An Assembly Modeling System for Dynamic and Kinematic Analysis (동역학 및 기구학적 해석을 위한 조립체 모델링 시스템)

  • An assembly modeling system, with which a designer can interactively create an assembly of components ready for the dynamic analysis, has been developed. In this system, an assembly model is created from the mating conditions between the components in the assembly, and then most information required for the dynamic or kinematic analysis packages are derived. For this development, the following problems have been solved; the creation of assembly data structure, the derivation of the joint information, the inference of each component's position, and the creation of the joint coordinate systems. Through this work, the designer can easily model an assembly by assigning mating conditions, and check the dynamic or kinematic performance with the automatic creation of inputs for the assembly analysis packages.

  • 이동 통신과 무선 단말기의 보급이 보편화되면서 사용자의 위치정보를 이용한 위치 기반 서비스(Location Based Service)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 위치 기반 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 이동객체 위치 정보의 효율적인 저장 및 관리가 필요하며 이를 위해 일정 시간 간격을 두고 위치 정보를 획득하여 저장, 관리하는 방법이 연구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이동 객체의 이동경로에 대응되는 위상 정보(Topology)를 이용하여 이동 객체의 위치 정보를 관리하는 기법을 제안한다. 본 기법은 이동 객체가 위상 정보의 노드에 해당하는 위치에 도착할 예상 시점을 계산하고, 그 시점을 위치 획득 시점으로 결정하여 위치 정보를 갱신하며, 또한 명시적으로 저장되지 않은 불확실한 위치 정보의 요청에 대해 위상 정보 노드의 속성 정보와 선형 함수를 이용해 위치 정보를 추정하여 제공한다. 본 기법은 위상 정보의 노드에 대응되는 위치를 획득하여 저장하기 때문에 갱신 횟수와 데이터의 양을 감소시키고, 불확실한 위치 정보에 대한 위치를 추정할 경우, 명시적으로 저장된 위치 정보에서 유추된 이동 객체의 정보와 더불어 이동 객체의 이동 경로를 고려한 위상 정보 속성을 사용하므로, 선형 함수나 스플라인 함수만을 적용하는 것보다 적은 오차를 발생시켜 위치 정보의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

  • Education and training are expected to change dramatically due to the combined impact of the Internet, database, and multimedia technologies However, the distance learning is often impeded by the lack of effective tools and system to manage and retrieve the lecture contents effectively. This paper introduces a prototype system called COVA that enables remote users to access specific parts of interest by contents from a large lecture database. COVA includes several novel techniques to achieve the content-based lecture retrieval in distance teaming: (1) The XML-based semistructured model to represent lecture contents; (2) The technique to build structural summaries, i.e., schemas, of XML lecture databases; (3) Index structures to speed up the search to find appropriate lecture contents.

  • Mobile communication has become more pervasive and it is considered as one of main concerns oi conferencing, multi-user games and etc. in mobile environment. These applications need to secure communication in group. Most of the published protocols are based on model which consists of a stationary base station and a cluster of mobile devices. In this paper, we have focused on the extended model of which participants are several base stations and mobile devices in different cells. We present a new group key protocol among mobile devices in different cells and analyze its security And we also look at how password authentication can be used to our group key agreement protocol. The mobile device's computing load may be reduced by using password authentication.

  • According to change of software development technique as design pattern, component based development etc.., web server development part is applied activity to fit in various user requirement. Especially, EJB as sewer side component model much researches and introduce by easy and various development support. Also, component composing techniques is receiving many interests by easy and efficient application way that architecture based C2 style architecture with message handling. But, in case of EJB component that can not cail thread, C2 framework modification is unavoidable for component composition by C2 style architeccture. For this, we propose techniques to use Adapter pattern to be one of structure pattern among pattern. That is, did so that component composition by C2 style architecture may can consist changing to be able to call thread function in EJB by Adapter pattern.

  • This year, global IT companies such as Google, Apple, and Facebook launched a mobile augmented reality platform. Existing augmented reality technology required a special device such as AR glass or tango phone, but now it will be easy to experience augmented reality in general Android phone and iPhone. The mobile augmented reality game market, which has been attracting interest since the Pokemon game, is expected to become more active. In this article, we introduce augmented reality platforms technology for mobile augmented reality game and mobile augmented reality games including ETRI prototype centered on user interface.

  • In the web, the Personalization considering individual's habits and tastes is attracting the internet service companies and internet users in order to realize a custom-oriented e-CRM. that is, the Personalization is leaping the new competitive strategy of e-business. In this thesis, first I studies on the Personalization which is the base of e-CRM emphasized the custom relationship in the internet. second, I researched the ways of marketing strategy to realize the Personalization using the e-CRM as well as the problems of Personalization based on the current one-to-one marketing. finally, I showed the new Personalization adopting permission marketing of Seth Godin the vice-chairman of marketing department in yahoo.com for the better e-CRM.

  • Recently, query processing techniques for the multi-dimensional data like images have been widely used to perform content-based retrieval of the data . Range query and Nearest neighbor query are widely used multi dimensional queries . This paper Proposes the efficient pruning strategies for k-nearest neighbor query in R-tree variants indexing structures. Pruning strategy is important for the multi-dimensional indexing query processing so that search space can be reduced. We analyzed the Pruning strategies and perform experiments to show overhead and the profit of the strategies. Finally, we propose best use of the strategies.

  • This research proposes a personalized mobile web contents creation method that uses web news channel contents-based analysis. It promptly acquires data through the RSS and RSS-linked web pages which have been supplied by the existing web sites for a news search. And then It applies a personalization method using analysis in contents filtering and generation. The proposed method will make creating mobile web contents easier while lowering wireless contents production costs. Moreover, It can be improved a user satisfaction for contents filtering and access with using analysis that fits in with a matter of user's specific interest.

구글어스 기반의 전자문화지도 설계 및 구현

  • 지속적인 정보기술의 발전은 사회를 성장시킴과 동시에 사용자에게 더 많은 정보와 요구사항을 발생시킨다. 이에 따라 최근 디지털 융합 기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며 학문 분야에서의 디지털 융합은 새로운 학문으로서 다양한 방안으로 활용될 수 있다. 전자문화지도는 전자지도상에 문화정보를 디지털화하여 표현한 것이다. 세부적으로 점, 선, 면의 공간데이타와 연계하여 문화정보를 나타낼 수 있으며 시간, 공간(지도), 주제(문화) 세 가지 축을 기반으로 문화정보를 다양하게 표현할 수 있다. 따라서 전자문화지도는 인문 지역 연구를 위한 방법으로 활용될 수 있으며 결과물을 전자문화지도를 통해 전시함으로써 연구결과를 확산시킬 수 있다. 기존의 전자문화지도는 2차원 형태의 이미지 지도를 기반으로 하는 것이 대부분이다. 그러나 이 방법은 지역이나 공간에 대한 입체적이고 사실적인 정보제공이 어렵고 지도 확대 시 이미지 깨짐 현상과 같은 문제점이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점 해결하기 위하여 3차원 지도 서비스인 구글어스(Google Earth)를 활용하여 지역연구를 위한 전자문화지도를 설계 및 구현한다.
