Economic Analysis on the Technology to shorten the Raising Term for Korean Cattle -Based on the results of empirical farm that manufactures and feeds his own TMR feed- (한우 비육우 사육기간 단축기술에 대한 경제성 분석 -자가TMR 제조·급여 실증농가를 대상으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic feasibility of technology developed by the National Institute of Animal Science used to shorten the raising term of Hanwoo cattle. This technology can address the increasing proportion of feed cost to operating expenses in the industry. The technology maintains quality by high nutrition breeding during the growing period while shortening the fattening period compared to conventional methods for castrated cattle. Our analysis employs the partial budget method, and results are as follows. First, we found that the ratio of shipment in age of less than 29 months has been increasing. Second, the statistical test finds that both the reduction in age of the months for shipment and the increase in dressed weight annually are significant. Third, the benefit of introducing the technology with the self-manufactured TMR accounts for 467,990 won per head/time. This result is strong evidence for prioritizing and extending pilot projects. In order to further expand this technology in the future, problems, limitations, and obstacles to introduction should be additionally disclosed for participating and non-participating farms after conducting the pilot project.

  • 교통주제도는 건설교통부와 한국교통연구원이 ${\ulcorner}$국가교통DB구축사업${\lrcorner}$의 일환으로 제작한 것으로, 국토지리정보원의 NGIS 수치지도(축척 1:5,000)를 기반으로 하여 현장조사 및 문헌조사를 통해 갱신, 보완하여 교통 분야의 활용에 적합하도록 구축한 GIS 수치지도이다. 교통주제도는 현장조사와 문헌조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 기반으로 구축되며 이중 교통시설물조사는 문헌자료(준공도로현황 등)를 참고하여 산정된 조사대상에 대하여 GPS 조사시스템을 활용, 도형 및 속성정보를 취득하는 것을 말한다. 조사항목은 도형정보(노드, 링크) 및 속성정보(차선수, 도로번호 등)이며 GPS 조사시스템과 조사원장(도면)을 이용하여 조사한다. 교통시설물조사와 문헌자료조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 단위도엽(1:5,000기준)별로 교통주제도에 반영되며 최종적으로 전국단위의 통합자료로 구축된다 교통주제도는 사용목적과 축척기준에 따라 단순화되며 이를 교통주제도 레벨이라 한다. 교통주제도의 레벨은 총 4단계로 구분되며 현재 레벨2에서 레벨4까지 구축되고 있다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통시설투자계획, 수요분석, 타당성 평가와 같은 교통분야의 연구를 수행하기 위해 반드시 필요한 자료이다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도보다 더 단순화된 도로망 모델로서 구성요소는 노드(시점, 종점, 죤 센트로이드)와 링크(도로망, 센트로이드 커넥터)이며 도로의 기하구조보다는 논리적 구조(방향성, 노드/링크 연결성 등)에 중점을 둔 데이터이다 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도의 도형과 속성정보를 기반으로 하며 각종 통계자료(도로교통량통계연보 등)를 활용, 구축된다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 구축시점에 따라 현재 및 장래 네트워크로 구분되며 장래 네트워크는 기준년도부터 2031년까지 5년 단위로 계획된 장래도로를 반영하여 구축된다. 교통주제도 및 교통분석용 네트워크는 국가교통DB구축사업을 통해 구축된 자료로서 교통체계효율화법 제9조의4에 따라 공공기관이 교통정책 및 계획수립 등에 활용할 수 있도록 제공하고 있다. 건설교통부의 승인절차를 거쳐 제공하며 활용 후에는 갱신자료 및 활용결과를 통보하는 과정을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to describe the Disaster Management System Development of Enterprise GIS at the Kangwon Province in Korea. This project is included into 'the Kangwon Enterprise GIS 21 plan'. The Division of Disaster Management is in the middle of the 2-year project of the Disaster Management System development, appropriate for business performed at the Departments of Forestry, Culture, Environment, Tourism, etc. At the 1st phase of CIS implementation, for more than half a year we focused on the necessity of management of disasters. In the planning process, we needed long-term information on the whole area of Kangwon. In the assessment and response processes, we needed real-time data from Korean Meteorological Administration and other agencies. All the above information was carefully studied and referred to. ESRI's new GIS technologies solve the natural hazard/disaster problems. For example, hazardous materials routing often needs to be found the least expensive path through a roadway network. In the circumstances given, we can choose the departure point and destination of the vehicle, which carries the materials. It's also possible to minimize overall risk and costs of disaster problems by making a plan of people and possessions evacuation from the disaster area in short time limits. We can meet all the above goals using the latest ESRI's technologies.

