양곡소비량조사는 가구부문과 사업체부문에서 소비하는 주요식품의 소비량을 조사함과 동시에 주곡인 쌀의 재고량을 조사한다. 이 조사는 해마다 통계청에서 표본설계하여 실시하는 표본조사에 의존한다. 특히, 사업체 부문의 양곡소비량 조사는 응용절사법(Modified Cut-Off Sampling Method)에 의해 표본추출되어 매년 11월에 조사가 실시되고 있다. 2003년도 사업체 양곡소비량 및 재고량조사는 2001년 사업체기초통계조사와 광공업통계조사를 모집단으로 하여 22,320 대상업체 중에서 819업체를 전수조사하고 2,145 업체를 표본조사하여 전체를 추계한다.

According to economic growth theory, location configuration of business enterprises engaged in specific industries has spatial affinity. In this research we defined industrial concentration index to measure industry agglomeration using the characteristics of dispersion parameter of negative binomial distribution, and used the industrial concentration index to examine aspect of spatial configuration change. We utilized Census on Basic Characteristics of Establishments of 1995 and 2000 to deduce industrral concentration indices of 7 knowledge-based industries and 9 strategy-based industries of Choongbuk Province and analyzed the aspect of spatial configuration change.

통계청이 최근 발표한 '2007년 기준 사업체기초통계조사 보고서(9차 개정)'에 따르면 전국 1인 이상 인쇄사업체에서 생산한 인쇄물은 8조8306억8208만2000원으로 추산됐다. 2007년 현재 등록된 종사자 1인 이상 인쇄 및 인쇄관련 산업의 총 사업체는 1만 7767개사로 전년도의 1만7631개사보다 0.8%증가한 것으로 집계됐다. 종사자도 2006년도의 6만7417명보다 11.6% 늘어난 7만 5231명을 기록했다. 그리고 종사자 10인 이상 인쇄 및 인쇄관련 산업 사업체는 1402개사로 종사자는 3만18명이며 생산액은 3조5127억6200만원으로 집계됐다. 한편 통계청은 2007년을 기준으로 정확한 통계치를 위해 기준 사업체당 종사자 수를 5인 이상에서 10인 이상으로 변경했다.

The purpose of the labor statistics survey is to collect materials on employment, wages and the working time and to analyze the trend of the labor situation. in this research, the stratification variables are industry and the size of establishment. The sample are selected by stratified one stage sampling method in order to produce the reliable estimates of labor statistics. For local labor statistics, we design the sample survey using the city and province as sub-population. So we are able to produce the local area estimates of labor statistics with respect to industry and the size of establishment.

2011 Korean Economic Census is the first economic census in Korea, which contains text data on menus served by Korean-food restaurants as well as structured data on characteristics of restaurants including area, opening year and total sales. In this paper, we applied text mining to the text data and investigated statistical and technical issues and characteristics of Korean text mining. Pork belly roast was the most popular menu across provinces and/or restaurant types in year 2010, and the number of restaurants per 10000 people was especially high in Kangwon-do and Daejeon metropolitan city. Beef tartare and fried pork cutlet are popular menus in start-up restaurants while whole chicken soup and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) are in long-lived restaurants. These results can be used as a guideline for menu development to restaurant owners, and for government policy-making process that lead small restaurants to choose proper menus for successful business.

In this study, we have proposed the new statistical methods to convert the statistics based of workplace units into the statistics based of industrial units using the industrial survey data published by National Statistical Once in 2001. It could help to apprehend the weight of service sectors of korea small business in terms of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

최근 들어 조사통계는 응답자들의 응답 부담에 의하여 무응답 혹은 통계의 질 저하라는 문제에 직면하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 조사 대상자인 사업체는 어떤 요인에 특히 응답 부담을 가지고 있는 지 실태조사를 통하여 파악해 보았으며, 그 결과 통계조사가 너무 많다라는 점과 조사표가 너무 전문적이라는 의견을 알 수 있었다. 또한 응답 부담을 객관화할 수 있는 지표를 검토하면서 응답 부담 경감방안에 대해 살펴보았다.

본 논문은 재난 리스크 평가를 위한 집계구 통계자료의 활용방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 인구통계자료, 주택통계자료, 전국사업체 자료는 재난취약성분석과 리스크 평가를 위한 필수 요소이다. 재난의 분석과 평가를 위하여 GIS에 구축하는 자료로는 인구의 총인구, 평균나이, 인구밀도, 노령화지수, 교육수준 등이 있다. 이 자료들을 공간정보로 구축함으로써 기존의 넓은 수준의 데이터를 활용하는 것 보다 정밀한 분석이 가능하다고 판단된다. 또한, 인구와 관련된 데이터뿐만 아니라 집계구 통계 자료는 주택의 건축년도와, 주택의 유형(다세대, 아파트, 연립, 영업용건물주택의 정보를 가지고 있다. 이는 건물의 경제적 평가를 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다. 또한 선정된 지역의 사업체를 분류하여 각 폴리곤의 주요 사업체를 조사하여 공간정보를 구축함. 구축된 공간정보는 리스크 평가를 위한 자료로서 활용될 수 있다 판단된다.

최근 국내 경제 불황의 타개책으로 수출촉진방안이 다각적으로 모색되고 있는 가운데 정보통신산업의 중요도가 점차 높아지고 있다. 이에 국내 정보통신산업의 현주소를 가름코자 정보통신사업체를 기업규모별로 구분하고 사업체수, 종사자수, 내수액, 생산액, 수출액, 수입액 중심으로 현황을 분석했다. 이 분석을 위해 지난 ‘97년 8000개 사업체를 대상으로 실시한 전수조사 결과(’97년 정보통신산업통계연보)와 ‘98년 2월 2000개 사업체를 대상으로 실시한 표본조사 결과(’98. 2. 정보통신 주요품목 동향조사 월보)를 비교분석해 ‘97년 말 자료로 조정.적용했다.

통계청이 최근 발표한 '2008넌 기준 사업체기초통계조사 보고서(9차 개정)'에 따르면 1인 이상 전국 인쇄업 및 인쇄관련 산업의 총 인쇄물 생산액은 2007년(8조8306억8208만2천원) 대비 8.0% 증가한 9조5323억4728만8000원으로 집계됐다. 신문 특수인쇄물을 포함하면 15조원에 이를 것으로 추정된다. 한편 2008년 현재 등록된 1인 이상 총 인쇄업 및 인쇄관련 산업의 사업차는 1만 6709개 사로 2007년도의 1만7767개 사보다 5.9% 감소한 것으로 집계됐다. 종사자도 2007년도의 7만5231명보다 4.7% 감소한 7만1716명을 기록했다. 그리고 종사자 10인 이상 인쇄 및 인쇄관련산업 사업체 수는 1316개사로 종사자는 2만9849명이며 생산액은 3조9674억7900만원으로 집계됐다.
