As the unlimited natural source of a country, radio waves are widely being used in the daily life toward knowledge based information society. Therefore it is necessary to provide a long term policy of radio waves management policies based on market situation to cope with rapidly changing wireless technology and effective use of radio resources. Literary survey and analysis were accomplished for the rules and regulations in the radio station approval system and post-approval policies for mobile communication service. In conclusion, this study propose an blanket radio approval policy as well as self declaration of conformity(SDoC) of radio waves technical regulation and advanced radio inspection procedure. This study has significance in providing reference for introducing deregulation policy in the radio communication imdustry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors and mechanism of the characteristics of the live broadcast e-commerce platform and the characteristics of the host on the impulse purchase intention of live broadcast viewers. Based on the ELM model, this study complements existing research content. This study adopts the form of questionnaire survey and conducts empirical analysis using SPSS, AMOS, Mplus and other analysis software for online live broadcast users. The results show that the characteristics of live broadcast platforms have a positive impact on consumers' flow experience and satisfaction; the personal characteristics of anchors have a positive impact on consumers' flow experience and satisfaction; consumers' flow experience and satisfaction have a positive impact on impulse Purchase intention has a positive impact, and flow experience and satisfaction have a mediating effect on the characteristics of the live broadcast platform and the personal characteristics of the host.

The purpose of this study is to define the concept of value-added services on online music platforms, put forward a model of users' willingness to use value-added services on online music platforms, and explore the way its influencing factors affect users' willingness to use. This study is based on the stimulus-response model, combined with the characteristics of online music service platforms, using information value, social value, and entertainment value as independent variables, using flow experience as a mediating variable, and self-awareness as a moderator variable, and then researches on the use of users. influence of will. Empirical analysis was carried out in this study using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools. It is verified that the value-added services of online music platforms have a positive and positive impact on consumers' flow experience and usage intention. This research can fill in the theoretical defects of online music platform service, which has positive and important significance for music platform operators to improve their service capabilities and improve their income.

As Internet traffic surges due to global CPs, a request to share network investment costs has emerged in the industry. This has significantly changed the issue of the principle of network neutrality from accessibility to network fee. Some of the academic researchers had a negative view to network fees in the Internet space. However, in the industry, a number of disputes have occurred and some have escalated into court battles, and attention has been focused on the court's decision. The courts began to accept fee-for-service under network neutrality, and the government responded quickly by revising regulations. However, it still focuses on service stability, and there is no regulation that directly stipulates payment of network fee. In the study, changes in network neutrality were verified by analyzing cases of disputes between operators, court judgments, and improvement of regulations. And referring to the tragedy of the commons, the restoration of the correct price signal based on the principle of beneficiary pays was suggested as the most important solution. The payment of network fee by CP is one of the solutions.

Due to COVID-19, which has thrown the whole world into chaos, it has become an era where many technologies and contents are made non-face-to-face. At the same time, the popularity of the metaverse service is also increasing day by day, and the virtual costume (avatar) industry, one of the sub-industries, is also growing. In this study, we designed and developed a system for creating virtual costumes to be uploaded to ZEPETO, a mobile metaverse service. Unlike the existing service that requires a program that operates in a PC environment, it can be produced only by shooting and simple operation through a mobile device. With the advantage of being able to process all tasks of this system in a mobile environment, small businesses and individual operators who are not familiar with external programs will be able to more easily access the 3D virtual clothing industry.

Recently, there are increasing cases of managing software labs by assigning virtual PCs in the cloud instead of physical PCs to each student. In this paper, we design and implement a Linux-based software practice platform that allows students to efficiently build their environments in the cloud. In our platform, instructors can create and control virtual machine templates for all students at once, and students practice on their own machines as administrators. Instructors can also troubleshoot each machine and restore its state. Meanwhile, the biggest obstacle to implementing this approach is the difficulty of predicting the costs of cloud services instantly. To cope with this situation, we propose a model that can estimate the cost of cloud resources used. By using daemons in each user's virtual machine, we instantly estimate resource usage and costs. Although our model has very low overhead, the predicted results are very close to the actual resource usage measured by cloud service providers. To further validate our model, we used the proposed platform in a Linux practice lecture for a semester and confirmed that the proposed model is very accurate.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and bibliographic characteristics of large-print books produced and distributed by the Korea Library Association, which participates as an auxiliary operator in the support of the large-print books distribution project promoted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. As a result of analyzing the list of production books from 2009 to 2022, the average type was 20.5 books and the number of books was 21.7. The subject field of the selected books was 'literature (39.5%)', the proportion of translated books was 19.9%, and the author of the most books was a Beopryun monk with a total of six books. In addition, an average annual number of public libraries where large-print books were distributed was 454, and based on the research results, appropriate measures were sought and proposed in terms of policy, selection, production, and guidance so that the project could continue stably and achieve higher results in the future.

The latest global issues are the Space economy and low-orbit Space communication. 3GPP announced Release 17 standardization in June 2022, and in this regard, the United States prepared a strategy to enhance the competitiveness of the low-orbit 5G-NTN Space industry, and create an ecosystem at the national level in March 2023. Global smartphone semiconductor manufacturers have announced the development and verification results of standard-based chip technology, and satellite communication operators are launching low-orbit 5G-NTN Space communication services and rate products through convergence between terrestrial communication networks. This study diagnoses the current status of Korea's low-orbit 5G-NTN space communication ecosystem. We present our ecosystem creation strategy in terms of fair competition in the market, the service legal system, and the national R&D governance system.

This study theoretically analyzes the cost allocation of replacement costs that occur when existing operators have to replace circuit breakers due to the entry of new generators. We adopt the sequential equal contributions rule as the cost allocation rule, which is widely used in cost allocation problems in cooperative game theory. We derive various cost allocation plans based on several criteria and examine to what extent each alternative meets various desirable axioms. According to the analysis, (i) the alternative that excludes the cost of the new operator, residual value, and network operator and (ii) the alternative that excludes the cost of the new operator, residual value, and includes network operator are relatively superior to other schemes. We also identify a realistic plan by taking into account practical factors and analyze its axiomatic characteristics.

This study is a pilot operation roadmap for the introduction of the co-pilot qualification (MPL) system, and the introduction of the MPL system in Korea is a new pilot education and qualification system based on competency. Therefore, it may be difficult to prepare for various matters such as securing initial regulations, securing training businesses or trainees, and establishing training infrastructure, so the roadmap necessary for pilot operation is very important for the successful introduction of the MPL system. In order to secure a training program and qualification system with proven MPL systems in the domestic aviation market, the government and aviation industry members will jointly participate to highlight the importance of a pilot operation roadmap for the domestic flight environment.
