Analysis of the effectiveness of the Recommendation Model for the Customized Learning Course (맞춤형 학습코스 추천 모델의 효과분석 방안)

  • 본 논문은 사용자 수준에 적합한 맞춤형 학습코스를 추천하여 학습효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 추천모델을 개발하고, 효과분석을 위한 방안을 제시한다. 학습자 개개인의 학습수준이나 학습내용 등에 따라 적합한 학습주제를 선정하여 제공하는 것은 중요하나, 일반적인 추천은 전문가 그룹을 활용한 사람중심의 추천으로 시간이 오래 걸리는 등 자원의 비효율적 한계점[1]을 가지고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해, TF-IDF를 이용해 단어별 가중치를 계산하여 고빈도 단어를 추출하여 벡터 공간에 배치시키고, Cosine Similarity 기법을 이용해 벡터간의 유사도를 측정하였다. 학습자 프로파일을 분석하고, 학습스킬간의 연관성을 고려하여 맞춤형 학습코스를 추천하기 위해, 워드 임베딩 기법을 적용하였고, 이를 위해 오픈소스 Gensim[2]을 이용하였다. 맞춤형 학습코스 추천 모델의 효과를 분석하기 위한 실험을 설계하고 평가 문항지를 개발하였다.

  • 커스터마이징 제품에 대한 니즈가 늘어감에 따라 화장품 시장도 맞춤형 화장품에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 제작 이전의 진단 과정은 제공되지 않아 구매 실패로 이어지는 사례가 많다. 따라서 고객 맞춤 제품을 제작하기에 앞서 전용 진단 기기를 제공하여 셀프 진단 서비스를 구현하고자 한다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 피부 진단 기기를 이용하여 피부를 측정하고, 측정 결과 기반의 피부 분석을 통해 사용자에게 맞는 맞춤형 화장품을 제조하는 기기를 개발하여 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 서비스는 집에서 빠르고 간편하게 본인의 피부를 진단하고 분석된 결과를 참조하여 자신과 가장 적합한 천연화장품을 바로 만들어줌으로써 소비자의 시간·공간적 제약을 없애는 것을 목표로 한다.

Mobile exercise monitoring for personalized exercise prescription (맞춤형 운동처방을 위한 모바일 운동 모니터링)

  • This study was carried out the exercise monitoring utilizing mobile device which is easily accessible and personalized exercise prescription based on it. For this, a variety of exercise monitoring and status of those were investigated and suggested the potential of personalized exercise prescription. If individual users send their body and vital informations using a mobile device, all informations are collected in u-Fitness center. After then exercise expert provide a customized prescription based on the collected information and feed data into database of u-Fitness center. System of U-Fitness center will provide the best personalized exercise prescription by automatically connecting to the content providers. In the future, a variety of mobile devices and services will work together and it can be evolved as an open platform that can be used for multiple services according to the needs of individual users on a single platform.

Research on the Interactive Experience Design of Museum Cultural Product Customization Platform -Focusing on Shenyang Palace Museum (박물관 문화상품을 위한 플랫폼의 상호경험디자인에 대한연구 -선양고궁박물관을 중심으로)

  • The innovative development of museum cultural products is an important way for museums to play the function of cultural communication with their collections. In the context of consumer upgrading, traditional cultural product design and sales methods gradually fail to meet the diverse needs of consumers. This study aims to propose the construction of a customized interactive experience platform for museum cultural products, promote the development of museum cultural products, and facilitate the inheritance and preservation of museum culture. The research methodology analyzes the model and characteristics of existing cultural product customization platforms by collating existing literature studies, and distributes 159 questionnaires to investigate the needs of cultural product consumers, and finally combines the customization experience with existing e-tailing platform systems according to user needs, proposes a theoretical framework and conducts design practice and usability testing using the Shenyang Palace Museum as an example. The findings show that users have a high acceptance of the customized platform for cultural products and that the design of the customized platform can be used to promote the dissemination of the cultural connotations of museums, optimize the personalized user experience of cultural products, and provide new ideas for the development, design, and retailing of museum cultural products. Based on the above findings, this paper suggests that museums' cultural product development can utilize the design model of customized platforms to further enhance consumers' personalized service experience.

