Style Jigsaw for Teaching the Coding Style to Novice Programmers (프로그래밍 초보자의 코딩 스타일을 교육하기 위한 스타일 직소)

  • 현대의 프로그램들은 과거의 프로그램들에 비해 복잡성이 커졌다. 그러한 변화에 따라 협력 프로젝트가 과거에 비해 일반화 되었고, 프로그램의 디버깅이 어려워졌다. 현대의 프로그래머들에게는 원활한 협력 프로젝트의 진행과 쉬운 디버깅을 위해 코딩 스타일 준수의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 프로그래머가 소스 코드를 작성할 때 코딩 스타일의 준수 여부는 가독성에 큰 영향을 미친다. 하지만 프로그래머가 코딩 스타일을 준수하지 않는다고 해도 눈에 보이는 에러가 발생하지 않는다. 그렇기 때문에 코딩 스타일은 초심자 시절의 교육이 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 효과적으로 코딩 스타일을 교육하기 위한 스타일 직소 프로그램을 구현하였다. 스타일 직소 프로그램은 코딩 스타일의 준수 정도 직소 퍼즐 형태로 보여주고, 코딩 스타일이 준수되지 않은 부분을 표시하여 줌으로써 보다 효과적으로 코딩 스타일 교육이 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서 구현된 스타일 직소 효과를 확인하기 위해 부산대학교 컴퓨터공학과 학부 학생들을 대상으로 스타일 직소를 사용하여 코딩 스타일 교육을 실시하였다. Java 프로그래밍 교과 실습 수업에 스타일 직소 프로그램을 적용시켜 본 결과 64%의 학생이 스타일 직소가 코딩 스타일 향상에 도움이 되었다고 답하였고, 52%의 학생이 본 프로그램의 접근법이 흥미로웠다고 답하였다.

Structures and Policies of British Geographic Information Dissemination for Korea National GIS Project (국가지리정보사업 추진을 위한 영국지리정보 유통구조 및 정책 연구 - 영국지리정보원의 역할을 중심으로-)

  • The objective of this paper is to discuss geographic information policies and strategies of British government and suggest effective policies for Korea National GIS project GIS that has been implemented geographic information infrastructures into public sectors and private markets for the last ten years. To obtain the research aim, this paper reviews the main factors of the Britain GIS project such as distribution structure and process of GI markets, government policies and strategies that are led by Ordnance Survey, most leading mapping agency in the UK. In conclusion, some issues have been explored with reference to the experiences of the Britain GIS projects. The first of these is the nature of geographic information and the second concerns the notion of the circulation policies of spatial data, and the last proposes Korea GIS policies and strategies for successful geographic information and spatial data implementation. The findings of the analysis of the Britain GIS development indicate that a shift began to take place from central government coordinate toward more extensive utilization of private and commercial sectors. This reflects both the increasing importance of geospatial data circulation in all levels of GIS stakeholders. Finally these discussions are particularly to be the issues where multi-agency collaboration of Korea government is concerned and can take the form of joint ventures by consortiums of both involving data producers and data users in order to increase commercial participation for value-added geospatial items, and to encourage both research and development sectors with low or free price policies.

  • According to the accident statistics published by the National Police Agency in 2007, the number of commercial vehicle(city, suburb and other buses) accidents consumes 3.5 percent of the total number of traffic accidents in this year. Since the commercial vehicles are responsible for not only the drivers but also the passengers, it leads more serious social and economic problems. There have been various forms of systems such as a digital speedometer or a black box to meet the social requirement for reducing traffic accidents and safe driving. however the system based on the data after accident control the driver by analyze dangerous drive behaviors, so there is a limit to control driver in real-time. Also speedometer currently managed provide the driver warning information in real-time, but using only the speed of vehicle and RPM information regardless of actual dangerous drive behaviors, disappear the effectiveness. In this study performed a simulation for drivers in general using a simulator programed with dangerous driving types we had developed in the previous study and judging the types. It'd be more effective system to provide the drivers warning information using weight valued in this study. However in this study is limited to apply weight as a result of simulation of drivers in general in actual situation should be made up the deficit based on information of driving type of actual commercial vehicles.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze governance in the business processes of Jeju's proposed 'Happy Living Area.' This study found Jeju's 'Happy Living Area' plans for governance were realized and conflicts may frequently occur in future business processes. Furthermore, roles and support systems were measured for the development council of 'Happy Living Area.' This paper reports findings from a case study on community planning for a public art project. This study recommends public-private governance in terms of process factors as well as role considerations. With respect to process factors, administrative agencies and citizen participation are examined. Second, the Living Area Council should play a mediating role between central and local governments as well as residents. Third, Happy Living Zones' Advisory Centre should undertake an advisory role. Fourth, consultation between public and private sectors is needed to establish evaluation criteria for reviewing proposals from subordinate administrative agencies. Fifth, local government systems should be managed by autonomous municipalities. Concerning role considerations, a new 'Personality for Governance' position should be established for performing different roles in the project implementation stage.

