인쇄잉크를 제조하는 사업체수와 종사자수는 증가추세를 보이고 있는 가운데, 10인 이상 사업체수와 종사자수는 2010년을 기점으로 하락하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 10인 이상 사업체는 줄고 10인 이하 영세 사업체는 늘고 있는 것이다.

인쇄 및 관련산업은 5년전보다 사업체수는 늘었지만 종사자는 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 사업체수가 증가했다고는 하지만 소규모 단독사업체가 사업체수 증가를 견인한 결과다. 조직형태별로는 개인사업체가 여전히 90%를 웃돌았으며, 회사법인은 5년전보다 31.3% 증가했지만 전체 사업체의 9.2%에 불과했다. 여성의 사회참여가 두드러지면서 여성 대표자 종사자 모두 크게 늘었다.

This study examined the effects of perceived service quality of dispatch companies on satisfaction and performance of user companies. The empirical investigation was conducted in human service sector. Service quality was classified into five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Data were collected from 80 employees of user companies. Results indicated that responsiveness and assurance were positively related to satisfaction of user companies. Results also indicated that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy were positively related to performance of user companies. This study had differential value that it applied the concept of SERVPERF into the labor market, and analyzed its effects on customers' satisfaction and performance. The results also have consequences for managers responsible of outsourced workers.

최근 국내 경제 불황의 타개책으로 수출촉진방안이 다각적으로 모색되고 있는 가운데 정보통신산업의 중요도가 점차 높아지고 있다. 이에 국내 정보통신산업의 현주소를 가름코자 정보통신사업체를 기업규모별로 구분하고 사업체수, 종사자수, 내수액, 생산액, 수출액, 수입액 중심으로 현황을 분석했다. 이 분석을 위해 지난 ‘97년 8000개 사업체를 대상으로 실시한 전수조사 결과(’97년 정보통신산업통계연보)와 ‘98년 2월 2000개 사업체를 대상으로 실시한 표본조사 결과(’98. 2. 정보통신 주요품목 동향조사 월보)를 비교분석해 ‘97년 말 자료로 조정.적용했다.

본 연구는 노동시장의 성별직종분리(occupational sex segregation)를 초래하는 요인들을 대분류 및 세분류 사업체를 단위로 규명하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 사업체 성별직종분리에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 가장 중요한 것은 직급근로자 비율, 숙련기술자 비율, 그리고 사업체의 조직화 정도로 구성되어 있는 내부노동시작 특성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업체는 산업의 성별직종분리에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 밝혀져 산업 전반에서 남성과 여성의 직종을 구분해 온 관행이 개별 사업체의 성별분리구조를 형성하고 고착화시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 보인다. 세째, 가정한 바와는 달리, 여성의 개인적인 자질향상이 성별직종분리의 개선과 직결되지는 않을 것으로 보인다. 그러나 평균 근속년수비는 성별직종분리를 감소시키는 것으로 나타나 여성이 노동시장에 지속적으로 참여하는 것이 성별직종분리를 개선할 수 있음을 시사한다. 네째, 사업체 성별직종분리 현상에 대한 내부노동시장 특성들의 높은 설명력과 여성의 경쟁력이 보여준 극히 미미한 설명력은 앞으로 산업구조 및 노동력의 유연화 추세에 직면하여 성별직종분리 구조의 개선 가능성에 대해 상반된 기대를 갖게 만든다.

Service industry is a fundamental field that takes sustainable development of state economy. However the development of service industry in our economy doesn't yet compare to level of developed countries. It is supported by the recent statistics of our service industry. This paper shows regional comparative analysis about the current status of the service industry based on the number of establishments and workers. Using the data of census on establishments in 16 cities and provinces, we analyze the relative ratio for the number of establishments and workers in service industry among total industry in Seoul metropolitan, Gangwon, Chungcheong, Honam, Youngnam and Jeju region. Also we analyze the relative ratio by provinces in each region. We used the data of census on establishment for 7 years from 2006 to 2012, we calculated the relative ratio of the number of establishments and workers in service industry for the 6 regions. And we analyzed the relative ratio by provinces in each region.

Recent empirical studies highlight the importance of between-firm or between-establishment factors in rising wage inequality. Examining the establishment-level data from the Mining and Manufacturing Survey of 2000-14, this paper finds that overall between-establishment wage dispersion has increased in Korea. However, unlike other OECD countries, the divergence occured in the lower tail of the wage distribution. Dispersion in labor productivity exhibits a similar movement, therefore explains the widening wage dispersion. In contrast, the link between wages and total factor productivity is much weaker, which appears to be associated with inefficient capital reallocation. I also find much heterogeneity in the productivity-wage relationship across productivity distribution. The most productive establishments turn the smallest portion of productivity gains into wage increases.

본 논문에서는 기업 비즈니스 분석을 위해 한국표준산업분류에 근거하여 국내 사업체의 산업군을 분류하는 앙상블 분류 모델 구축 방법론을 제시한다. 기업 평가 및 보고서 자동화 시스템 구축을 위해 기업의 재무제표 정보, 기업등록부와 같은 신고 정보, 사업체 조사 정보에 포함된 텍스트 정보를 이용하여, 각 기업이 속해 있는 산업군 정보를 분석해야 하며, 이를 통해 동일한 산업군에 속해 있는 다른 기업에 대한 현황 파악 및 비교 등 비즈니스 정보를 분석할 수 있다.

일본은 약 200만 명이었던 지역방재의 중핵적 존재인 의용소방대원의 수가 점점 감소하여 현재는 88만 명 수준으로 감소하여 이대로 가면 지역 방재체제에 지장을 초래할 우려까지 있고, 사회경제의 발전에 따라 산업구조와 취업구조가 크게 변화하여 의용소방대원의 약 70%가 피고용자(봉급생활자)인 상황이다. 따라서 의용소방대를 활성화하기 위해서는 봉급생활자가 의용소방대에 들어오기 쉽고 활동하기 쉬운 환경을 만들 필요가 있으며, 사업체의 의용소방대활동에 대한 이해와 협력이 절실히 필요하다. 일본 소방청은 의용소방대원을 고용한 사업체의 의용소방대활동에 대한 이해와 협력을 얻기 위해서 2006년도부터 의용소방대 활동에 협력하고 있는 사업체에 대해 "의용소방대 협력사업체 표시제도"를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 제도 도입배경, 마크(표시증)교부 기준 등 운영실태에 대해 분석하여 소개한다.

This study examines changes in commercial space in Seoul from 1999 to 2016 by investigating operating periods of commercial businesses. This study finds that the characteristics of spatial changes in commercial districts are classified by the following two major points. First, the traditional CBD and Yeongdeung-po commercial districts show that both ages (survival duration) of operating commercial businesses and operating periods of market-exit businesses have changed to become longer than the average values of the two business types in Seoul. In contrast, the Gangnam and the Mapo commercial districts show that the operating periods of survived and closed commercial businesses have changed to become shorter over time. The difference suggests that survival-exit relations of businesses are closely related to the characteristics of each commercial district. In addition, this study shows that each commercial district has experienced dynamic changes in the intensity of commercial activities and the hierarchy of commercial space. Finally, this study indicates that public policies for commercial space should consider survival-exit dynamics of commercial activities in commercial districts.
