1990년대 말부터 전세계적으로 이동통신 사용자의 수는 급증하였고, 2000년대에 들어서면서부터는 모바일 인터넷 사용자 수도 점차적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 오프라인이나 기존e-commerce에서의 서비스 품질 측정에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어진 반면, 모바일 상거래에 관한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 모바일 상거래에 대한 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾아내고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 모바일 상거래의 특징을 살펴봄으로써 모바일 상거래에서 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 추출하고 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 모바일 상거래 중 디지털 컨텐츠 다운로드 서비스의 실사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 토대로 Rasch 모형을 적용하여 고객군을 분류하고 요인별 중요도를 파악하며 고객만족에 대한 확률적 예측을 실행하였다.

2018년 12월 20일부터 '제로페이' 시범 서비스를 시작했으며, 2019년 3월 이후 본격적으로 정식 서비스를 시작해 전국으로 확대한다는 방침이다. 이론적 배경으로부터 도출된 가설을 검정하기 위해서 제로페이 사용자를 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 채택하여 설문 조사를 진행할 예정이다. 실증분석에서는 제시된 가설들의 영향 관계를 분석하고 이전 측정항목의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하기 위해 신뢰성 분석 및 타당성 분석을 실시한다. 또한 각 변수들 사이의 판별타당성과 변수간의 방향의 정도를 확인하기 위하여 상관관계분석을 실시하고, 경로모형과 가설을 검정한다. 본 연구를 통해 사용자들의 제로페이의 수용에 대한 결정요인을 보다 명확하게 이해할 수 있을 것이며, 관련 연구자나 실무자들은 물론 제로페이 서비스 기업들이 활용할 수 있는 마케팅 전략방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was performed to investigate and analyze users' needs for m-health based prevention and intervention programs that are intended to improve the awareness of metabolic syndrome and promote health behaviors of college students. A questionnaire survey was conducted to 200 college students of 2 university in D city. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, chi-square test with the SPSS Version 20.0. The result showed that users wanted customization of prescriptions and accurate measurement of health applications, and provided a positive feedback on information exchange between those who manage their health. The most preferred content was proper exercise methods, and the preferred gamification factors were goal-setting, compensation, and competition. The optimal price for wearable devices was between 10,000 to 50,000 won, and calorie consumption function was also preferred. Although users with experiences of wearable devices and health apps had a higher knowledge score pertaining to metabolic syndrome, there was no significant difference in the overall score. Concerning the health behaviors associated with lifestyles, individuals without the experiences of wearable devices and health apps showed a remarkably lower score. The research has a significance that it investigated and analyzed the contents needed for the development of effective moblie health based prevention and intervention programs targeting the population in their early adulthood. Therefore, based on the findings, we propose a rich and concrete follow-up study on the needs and characteristics of different user types by collecting a population with experiences of wearable devices, and a development of differentiated mobile health based prevention and intervention programs.

Nowadays, people start to focus on the value of 'Mindfulness' and 'Slowness', instead of the importance of 'Development' and 'Advancement' in their whole life. According to this background, we attempted to find new research opportunities on User Experience(UX) in usage context of 'Erasing'. Through a interdisciplinary literature review on related works regarding the concept of erasing, we tried to understanding the meaning of erasing within the perspective of philosophy, psychology, and human-computer interaction(HCI). We also conducted the contextual inquiry, one of the qualitative research methods to examine the actual usage context and the user's experience, with 79 users who were required to erase something in three usage contexts, including Paper-Eraser condition, Computer-Keyboard condition, and Tablet PC condition. The results indicate that it is important to provide not only effective erasing but also satisfaction for users in the usage-context of erasing. From these attempts, we expect that our findings will be helpful to understand the meaning of the erasing in academic and practical fields.

In the era of the rapid development of a tremendous number of new technologies and products, the emotional communication between products and users has become an important research topic. However, the user's emotional measurement methods have not been widely used in the field of product design. Besides, as an important space that can improve people's life quality and urban entertainment at the emotional level, seaside space also creates an atmosphere of frequent emotional communication among tourists, landscape and environmental facilities. To deduce the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of the experiential emotional measurement method in product design, this paper took the seaside seat users of Haeundae as the object and carried out the Self-report of the experiential emotional measurement method. Specifically, the experiment of Self-report was divided into two stages: prior survey and subsequent main investigation. Then the hypothesis was verified by using Bivariate Regression and Multiple Regression through SPSS. Furthermore, through the experiment of the Self-report, the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of experiential emotional measurement method in product design were derived. In the future, based on the applicability, advantages and disadvantages of the experiential emotional measurement method derived in this study, it is expected to become the fundamental and reliable data for the development of emotional measurement methods that can be suitable for product design.

