새로운 사용자 경험의 향상을 위해 UI 의 개선방안을 모색할 때, 기존에 수행해 오던 일반적 사용성 평가 방법만으로는 모바일과 같이 복합적 컨텍스트를 가진 서비스 이용환경을 파악하는데 적지 않은 한계가 있다. 가령 특정 Task 수행시 Lead Time 측정과 같은 계량화된 사용성 평가방법을 통해서는 실제 사용자의 컨텍스트를 고려한 사용성의 수준(혹은 오류의 수준)에 대한 분석이 어려운 반면, In-depth Interview 로 대표되는 통상의 정성적인 사용자 리서치 방법은 장애의 요인과 결과간의 논리적인 상관관계를 명확화하거나 실측적인 개선 성과로써 도출해 내는데 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 정량적인 사용성 평가방법에 정성적인 사용자 리서치 수행기법 및 통계적 기법을 결합하여, 실측 가능하고 설득력을 가진 근거 데이터를 지지하는 한편 한계로 남겨져 왔던 행위결과에 대한 요인에도 적절한 인사이트를 제시할 수 있는 대안적 사용성 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Various services have been provided due to the recent development of IT technology and widespread usage of smartphones. In recent years, Fintech service that provides financial services through mobile devices has been the trending issue. However, mobile payment services haven't been widely used. The risk factors that appear when users seek to utilize a service, in particular, is one of the biggest hinderance in the expansion of mobile payment services. The failure of gaining the trust of the consumers appear to be the continuing hinderance factor. Therefore this study is to analyse the impact of perceived risk factors on trust and continuance intention of mobile payment services. For the research purpose, we conducted survey and the research results show that most of perceived risk factors have influence on trust and continuance intention except on the impact of perceived financial risk on trust.

This study is a study that analyzes the user experience of a virtual makeup application in the beauty industry where color or formulation testing is important. Recently, cases of beauty smart stores and beauty applications using AR and AI are increasing. However, since virtual makeup is different from testing a real product, it is necessary to derive needs through research from the user's side. In order to compare user preferences by using AR and AI cases, six factors based on the emotional interface model were analyzed through a questionnaire to identify items with statistically significant figures. As a result, the user felt comfortable with the virtual makeup function, but showed that it needs to be supplemented in terms of reliability. Since this study focused on the customer experience as a real user and identified the main experience factors and needs of virtual makeup through two types of comparison, it is hoped that this study will be useful as a prior study.

This study investigated the key factors affecting online relational intimacy in the context of SNS. Based on the use and gratification theory, self-presentation, relationship formation and information searching were identified as the main needs of SNS usage. These needs were expected to influence online relational intimacy through user satisfaction, subjective well-being, and disclosing information behaviors. The theoretical framework was validated by a longitudinal method. Hypotheses were tested by using the partial least squares to data from 199 Facebook users. Self-presentation and information searching had a significant impact on both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. However, relationship formation did not significantly affect both user satisfaction and subjective well-being. User satisfaction had a significant direct effect only on online relational intimacy. Subjective well-beings played a significant role in enhancing both disclosing information behaviors and online relational intimacy. Finally, it has been found that disclosing information behaviors are a key factor in enhancing online relational intimacy. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications for the key antecedents of online relational intimacy.

The Korean government has been promoting the establishment of comprehensive information systems as one of supports for preschools' administration. This support is expected to enhance the efficiency of preschool education support systems and to improve the quality of educational services. The gap between government's expectation on an introduction of the information system and preschool educators' expectations has also been an issue in deploying this new system. This study identifies user resistance factors for comprehensive preschool administration assistance systems' deployment. We find that the performance expectancy, social influence, effort expectancy, and the psychological cost of user resistance have impacts on the user resistance. When these factors related resistance are resolved in the process of systems' deployment, active participation in these systems by preschool educators would be increased.

The survey was conducted on the Bungae Jangter and Danggeun Market, which provide mobile used market services. The goal is to investigate factors that affect the user experience of used market platforms and to compare usability. Based on Peter Morville's Honeycomb Model, a survey and In-depth interviews were conducted to users with experience in secondhand transactions. And we qualitatively analyze the factors that affect the user experience. As a result, there were differences in usability depending on the age of the user. (reliability, how to find things, purpose of using used trading services, etc.) This study focused on actual user experience, so it will help you find a way to develop to user-centered secondhand marketplace services.

정보서비스를 제공해 주는 로봇이나 오락용 로봇과 같은 인공지능 로봇이 사업화에 성공하기 위해서 간과할 수 없는 중요한 요인들이 많이 있다. 로봇과 사용자간에 자연스럽게 이루어지는 상호작용이나 로봇의 특성을 효과적으로 살려 줄 수 있는 컨텐츠는 사업화 성공의 관점에서 볼 때 중요한 요인이 될 수 있을 것이다. 로봇이 가지고 있는 입력과 출력을 효율적으로 연계하여 제어함으로써 로봇이 사용자와 보다 자연스럽고 친화적인 상호교류가 가능해질 수 있다.(중략)

본 논문에서는 유닉스 파일 시스템에서의 버퍼캐쉬 크기에 따라 사용자 데이터와 메타데이터의 버퍼 캐쉬 히트율을 분석하였다. 그리고 메타 데이터가 유닉스 운영체제 파일 시스템의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 버퍼 캐쉬의 동적 특성과 성능의 장애 요인들을 분석하였다. 유닉스 운영체제에서 사용되는 사용자 데이터와 메타데이터에 대한 버퍼 캐쉬의 동적인 동작을 분석하기 위하여 trace-driven방법을 이용하였으며 이를 위하여 시뮬레이터를 작성.사용하였다. 파일 시스템은 특정 유닉스 버전에 영향을 받지 않기 위해 USF[1]에 기초하였고, 작업부하(workload)로는 Sprite- trace 데이터 중 allspice 서버에서 추출한 데이터를 사용하였다.
