The outcome of study has shown that team approach in case management in the community welfare center has shown a fair amount of effectiveness in increasing the quality of life for the elderly. 30 elderly people who had complex difficulties in life were selected and given case management for a 6 month period. The student volunteers supervised by a case manager visited the clients once a week and arranged a series of community resources following assessment of the clients' needs. A group of professionals active in the community was invited for supervision. Compared to the clients in the comparison group, those clients who case management showed the increase in the quality of life and life satisfaction scale. The results of the study suggest that face-to-face service for the elderly is one important factor for successful case management intervention. Also, a team approach in case management utilizing professionals and volunteers can be useful for the case manager in the community welfare center who is overwhelmed with too many case loads.

Case-based reasoning is an efficient method to find solutions for new problems by using past cases after appropriate changes. It is widely used in everyday life because it resembles the way human acts. In this paper, we propose a military system that generates the most appropriate tactics for CGF (Computer Generated Forces) by utilizing past practices. It indeed applies case-based reasoning at the process of armed conflict. When the CGF squad on a mission, they will be given an action plan to reach the final goal. In the process of executing, tactics for specific action should be organized such as attacks, ambushes, and tactical moves. By using the proposed method, tactics were generated by case-based reasoning. The proposed system successfully receives input through each command and control agent, measures the degree of similarity with the case in case DB, selects the most similar case, modifies, uses, and then stores it for next time.

하천법 제66조에서 지자체는 하천에서 생기는 수익금을 하천의 유지 보수에 관한 비용에 사용해야 한다고 규정하고 있고, 동법 시행령 제77조에서 하천 수익금은 하천의 유지 보수를 위해 우선적으로 사용해야 한다고 규정하고 있다. 하천 수익금은 법에서 규정한바와 같이 하천관리를 위해 사용되어야 하지만 건설교통부에서 제공한 2003년도 자료를 분석한 결과 하천과 관련된 용도로 사용된 하천수익금은 30%만 사용되고 있었다. 하천 수익금은 하천의 유지 보수에 우선순위로 사용해야 함에도 불구하고 현재 지자체의 하천 관리에 소요되는 비용을 구체적으로 파악하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 지역 내 물 관리 및 재정 관리를 구축하고 있는 네덜란드의 사례를 통하여 국내 하천 유지 보수를 위한 재정확보 도입 방안을 도출하였다. 네덜란드는 지역의 55%가 해수면 아래에 위치한 저지대 국가로 기후변화의 적응을 위해 각 지역별 물 기구는 물 관리를 위한 재정확보로서 독자적인 세금시스템을 구축해왔다. 본 연구는 먼저 네덜란드의 하천관리 측면의 물 기구의 정책방향, 중점추진과제 등의 여건을 살펴봄으로써 네덜란드의 물 관리 방향을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 (1)물 관리 업무에 쓰인 네덜란드 정부 지출 내용 (2)네덜란드 물 관리 기구 법제분석 (3)네덜란드 물 관리 주관 기관 및 재정 조달 방식을 구분할 수 있었다. 또한 국내 하천 수익금 징수 체계와 네덜란드 징수체계를 비교 분석하였다. 비교분석 결과 우리나라와 달리 네덜란드 물기구의 시스템은 중앙정부와 별도로 독립적인 세금시스템을 갖춰 독자적인 하천관리유지가 가능하였다. 이는 지역별 물 기구가 세금을 토대로 물 관리를 위한 금융기관을 설립함으로써 물 관리 재정문제를 해결하고 있기 때문이다. 이는 물 관리를 위한 재원 확보를 위해 네덜란드가 지자체 중심의 물관리가 정착되는 모범적인 사례를 보여주고 있다는 점을 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 네덜란드의 사례를 통해 국내의 재정확보 방안을 위한 방향성을 도출하였다. 네덜란드의 사례는 물 관리의 확보를 위해 자체 금융기관을 설립하여 재원조달을 성공했다는 점에서 국내 하천의 관리 유지 재원조달에 관한 새로운 관점을 시사한다. 국내 하천의 관리유지 재원조달에 대한 논의가 지속되고 있으므로 네덜란드 사례는 향후 우리나라의 하천 관리유지를 위한 재원조달의 제도적 기반을 구축하기 위한 기초 조사로 활용되어 질 것으로 기대한다.

Case-Base Reasoning(CBR) solves the new problems by reusing the solutions to previously solved problems. But, there are differences between previously known case and a new problems. To solve this problem Case-Based System have to adapt the solution of the case to suit a new situation. In current CBR systems, case adaptation is usually performed by rule-based method that use rules hand-coded by the system developer. So, CBR system designer faces knowledge acquisition bottleneck akin to those found in traditional expert system design. To solve this problem, in this thesis, we present an automatic learning method of case adaptation knowledge using case base, we use a method of comparing cases in the case base to learn adaptation knowledge. The system is tested in the domain for the decision of travel-price. The result shows accuracy improvement in comparison with case retrieval-only system.

