service using communication technology, so users will use the internet service anywhere, anytime. Also the networked device which is used in ubiquitous computing environment should be evaluated by new evaluation framework. Therefore previous usability evaluation framework need to reflect the characteristics of ubiquitous computing. However most of pervious research about ubiquitous computing was about conceptual issues like rules and characteristics of ubiquitous computing, so the research of usability testing and evaluation method for ubiquitous computing is rarely conducted. This research's purpose is developing the evaluation framework for ubiquitous computing device and usability model for ubiquitous computing. To develop the evaluation framework, we collect the evaluation indexes which have need used in GUI evaluation And we extract evaluation indexes for ubiquitous computing based on literature review.

Solvent-free UV-curable Acrylic Adhesives for 3D printer build sheet (3D 프린터 빌드시트용 무용제 UV 경화형 아크릴 점착제의 제조)

  • 3D printing technology enables proper objects to be made through an additive manufacturing method, but resulting in dimension deviation of the product due to contraction phenomenon as cooling melted filament resin injected from high-temperature use environment. In this research, we studied on acrylic adhesives for 3D printer build sheet in order to fabricate high-quality products with a precise shape and to well-mount without distortion. The solvent-free UV-curable acrylic adhesive formulation was designed by adding 4-acryloylmorpholine (ACMO) with high adhesion, toughness, glass transition temperature so that adhesion properties are stable at high temperature and products are easily mounted/detached from the adhesives. The designed formulation was polymerized through two-steps using post-addition of monomers. Using this, the acrylic adhesive was coated to make a film and then analyzed using various experimental techniques. As a result, the fabricated adhesive exhibited high glass transition temperature and there was little gap in peel strength before and after thermal treatment. Moreover, it was confirmed by rheological analysis that this adhesive can provide great bonding/debonding ability without distortion. We demonstrated the fabrication of a rectangular product using a 3D printing method using our acrylic adhesive as a build sheet. Mounting ability and workability were satisfactory and dimension deviation of the product was tiny. Because the product is easily detachable from the acrylic adhesive developed here than conventional build sheets, it is expected that this will provide work convenience to users who use the 3D printer.

Development of Global Fishing Application to Build Big Data on Fish Resources (어자원 빅데이터 구축을 위한 글로벌 낚시 앱 개발)

  • Despite rapidly increasing demand for fishing, there is a lack of studies and information related to fishing, and there is a limit to obtaining the data on the global distribution of fish resources. Since the existing method of investigating fish resource distribution is designed to collect the fish resource information by visiting the investigation area using a throwing net, it is almost impossible to collect nation-wide data, such as streams, rivers, and seas. In addition, the existing method of measuring the length of fish used a tape measure, but in this study, a FishingTAG's smart measure was developed. When recording a picture using a FishingTAG's smart measure, the length of the fish and the environmental data when the fish was caught are automatically collected, and there is no need to carry a tape measure, so the user's convenience can be increased. With the development of a global fishing application using a FishingTAG's smart measure, first, it is possible to collect fish resource samples in a wide area around the world continuously on a real time basis. Second, it is possible to reduce the enormous cost for collecting fish resource data and to monitor the distribution and expansion of the alien fish species disturbing the ecosystem. Third, by visualizing global fish resource information through the Google Maps, users can obtain the information on fish resources according to their location. Since it provides the fish resource data collected on a real time basis, it is expected to of great help to various studies and the establishment of policies.

A Study on PWM Speed Controller for Long line Fishing Motor (어로 작업용 연승기 전동기의 PWM 속도제어기에 관한 연구)

  • The long line fishing machine is combined with motor and two disc rollers has used on the small size fishing-boat under 1 ton located in near Jeollanam-do seaside. The long line fishing motor is controlled only one direction because the fishing line is loaded heavily at pulling up. On this paper we made the long line fishing 400W power motor controller which it was usually applied under 1 ton fishing boat, and designed the controller using PWM chip, Half bridge driver and MOSFET for one direction motor control. Furthermore some user convenience devices were added like battery indicator and safety protection circuit for battery overdischarge and battery source wire mismatch connection. So we protected the battery from overdicharging when the battery voltage was below 11.5V and fishermen didn't need to worry about source lines misconnection anymore. We confirmed the test version of controller was the good working condition at land and sea.