In this paper, we research on the personal information protection system in smart-phone based on mobile environment. This paper proposes the enhanced personal location privacy mechanism in location-based service environment of a smart phone operating system(iOS, Android) for the relevant regulations on location-based protection and utilization. Also, the result verified that possibility on a self-control mechanism of the personal information protection system's subject in the window platform throughout the experiment. Therefore, this study have drew a method that user positively can cope with a protection of personal location information by having a user's self-control method in the system under development or done by illegal location-based service providers and illegal application developer.

Web usability for e-commerce sites becomes a more important issue as e-commerce gains its popularity. As for fresh foods, consumers are especially sensitive to the quality of information during transaction process. Successful fresh food e-commerce sites, such as Wine. com and Tesco, identified regular usability testing as part of key success factors. This paper aims to identify processes for evaluating usability of fresh food e-commerce sites and provide recommendations to improve usability. The study aims to evaluate Web usability of selected Web sites using heuristic evaluation to provide objective Web usability analysis for each transaction process and think aloud method to understand how users actually evaluate the Web site.

최근 피난제약이 많은 대형 및 고층건축물의 증가함에 따라 화재 시 많은 인적피해가 예상된다. 이에 국내외에서는 화재로부터 인명을 보호하기 위한 방법으로 건축물의 성능 위주 피난 안전성평가를 실시하고 있는데 이를 위해서는 해당 건축물을 이용하는 사용자의 특성을 파악할 필요가 있다. 특히 건축물의 피난용량을 결정하는 재실자 밀도는 중요한 평가요소로 국외의 경우에는 건축물 용도에 따른 단위면적 당 재실 인원 즉, 재실자 밀도를 산정하여 규정하고 있으나 현재 우리나라는 건축법에서 건축물의 용도 및 규모만을 고려한 사양적 기준을 적용하고 있어 재실자를 고려한 피난설계가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 재실자 밀도 고려한 성능위주 피난용량 확보기술을 위하여 우선적으로 초고층 건축물을 선정하여 재실자 밀도 실태조사를 하였다. 이를 토대로 국내 초고층 건축물의 재실자 밀도 산정 시 기초자료로 이용하고자 한다.

설계기준사고에 대한 해석을 기초로 하여 운전중 원전의 운전 제한치 및 조치사항을 규정한 기술지침서 (Tech Spec.)는 원자력법에 의거 법적 제재의 효력을 가지며 원전 운전자가 이를 준수함으로서 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 그러나 국내 원전 기술지침서의 경우는 해당 노형 공급국별로 상이한 체재의 기술지침서를 도입하여 사용하는 과정에서 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 원전 기술지침서 개선을 위하여 현행 국내 기술지침서의 사용상 문제점을 조사하고 그 결과에 대한 분석을 실시하였으며. 최근 미국에서 진행되고 있는 기술지침서 개선작업의 현황을 조사하고 그 적용성을 검토하였다. 새로이 제시되고 있는 기술지침서는 운전 요건의 일관성, 사용자 편이성에서 큰 잇점이 예상되므로 기존 기술지침서 요건의 개정 등 인허가 시에 기준으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

인터넷의 발달로 데이터가 이질적이고 방대해점에 따라 사용자의 의도와 목적에 맞는 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 찾아내는 것이 어려워지고, 대용량의 데이터를 빠르게 검색 할 수 있는 효율적인 top k 질의 처리가 중요해 지고 있다. top k 질의 처리는 릴레이션에서 가장 높은 (또는 가장 낮은) 값을 가지는 k개의 튜플을 반환하는 방법이며, 그 중 Layer 기반 방법은 객체가 가지는 d개의 속성 값들을 d-차원의 공간상의 점 객체로 랩핑하여, layer들의 list를 생성 한다. 본 논문에서는 Layer 기반 법 중 skyline을 사용하여 layer을 생성하고 인덱스를 구축하는 기존 연구에 대해서 조사한다. 그리고 대표적인 방법인 모든 객체를 순차적으로 비교하는 BNL과 이의 비교 횟수를 감소시킨 SFS, 그리고 R-tree를 사용한 NN과 이의 계산 비용을 감소시킨 BBS에 대해 설명한다.