Support plan for introduction of BIM on Small and Medium Architectural firm (BIM 도입 활성화를 위한 중소건축사사무소 지원 방안)

  • Architectural firms that would like to adopt the BIM are currently in an unfavorable position because of reduced orders, polarization of orders, and low price design. This study was conducted to evaluate plausible methods for supporting introduction of BIM into small sized firms. Before suggesting plans for support, we analyzed support projects and laws relating to support for small sized firms, after which we conducted a survey of small sized firms that support the project. The survey was completed by 242 architects and consisted of questions regarding the following aspects: current status and problems associated with BIM utilization, preference of certain policies for BIM introduction support, and reasonable level of support. After the survey, it was concluded that architectural firms are willing to use BIM and agree with the need for financial support for BIM program purchase and education, as well as to support BIM experts and fund low interest loans. In conclusion, it is proposed that support plans for small sized architectural firms in the areas of BIM introduction consulting, financial funding for the introductory process, provision of education and experts, order support, and promotions for accomplishment be provided.

Application and Improvement Plan of the Comprehensive Assessment for River Environments - Focusing on Tributary Streams of the Han River in Seoul - (하천환경종합평가의 적용 및 개선방안 - 서울시 한강 지류하천을 중심으로 -)

  • The assessment of the river environment is widely applied as a method to establish the purpose and direction of river rehabilitation projects. This includes surveying and assessing the current state of the river environment and determining whether a previous river project was properly executed. The city of Seoul executed ecological river rehabilitation activities for the tributaries of the Han River from the 2000s following a masterplan to recover the physical shape and ecological functionality of damaged rivers. After the rehabilitation activities, the river environment had been changed substantially. In this study, physical properties, water quality properties, and ecological properties were assessed for 28 tributaries underthe control of the city of Seoul, and then those 3 properties were synthetically reassessed. From the result of the study on the physical properties, it was found that mostrivers had II-III grades. As for water quality properties, rivers had III-IV grades. The damaged rivers showed low grades of D-E based on the Aquatic Ecosystem Health evaluation. Accordingly, we concluded that all rivers of Seoul City have an unhealthy environment in terms of water quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Health, therefore it is regarded that long-term and systematic improvements are required.

Development of Prediction Model for Improvement of Safety Facilities in Frequent Traffic Accidents (교통사고 잦은 곳 안전시설 개선 방안 예측 모델 개발)

  • Accidents are greatly reduced through projects to improve frequent traffic accidents. These results show that safety facilities play a big role. Traffic accidents are caused by various causes and various environmental factors, and it is difficult to achieve improvement effects by installing one safety facility or facilities without standards. Therefore, this study analyzed the improvement effect of each accident type by combining the two safety facilities, and suggested a method of predicting the combination of safety facilities suitable for a specific point, including environmental factors such as road type, road type, and traffic. The prediction was carried out by selecting an XGBoost technique that creates one strong prediction model by combining prediction models that can be simple classification. Through this, safety facilities that have had positive effects through improvement projects and safety facilities to be installed at points in need of improvement were derived, and safety facilities effect analysis and prediction methods for future installation points were presented.

  • Domestic leather company is working hard to solve present environmental problem. Leather industry is realized by representative pollution industry. An advanced nation is trying to develop clean technology by collaborating research institute with the chemical company, and tannery. This research introduced information that is gained through technical transfer in leather processing. This project started to solve environmental problem of leather industry. Specially the environment and economic problem is caused from chrome which exists in the waste water or solid waste. Representative technologies, reduced chrome tanning, non-chrome tanning method, are being introduced through transfer. Also lightweight leather development advances the research which uses non-metal tanning agent.

