Cooperative Positioning System Using Density of Nodes (노드의 밀도를 이용한 상호 협력 위치 측정 시스템)

  • In ubiquitous environment a user can be provided with context-aware services based on his or her current location, time, and atmosphere. LBS(Location-Based Services) play an important role for ubiquitous context-aware computing. Because deployment and maintenance of this specialized equipment is costly, many studies have been conducted on positioning using only wireless equipment under a wireless LAN infrastructure. Because a CPS(Cooperative Positioning System) that uses the RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) between mobile equipments is more accurate than beacon based positioning system, it requires great concentration in its applications. This study investigates the relationship between nodes by analyzing a WiPS (Wireless LAN indoor Positioning System), a similar type of CPS, and proposes a improved WiCOPS-d(Wireless Cooperative Positioning System using node density) to increase performance by determining the convergence adjustment factor based on node density.

  • As the interests on RFID technologies increase, a lot of research activities on RFID middleware systems to handle the data acquired by RFID readers are going on actively. Meanwhile, even though various kinds of RFID middleware methodologies and related techniques have been proposed, the common data type which is dealt with in those systems is an EPC code, mainly. Also, there are few researches of the implementation of collecting the stream data queued from RFID readers endlessly and without blocking, classifying the data into some groups according to usage, and sending the resulting data to specific applications. In this paper, we propose the method of data handling in RFID middleware to efficiently process an EPC event stream data using detail filtering, checking of data modification, creation of data set to transfer, data grouping, and various kinds of RFID data format transform. Our method is based on a de facto international standard interface defined in the ALE middleware specification by EPCglobal, and application and service users can directly set various kinds of conditions to handle the stream data.

  • 전통적으로 우리나라의 농업용수 공급시스템은 개수로 방식이 주로 사용되어 왔으나, 최근에는 지형의 영향을 덜 받으면서 안정적으로 용수공급이 가능한 관수로 시스템으로서의 전환이 늘어나는 추세이다. 특히 서남해안간척사업, 새만금 등 대단위 농업단지 조성이 늘어나면서 경제적인 수리시설의 설치와 유지관리에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 우리나라의 관수로화 사업은 1980년대 중반부터 농업용 관수로 사업이 시행되어 왔다. 그러나 현재 운영 중인 농업용관수로 지구에서는 특별한 물관리에 대한 규정이 없고, 사용자의 급수요청에 따른 불규칙한 용수관리운영이 이루어지고 있다. 또한, 농업용수의 무분별한 사용과 운영관리방안의 부재로 인해 많은 양의 농업용수가 낭비되고 있다. 기존 개거에 비하여 관수로의 경우 통수량이 증가되어 관개에 소요되는 시간은 단축 되었으나, 급수소요시간의 변화에 따른 적절한 적용을 하지 못하여 지나치게 많은 양이 공급되고 있다. 이러한 문제점으로 인하여 발생되는 수자원의 낭비를 막기 위해 농업용 관수로의 운영계획이 필요하지만, 현재 농업용 관수로 운영기준은 사실상 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 호남지역의 해남지구를 대상지구로 선정하여 EPANET(US Environmental Protection Agency)모형을 이용하여 농업용 관수로시스템의 관망해석을 실시하고자 한다. EPANET모형을 통하여 대상지구의 급수방식을 분석하고, 용수량의 운영현황 자료를 비교 검토하여 계획수요량과 공급량을 비교하여 관수로시스템에서의 농업용수 공급능력을 검토하고자 한다.

  • 최근 여러 분야에서 드론에 대한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라, 하천분야에서도 다양한 연구에 드론이 활용하고 있다. 드론관련 기술의 발전으로 GPS와 같은 첨단 기술이 탑재되어 사용자에게 여러가지 정보를 제공하며, 조작 또한 간단하여 누구나 쉽게 활용할 수 있다. 그리고 무엇보다도 사람이 접근하기 힘든 지역을 쉽게 촬영할 수 있다는 큰 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 드론을 기반으로 표면영상유속측정법을 적용시켜 하천의 표면유속을 효율적으로 측정하는 것이다. 표면영상유속측정법은 카메라로 촬영된 영상을 이용하여 표면유속을 도출하기 때문에 촬영된 영상이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 하지만 드론으로 촬영된 영상들은 아무리 정지비행을 잘하더라도 필연적으로 영상에 흔들림이 존재한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 흔들린 영상에 대하여 형태 정합법에 의해 보정을 하였으며, 이는 가장 핵심적인 기술이라 할 수 있다. 형태 정합법에 의한 영상 보정 과정은 고정된 표정점을 영상에서 추적한 뒤, 기준 영상의 표정점과 보정 영상의 표정점이 일치하도록 보정하였다. 영상 보정 후 영상 처리와 분석프로그램을 통하여 유속을 도출한다. 기존의 표면영상유속측정법에서는 표정점을 설치한 후 각 표정점마다 측량을 실시하여 좌표를 측정하였다. 이는 한국건설기술연구원 안동하천실험센터와 같이 이상적인 실험을 진행할 수 있는 환경에서는 문제가 없다. 하지만 실제 하천에서 표면유속측정 시 하천의 폭, 주변 환경 등의 영향으로 측량작업에 많은 어려움이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 Arduino와 GPS센서를 이용하여 표정점을 구성하였다. Arduino와 GPS 센서를 이용하면 각 표정점들의 좌표를 노트북에서 실시간으로 자동으로 확인할 수 있다. GPS 센서의 측정 오차에 따라 관측 오차가 다소 존재하지만, 실제 측량을 할 때와는 비교할 수 없을 정도로 신속하게 표정점의 좌표를 구할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 실험 하천에 대해 적용한 결과 기존의 방법에 비하여 간편하고 빠르게 표면유속측정을 수행할 수 있었으며, 표면유속측정값 또한 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Recently, Ubiquitous computing technology is increasing necessity for object recognition and a location tracking technology to meet various applications. The location tracking technology is the fundamental to the Context-Aware of users in Ubiquitous environment and its efficiency has to be improved using IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee used in current infra such as ubiquitous sensor network. But because the IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee protocol has limitation to apply location tracking technology such as ToA and TDoA, Zone-based Location Tracking technology using RSSI is needed. In this paper suggests RSSI-based 802.15.4 ZigBee local positioning protocol to support a positioning tracking service in Ubiqutous environment. And Zone-based location tracking system is designed for actual the indoor location tracking service.