  • The most of domestic bridge has an used life under 30 years, Future maintenance budgets can be expected to increase. However, because of bridge maintenance budgets are limited, demand for asset management being performed to achieve required performance within available budget is increasing. To perform effective asset management of bridges should be made the best use of information to occur in all phase of construction project. Therefore, the development of system and DB is required to support asset management by effective information management. The objective of this study is the development of the BIM-based bridge asset management model. Through previous research survey, BIM capabilities and asset management components were established and mutual linkages were examined. Bridge asset management model was composed of alternate assessment model. In addition, BIM-based asset management model was performed case studies to verify feasibility and applicability. The proposed model can be applied to a current bridge maintenance procedures and supported to perform effective bridge maintenance tasks within a limited budget.

  • 정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져 가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP 시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국·공립 대학들의 행정업무효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교·분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 국내 대학은 ERP 시스템 도입 시 제시된 주요성공요인 등을 고려하고 지속적인 관심으로 프로젝트를 수행함으로써 보다 효과적으로 구축을 완료해야 할 것이며, 아직 국내의 사례가 충분하지 않기 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 국내외의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 관해 빠른 이해를 할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 연구도 계속 되어야 할 것이다.보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSSWIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, Cronbach's Alpha값을 통한 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통한 타당성 분석을 하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들의 아바타 수용도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 특성과 사용자 수용 특성은 아바타 수용도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다는 것 결과가 나타났다.웨어 프로세스 평가와 개선 모델의 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다 또한, 본 연구 결과는, 우리나라 소프트웨어 조직들이 실제로 무엇을 필요로 하는지를 밝힘으로써, 우리나라의 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하기 위한 실효성 있는 정책 입안을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 예상된다.다.를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%);

  • The primary purpose of this paper is to find out what issues are important in the Social Security sector, and then, through AHP methodology, this study analyzes what kind of big data methodologies and projects can be implemented to solves these issues. To the aim, this paper first confirmed 8 big data projects from reviewing all issues in the Social Security sector such as administrative works and social policies. After the result of pairwise comparison, policy validity is most important factors rather then effectiveness and practicability. With regard to the priorities among sub-big data projects, the project about preventing improper recipients has come out the most important project in terms of validity, effectiveness and practicability. And the results showed that the project about outreaching and reducing a blind spot on the welfare sector is weighed as a significant project. The results of this paper, in particular 8 sub-big data projects, will be useful to anyone who is interested in using big data and its methodologies for the social welfare sector.

The Inter Industrial Competency Analysis of Game Industry and Character Industry (국내 문화콘텐츠산업의 연관산업 역량분석 -게임산업과 캐릭터산업을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the industry infra competence status between game and character industry and to investigate relational industry cluster by LQ index. Applying to relative LQ index was no. of company, the no. of employee and the amount of revenue of 2012 years between game industry and character industry. The regional cluster block composed of metropolitan block (Seoul, incheon & Kyunggi area) and regional blocks(kangwon, chungchung, daekung, honam, dongnam and jeju region). The results of this research are as follows. First, the competency level of the quantity estimation of game industry and character industry highly concentrated to Seoul, Incheon & Kyunggi block. In case of the inter industrial competency analysis including metropolitan block, the high competency level indicated among metropolitan block, kangwon, dongnam and jeju region. In case of except metropolitan, dongnam and jeju region indicated high OSMU possibility between two industry. The contribution of this research was assessment of regional game and character culture contents' industry competences. And this research suggested fact based quantitative analysis of OSMU accessibility and validity of game and character industry's competence.