As hostile online reviews can have a negative impact on a company's reputation, it is not surprising that online reviewers and business owners often get involved in conflicts which sometimes evolve into legal disputes. This research examines the legal dispute case in which the business owner charges an online reviewer for a defamation. Further, this research compares the supreme court's decision with general public's view on this defamation case, using a survey method. From the legal point of view, an online reviewer's primary motive determines whether the online reviews are defamatory statements or not. Specifically, if an online reviewer's primary motive is to increase the overall benefits for the public society, the online review does not bear any legal liability. According to our survey, consumers' view aligns with the final decision of the supreme court. They believe that online reviews should bear a minimum level of legal liability as online reviews often contain useful and valuable information which can enhance overall public benefits.

사례기반추론(CBR)은 많은 장점으로 인해, 생산, 재무, 마케팅 등의 분야의 다양한 경영의사결정문제 해결에 적용되어 왔다. 그러나, 효과적인 CBR 시스템을 설계, 구축하기 위해서는 연구자가 직관적으로 설정해야 할 많은 변수들이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 CBR의 여러 설계요소들 중, '결합할 유사사례의 선택' 과 관련해, CBR이 보다 개선된 형태로 경영문제 해결에 응용될 수 있는 모형을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 제안모형은 결합할 유사사례를 선택하는 기준으로 특정 사례수(k-NN)나 유사도의 상대적 비율을 사용하는 기존의 CBR과 달리 0에서 1사이의 값을 갖는 절대적 유사 임계치를 적용하고 있다. 다만, 절대적 유사 임계치를 사용할 때, 그 값이 작아질 경우 예측결과의 생성이 과도하게 이루어지지 않을 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위해, 커버리지를 모형에 함께 반영하여 사용자가 원하는 수준의 커버리지는 유지한 상태에서 가장 효과적인 유사 사례를 찾아, 추론을 수행할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 제안모형을 검증하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 이 모형을 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객 발굴 사례에 적용해 보았다. 이를 통해, 제안모형의 적용가능성을 확인하고, 향후 추가연구가 요구되는 개선방향을 고찰해 보았다.

본 논문에서는 대화형 시스템을 시험하기 위한 시험 사례를 마코프 연쇄의 통계적 확률 과정으로 생성하는 방안을 제시한다. 객체지향 방법론의 통합안인 UML에서는 클래스도(Class Diagram)가 표현할 수 없었던 시스템의 동적인 관점을 상태 전이도(State Transition Diagram)는 구체적으로 표현할 수 있다. 시스템의 사용법을 상태 전이도로 표현하고, 상태간의 전이 확률(Transition Probability)을 계산하여 사용법 연쇄(Usage Chain)를 구성한다. 사용법 연쇄는 다음 상태가 과거의 상태에 영향을 받지 않고 현시점의 상태에만 의존하는 이산 시간형 확률과정인 마코프 연쇄(Markov Chain)가 된다. 본 논문에서는 사용법 연쇄를 분석하여 상태 전이도의 상태와 원호가 어떤 범위에서 시험될 것인지 결정되었을 때, 사용법 연쇄의 전이 확률이 높은 순서별로 연결하여 시험 사례를 생성하는 방안을 제시하고, 예제를 설명한다.

국내 원자력발전소에서 발생한 발전정지 사건사례를 분석한 결과로써 획득한 고장원인, 문제점, 유사한 문제점 재발방지 방안 등의 분석정보를 효과적으로 공유하기 위한 발전정지사례 분석정보 시스템을 개발하고 있다. 이 시스템의 기반구조인 관계형 데이타베이스 화일들은 입력작업 지원 분류정보, 발전정지 사례분석정보, 검색작업 지원정보 둥의 저장을 위한 세가지 화일 그룹으로 나눌 수 있다. 각 그룹의 화일간에 정의된 상관관계성을 기반으로 발전정지사례 분석정보시스템의 입력, 검색, 출력작업이 수행된다. 시스템의 사용자는 제공되는 메뉴를 사용하여 관심있는 주제별로 데이타베이스에 저장된 발전정지사례 분석정보를 검색하고 출력할 수 있다.

최근 소프트웨어 품질 보증 (SQA)의 중요성이 강조되면서, 그에 따른 방법론들에 관한 새로운 이론들이나 사례 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 삼성전자에서 개발된 Samsung Universal Plug and Play (UPnP)의 SQA를 통해서 다음과 같은 새로운 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. Automated 테스트는 Manual 테스트와 비교해서 3차 테스트부터 이미 SQA의 Man/Month (MM)측면에서 효율성을 가지며 또한 Automated 테스트에 사용한 Tool은 재사용성의 이점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 Manual 테스트와 Automated 테스트를 적용한 두 사례분석을 통하여 Automated 테스트가 가지는 이점을 제안한다.

We propose the software framework construction method that increases reusability through use case extraction and structuring of software system's dynamic behavior of which identifying behavior patterns from software domain models. Most behavior models do not provide a consistent modeling technique for harmonizing user's heterogeneous requirements, and not yet prepared to a detailed optimizing technique for redevelopment and maintenance. Therefore, we need a software reuse framework to support consistency and reusability of existing development models using use cases with functional characteristics. a lattice model is used to this approach for structuring use cases, and the reuse process that can be driven to reusable components is introduced in this paper,.