Evaluation of possibility using cobalt poly-pyrrole carbon as an alternative oxygen reduction catalyst in microbial fuel cells (미생물 연료전지 내 Cobalt poly-pyrrole carbon의 산소환원촉매로서의 평가)

  • 미생물 연료전지는 정부가 추진하고 있는 신성장 동력사업의 녹색성장 정책에 부합하는 환경융합 신기술로써 일상생활에서 배출되는 하 폐수와 같은 유기물질을 전자공여체로 이용하여 전기에너지를 생산 할 수 있다는 점에서 각광받고 있다. 미생물 연료전지는 산화전극부의 미생물이 공급된 유기물질 을 분해하여 전자와 수소이온을 생성시키며 이들은 산소가 존재하는 환원전극부로 이동하여 물로 환원 됨 으로써 전기를 생성한다. 전기 화학적 성능의 향상을 위해 미생물 연료전지에서는 환원전극부에 서의 산소와 전자 및 수소이온의 빠른 환원반응을 유도해 주는 Pt촉매를 이용한다. 하지만 고가의 Pt 촉매는 미생물 연료전지의 현장적용을 위한 규모확장 시 초기비용이 증가되는 문제점을 초래한다. 이에 미생물 연료전지의 대체촉매 개발에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 화학적 연료전지에 관한 논문에서 연료전지의 촉매로 산소 환원반응에 높은 성능을 보이는 Co-N/C 형태의 Cobalt poly-pyrrole carbon가 제시 되었다. 이는 가격적인 측면에서는 Pt촉매의 약1/10배 정도 수준이지만 셀 성능은 Pt촉매의 95%정도의 효율을 보인다는 측면에서 향후 Pt 대체촉매로 가능성을 보여주는 새로운 비금속 촉매물질이다. Cobalt poly-pyrrole carbon이 Pt-catalsyt 셀 전압 성능 대비 약 66 %의 효율을 보였고 내부저항과 최대전력 밀도에 있어서도 촉매를 사용하지 않은 경우와 비금속 촉매의 성능보다 높음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 Pt-catalsyt를 대체할 수 있는 저가의 산소환원 촉매물질 발굴을 위해 미생물연료전지에서 사용된 전례가 없으며 현재 화학전지의 촉매로 널리 쓰이고 있는 Cobalt poly-pyrrole carbon의 산소환원 촉매로써의 이용가능성을 평가하기 위해 실시되었으며, 평가한 결과는 첫 번째로 Cobalt poly-pyrrole carbon을 사용한 경우가 촉매를 사용하지 않은 경우와 비금속 촉매보다 환원 전극부에서의 원활한 환원작용이 진행되고 있음을 추측할 수 있으며 Pt-catalyst와 비교하였을 때 성능 대비 저렴한 가격으로 가격 경쟁력에 있어서 우월하다고 판단되었고 두 번째로 전기화학적 성능평가 및 EIS를 이용한 환원전극부의 내부저항 평가를 실시한 결과 셀 전압에 있어서 가장 많은 도말량 ($2.0mg/cm^2$)이 높은 성능을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

A Study on Pattern Language of Cultural Urban Regeneration -Focused on Henan-Sung of China- (문화적 도시재생을 위한 패턴언어 개발연구 -중국 하남성(河南城)을 중심으로-)

  • China's urban regeneration, which has been focused on economic growth since the 1950's, has brought about the uniformity of cities. In order to improve on this, the urban regeneration policy has been transformed into a cultural city resource, which is promoting urban regeneration while utilizing the cultural characteristics of each region. However, the specific application methods are still lacking. In this study, I attempt to modify the apartment environment of the city, Hanan-sung, based on the pattern-language of Christopher Alexander, a space planning tool that can be used in urban regeneration. First, 23 patterns were chosen from the primary pattern-language. Next, I investigated the characteristics of the traditional housing culture of Hanan-sung through the literature review, surveyed the opinions of current apartment residents, and summarized the requirements. Finally, a new pattern-language was developed for the regeneration of the old apartments from the viewpoint of the culture, by modifying it according to the characteristics and requirements of housing culture of Hanan-sung which summarizes 23 pattern-languages.