  • 인터넷 및 전자상거래의 급속한 발전에 따라, 전자상거래를 위한 수많은 상품정보가 생성, 수정, 삭제되고 있는 상황에서 소비자들을 위한 맞춤형 정보서비스 및 개별화된 상품추천 시스템에 대한 필요성이 증가되고 있고 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구를 수용할 수 있는 소비자 지향형 상품추천 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 사용자행위의 모니터 링을 통해 사용자의 관심분야 및 다수의 사용자가 관심을 가지는 상품정보를 추출하며 이를 기반으로 사용자에게 추천함으로써 양질의 정보 및 서비스의 제공에 있다.

  • 모바일 웹서비스는 점차 발전하고 있지만, 아직까지 제한된 디바이스의 성능 및 기술적인 요건, 서비스 시스템 통합화의 부재등으로 통해 최적화된 서비스를 제공해 주고 있지 못하다. 따라서 이를 지원하지 위하여 구조화된 서버환경에서 사용자에게 각각의 최적화된 서비스를 제공해 주고, 사용자의 선호나 사용방식에 따라 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있는 미들웨어 시스템을 제안한다.

Targeting Data Service for Web-Based Media Contents (웹 기반 미디어 콘텐츠를 위한 맞춤형 데이터 서비스)

  • As an useful application in broadcasting services, the targeting service has been mainly studied to improve the service satisfaction and user usage in various media service environments based on user profile, preferences, and usage history. Targeting service is expanding its domain from broadcasting contents to interstitial contents and from fixed TV devices to mobile devices. Service data also include advertisement data, coupon, and information about media contents as well as simple broadcasting data. In this paper, the targeting data service is designed and implemented on articles, advertisement and broadcasting information on the basis of the user information. To adapt this to web-based media contents, information on user profile, preferences, and usage history is newly defined on the basis of the user metadata developed in TV-Anytime Forum and the user information defined in OpenSocial. The targeting data service is implemented to generate user preferences information and usage history pattern based on the similarity among user preference, contents information, and usage history. Based on performance evaluation, we prove that the proposed targeting data service is effectively applicable to web-based media contents as well as broadcasting service.

  • The digitalization of a broadcast has caused the oversupply of the contents in order to fit the user's needs for various broadcast services. The massive contents could not help demanding one-sided watching without considering a taste and preference of a user. This situation is enlarging the demand about the personalized broadcast service to enable user to watch broadcast contents in anytime according to surplus provision of broadcast contents. TV-Anytime standard could be a solution for broadcast service to enable users to watch personalized broadcast contents according to their preference. The paper proposes the personalized broadcasting system for authoring, receiving and transmission of TV-Anytime metadata, the detailed information about the broadcast contents so that user could efficiently search a large of broadcast contents stored in the PDR(Personal Digital Recorder)receiver under the DCATV(Digital Cable Television) environment.

Implementation of Customized 4D and 5D System based on BIM (BIM 기반 사용자 맞춤형 4D 및 5D 시스템 구현)

  • BIM is a rising core technology for increasing the productivity of the AEC industry, but such a paradigm shift is placing excessive demand on the practice of small medium size enterprises. BIM has many useful functions that are difficult to imagine in 2D CAD but BIM programs and the system buildup cost are too expensive. Therefore, small medium size enterprises hesitate to apply BIM in their fields. In this study, a customized 4D and 5D system was implemented using the building information generated from basic BIM tools, such as Revit, MS Project, Navisworks, and Excel VBA's customizing process to review the schedule and verify the quantities according to the schedule. Those programs are so basic in BIM circumstances, that small medium size enterprises can be equipped without burden. As a result, essential building information for 4D and 5D system implementation was investigated and its customizing process was established.

  • With the emergence of pervasive computing, personalization becomes an important issue to provide with users customized services, anywhere and anytime in their specific environment. Many researches have shown the possibilities of personalization by acquiring and processing sensor information around users. However, personalization remains still at its infancy, since most researches have failed to consider various contexts comprehensively besides sensor data, and just developed tailored services for a specific application domain. In this work, we propose a simulation-based CAS (context Aware Web Services) development methodology. Our methodology considers various contexts on users (eg. current location), web services (eg. response time), devices (eg. availability) and environment (eg. sensor data) all together by simulating them on the fly for personalized and adaptable services.