  • Social cost has been increased by traffic accident and congestion since early 1990s. The construction of roadways and railways has been suggested as countermeasures. However, ITS has finally introduced as a logical solution because the expenses of infrastructures are costly. The data collection field has developed through numerous researches and pilot projects. However the information provision field does need a lot of study. The traffic information broadcasting whether simple traffic information or the value-added information has been available via radio, television and internet which does not require tremendous investment compared with data collection stage. Therefore, this study reviews the suitability of the gadget service usually offered by window vista users which is the result of the development of technology and the changes of internet environment. It also suggests to using the RSS(Really Simple Syndication) manner as a basic method to provide the traffic information based on the needs of user in order to enhance the usability of traffic information. For this, this study analyzes the current methods and techniques of traffic information service which is widely available by local governments and companies and suggest possible changes and methods in order to provide Gadget-based service to the public.

Evaluation of Greenhouse Gas Emission for Wooden House Using Simplified Life Cycle Assessment Tool (목조주택 온실가스 배출량 평가를 위한 간이 전과정평가 툴 개발)

  • In this study, simplified LCA (life cycle assessment) tool was developed to increase accessibility and availability on LCA timber construction. The result of simplified LCA was compared with commercial program on LCA (Simapro.7) to verify its availability. As a result of evaluating environmental impacts with the Life Cycle Inventory of all processes, gap between LCA and simplified LCA tools of timber construction was about 1%. Therefore, the simplified LCA tool could analyse greenhouse gas emissions of timber construction and to expand number of data set through improved conveniency of users for developing database of timber construction in Korea. The reduction effects of greenhouse gas emissions of timber construction was about 53% of total emission offset up to construction phase. The results of this study would support decision making process to expand to timber construction policy to showcase environmental friendliness of timber construction. It was expected to contribute to response to the New climate regime in forestry.

  • Clustering is to divide given data and automatically find out the hidden meanings in the data. It analyzes data, which are difficult for people to check in detail, and then, makes several clusters consisting of data with similar characteristics. On-Line Document Clustering System, which makes a group of similar documents by use of results of the search engine, is aimed to increase the convenience of information retrieval area. Document clustering is automatically done without human interference, and the number of clusters, which affect the result of clustering, should be decided automatically too. Also, the one of the characteristics of an on-line system is guarantying fast response time. This paper proposed a method of determining the number of clusters automatically by geometrical information. The proposed method composed of two stages. In the first stage, centers of clusters are projected on the low-dimensional plane, and in the second stage, clusters are combined by use of distance of centers of clusters in the low-dimensional plane. As a result of experimenting this method with real data, it was found that clustering performance became better and the response time is suitable to on-line circumstance.

Study of DRM Application for the Portable Digital Audio Device (휴대용 디지털 오디오 기기에서의 DRM 적용에 관한 연구)

  • With the introduction of sound source sharing over the high speed internet and portable digital audio, the digitalization of sound source has been rapidly expanded and the sales and distribution of sound sources of the former offline markets are stagnant. Also, the problem of infringement of copyright is being issued seriously through illegal reproduction and distribution of digitalized sound sources. To solve these problems, the DRM technology for protecting contents and copyrights in portable digital audio device began to be introduced. However, since the existing DRM was designed based on the fast processing CPU and network environment, there were many problems in directly applying to the devices with small screen resolution, low processing speed and network function such as digital portable audio devices which the contents are downloadable through the PC. In this study, the DRM structural model which maintains similar security level as PC environment in the limited hardware conditions such as portable digital audio devices is proposed and analyzed. The proposed model chose portable digital audio exclusive device as a target platform which showed much better result in the aspect of security and usability compared to the DRM structure of exiting portable digital audio device.