A Study on the Water Withdrawal Permit Rate and Monitoring Well Management of Bottled Water Manufacturers (먹는샘물 제조업체의 취수량 및 감시정 관리에 관한 고찰)

  • Bottled water companies in Korea are required to conduct an environmental impact assessment of their drinking water supply at least six months before the expiration of their five-year marketing and production license. The water level drawdown, production well water quality, and monitoring well observation results are the most important items that are evaluated in the assessment report. Here we evaluate the relationship between well drawdown and pumping capacity with pumping time from the production wells of bottled water manufacturers located in Cretaceous granite (site A) and Precambrian gneiss (site B). The method to reduce the pumping capacity is more effective in decreasing the drawdown than the method to simultaneously control the pumping and recovery times. Furthermore, the monitoring data from the pH monitoring sensors that were installed in Precambrian gneiss (site C) yield pH values that increase with time and eventually plateau at a certain value. We therefore propose that pH monitoring is either discontinued or improved to provide more reliable and usable results.

  • Recently as a result of covid 19, it has emphasis on the importance of non-contact. VR content has been attracting attention as an alternative to visual arts, media art, new media exhibitions and performances with limited offline activities. Although interest in 360 VR video contents such as VR contents for exhibitions and performances is increasing, research on immersion and satisfaction is focused on games and animation VR contents. In this paper, it verified the effect of the difference in the position and height of the VR camera in exhibitions and performances on the user's presence and satisfaction. For this experiment, the presence and satisfaction were measured after experiencing the VR contents of the convergence exhibition and performance filmed at different locations and heights. As a result of the experiment, the difference of VR camera's position had a significant effect on presence and satisfaction, the difference of VR camera's height had a significant effect only Realistic immersion of the presence.

Realtime Tidal Flat Modeling using Procedural Generation Method (절차적 생성 방법을 이용한 실시간 갯벌 모델링)

  • As an interest in metaverse increases, there are many studies to apply virtual reality to indirect experiences. Virtual reality is increasingly being used not only for entertainment such as games but also for educational content. A key technology of indirect experience is modeling an object to provide a realistic experience to the user. Natural environments such as tidal flats change with time, and many living things also live there. In this paper, we propose a method for creating experiential content that accurately models the ecological environment of tidal flats. The proposed method explains how to naturally model the temporal change of tidal flats. We also explain how to model a crab, a creature that inhabits the tidal flat, in the forms of an NPC using the behavior tree. Implementation results show that the proposed method uses simple algorithms but expresses the shapes of tidal flats well.

  • Modern society has a tendency to raise fewer children. As a result, parents became more interested in their children's creative ways of thinking and began to look for new ways of teaching. The child care support center expects a positive effect by lending various toys and books to improve the physical, emotional and social characteristics of children and to help reduce household burden on parents. In this paper, we design and implement a rental return system to effectively utilize a toy library operated by the child care support center. The proposed system makes it easy for any user to search for items in any branch operated by the Child Care Support Center and to manage loan return records. The administrator can manage data such as loans, returns, and past due from the rental return processing system, and effectively operate the child care support center through statistics of data generated. Children are expected to be given a variety of entertainment cultures and cultural benefits to their families to ease the burden of parenting.

Study on The Decryption Method and Analysis of MalangMalang Talkcafe Application Database (인스턴트 메신저 말랑말랑 톡카페 애플리케이션 데이터베이스 복호화 방안 및 분석)

  • As leakage cases of personal information increase, the concern of personal information protection is also increasing. As a result, most applications encrypt and store sensitive information such as personal information. Especially, in case of instant messengers, it is more difficult to find database where is not encrypted and stored. However, this kind of database encryption acts as anti-forensic from the point of view of digital forensic investigation. In this paper, we analyze database encryption process of MalangMalang Talkcafe application which is one of instant messenger. Based on our analysis, we propose a decryption method and explain the meaningful information collected in the database.