A feasibility modeling of potential dam site for hydroelectricity based on ASTGTM DEM data (ASTGTM 전지구 DEM 기반의 수력발전댐 적지분석 사전모델링)

  • A feasibility modeling for potential hydroelectric dam site selection was suggested using 1 sec ASTGTM (ASTER Global Digital Elevation Model) and Terra/Aqua MODIS (Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) derived land use (MCD12Q1) data. The modeling includes DEM pre-processing of peak, sink, and flat, river network generation, watershed delineation and segmentation, terrain analysis of stream cross section and reservoir storage, and estimation of submerged area for compensation. The modeling algorithms were developed using Python and as an open source GIS. When a user-defined stream point is selected, the model evaluates potential hydroelectric head, reservoir surface area and storage capacity curve, watershed time of concentration from DEM, and compensation area from land use data. The model was tested for 4 locations of already constructed Buhang, BohyunMountain, Sungdeok, and Yeongju dams. The modeling results obtained maximum possible heads of 37.0, 67.0, 73.0, 42.0 m, surface areas of 1.81, 2.4, 2.8, 8.8 ㎢, storages of 35.9, 68.0, 91.3, 168.3×106 ㎥ respectively. BohyunMountain and Sungdeok show validity but in case of Buhang and Yeongju dams have maximum head errors. These errors came from the stream generation error due to ASTGTM. So, wrong dam watershed boundary limit the head. This study showed a possibility to estimate potential hydroelectric dam sites before field investigation especially for overseas project.

  • In recent years, Ubiquitous City (u-City), the integrated and convergence of ubiquitous services, infrastructure, technologies and city management of the new future development city, is being initiated by the Korean government and local authorities as their new national growth engine. However, a performance measurement system for evaluating and monitoring the impacts of U-City implementation is yet to be established. This paper aims to develop an integrated performance management system (PMS) and extensively used as a tool for managing performance activities to support the visions and goals of the u-City operations. Based on current reviews on the literature and interviews with experts drew Critical Success Factors (CSF) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by four different measurement domains including U-City services, infrastructure, technologies, management and developed into an integrated performance measurement system based on the Balanced Scored Card (BSC) perspective. The system also provides number of examples of 'u-City Strategy Map' which illustrates a causal relationship between CSFs to execute u-City visions and goals.

Development of Traffic Accident Prediction Models by Traffic and Road Characteristics in Urban Areas (도로 및 교통특성에 따른 계획 단계의 도시부 도로 교통사고 예측모형개발)

  • The current procedure of estimating accident reduction benefit shows fixed accident rates for each level of roads without considering the various characteristics of roadway geometries, and traffics. In this study, in order to solve the problems mentioned in the above, models were developed considering the characteristics of roadway alignments and traffic characteristics. The developed models can be used to estimate the accident rates on new or improved roads, In this study, only urban highways were included as a beginning stage. First of all. factors influencing accident rates were selected. Those factors such as traffic volumes. number of signalized intersections, the number of connecting roads, number of pedestrian traffic signals, existence of median barrier, and the number of road lane are also selected based upon the obtainability at the planning stage of roads. The relationship between the selected factors and accident rates shows strong correlation statistically. In this study, roads were classified into 4 groups based on number of lanes, level of roads and the existence of median barriers. The regression analysis had been performed for each group with actual data associated with traffic, roads. and accidents. The developed regression models were verified with another data set. In this study, in order to develop the proposed models, only data on a limited area were used. In order to represent whole area of the country with the developed models. the models should be re-analyzed with vast data.
