This paper attempts to reveal the relationships between IT capacity, SCM risk management factors and Business Performance. According to precedent studies, Our study analysed 153 cases from Korean companies which perform a supply chian risk management and then developed a structural equation model. As a result of the model test, this empirical study found that IT Infrastructure have a positively significant influence on companies' IT application and risk management. Second, there was a positive relationship between IT application and Business performance. Last and foremost, SCM risk management affects positively on Business performance. From this study, we found that investment in IT infrastructure will increase Business performance via raising risk management level, but there was less relationship between IT application level and that of risk management. For further study should be conducted for discovering effective practice factors of risk management.

국가의 미래지향적 정책을 위해서는 무엇보다도 이를 선도해나아갈 핵심인재의 확보가 매우 중요하다. 이러한 핵심인재 확보를 위해 각 부처에서는 지역 R&D 인력양성과 관련된 사업이 진행 중에 있다. 지역 R&D 인력양성사업의 전담기관은 시기와 목적에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경될 때마다 사업목적과 수단이 부합하는지를 점검하기 위하여 사업성과를 객관적으로 분석 및 평가하고 그 결과를 새로운 사업계획 설계에 반영할 필요성이 제기되어 왔다. 그러나, 지역 R&D 인력양성사업은 전담기관 및 사업의 성격에 따라 성과분석 모형을 다르게 적용해 왔으며, 객관적 성과 분석 프레임워크가 부재하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 인력양성사업의 특성을 파악하여 객관적으로 분석 및 평가에 활용할 수 있는 성과 분석 모형을 설계하고자 한다.

최근 중소기업연구원 연구자료에 의하면 우리나라 중소벤처기업의 혁신 수준은 OECD 최하위 수준이며, 네트워크 기반의 협력체계가 필요하다고 발표하였다. 또한, 최근의 혁신 행동 관련 연구를 살펴보면 내적 혁신 행동에 대한 연구는 많으나, 외부 네트워크 혁신 행동과 연동한 연구는 미진하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 CEO 변혁적 리더십이 조직 공정성을 기반으로 내적 외적 혁신 행동을 실행함에 있어서 유연적 조직 문화의 조절 효과가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보고자 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 중소벤처기업 성과모형, CEO 변혁적 리더십, 내적 혁신 행동, 외적 혁신 행동, 조직 공정성, 유연적 조직문화, 사업성과에 대해서 알아보았다. Chrisman 등(1998)의 중소벤처기업 성과모형은 ①기업가(entrepreneur), ②산업구조(industry structure), ③사업전략(business strategy), ④자원(resources), ⑤조직구조(organization structure, processes and systems) 등 5가지를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 Chrisman 등(1998)의 벤처기업 성과모형 NVP = f(E, IS, BS, R, OS)을 적용하여 연구 모형을 설계하고 실증 검증하였다. 향후 중소벤처기업 성과모형으로서 직원들의 미래전망과 자부심 향상에 본 연구가 시사점을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 중소벤처기업 경쟁력 강화를 위한 기업 혁신 행동 컨설팅 연구에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Road construction projects have a long duration so cost overruns and schedule delays are occurred. However, performance assessment system that can manage and prepare for this in advance is insufficient. In addition, road construction are affected by many factors during under construction. Therefore it is necessary to conduct performance assessment considering the characteristics of roads and prepare for similar projects in the future. The purpose of this study is to provide a framework to evaluate construction phase performance and present a performance management plan using road construction information. Also, This study conducted time adjustment between the start and the finish of the project and developed performance metrics based on absolute and relative indicator. This study analyzed the cost, schedule, and changes of the road project construction process, showing the possibility of advancement of performance assessment and how to use it when planning new road construction projects.

Currently, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance operates performance evaluation of the IT projects of the central government. Recently, with the advent of the Digital New Deal and the Digital Platform Government, the budget for IT projects has significantly increased, leading to a higher level of interest in their performance. In this study, performance-related characteristics were selected through previous research, and an empirical analysis was conducted to examine whether there are actual differences in the performance of IT projects given respective characteristics. As a result of the analysis, new projects and others performed by departments or offices had a statistically significant positive effect on each final evaluation score. In contrast, IT support as well as fund-based projects had a statistically significant negative effect on each final evaluation score. This study suggests that when evaluating the performance of IT projects in the future, it is important to consider the unique characteristics of each project, as these may contribute to respective differences in performance.

이 연구의 목적은 농촌진흥청에서 시행하고 있는 농촌여성 일감 갖기 사업장을 운영하고 있는 농촌여성 소규모 창업자의 특성과 사업 성과와의 관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 농촌진흥청이 실시하고 있는 농촌일감갖기 사업에 참여하고 있는 71명을 대상으로 자료를 수집한 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 39개의 창업가 특성 항목은 9개의 요인으로 구분되었는데, 각각 1) 새로운 것을 학습하고 불확실성을 감수하고자 하는 정도, 2) 혁신성과 자신감, 3) 네트워킹과 유연성, 4) 관심, 5) 자아성취동기, 6) 도전정신, 7) 자발적인 관여, 8) 커뮤니케이션 능력, 9) 사업에 대한 지식 등으로 명명이 가능하였다. 이들 9개의 요인은 전체 변량의 76%를 설명하고 있다. 둘째, 사업성공 변수는 전반적인 사업장 운영상태와 상품의 판매 상태 두 가지로 측정하였는데, 전반적인 사업장 운영 상태는 본인들의 사업과 관련된 메모를 명확하게 작성하고 다른 사람들과 불안감 없이 커뮤니케이션할 수 있는 능력에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 상품의 판매 상태는 예상되는 사업에 대한 지식과 시간 일을 할 수 있는 능력에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 두 변수를 합산함으로써 측정된 전반적인 사업성공 정도는 사업의 성장과 사업 자체에 대한 관심에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 71명의 사례에 바탕을 두어 연구를 하였기 때문에 그 결과의 일반화에는 다소의 한계가 있지만, 농촌여성 소규모 창업자들의 사업성과와 창업자 특성과의 관계를 분석하는 기초 자료로서의 활용은 가능하다고 판단된다.

이 연구의 목적은 중소기업청의 수출지원사업 중 수출역량강화사업(이하'사업')이 중소기업, 특히, 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업(중소기업창업지원법 제2조 제2호에 의함)의 수출증대에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국 12개 지방 중소기업청에 사업을 신청한 기업중 2014년, 2015년에 경기지방 중소기업청을 통하여 사업에 참여한 843개 기업의 수출 성과에 대한 정량적 분석을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존연구들을 바탕으로 기업의 수출성과와 관련된 선행연구들을 조사하여 주요 변수를 선정하였다. 또한 2000년대 이후 수출 입 관련 통계상 매년도 1위를 차지하고 있고, 산업별 고용인원이 1위인 경기지역의 사업 참여업체를 대상으로 표본을 수집하였다. 실증분석결과, 첫째로 사업은 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업은 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업의 수출성과에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사업은 일반 중소기업보다 업력 7년 미만의 창업 중소기업에 더욱 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구는 수출입 규모가 경기지역 다음으로 큰 울산지역과 서울지역에서 동일한 기간에 사업에 참여하였던 기업들의 수출성과를 추가하여 유의한 결과가 도출되는지에 대한 후행 연구를 하고자 한다.

우리나라 연구개발(R&D) 투자는 2014년 기준 세계 6위, GDP 대비 총 연구개발비 비중은 4.29%로 세계 최고 수준으로 조사되었다. 또한 정부 R&D 예산은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세를 유지하고 있으며, 연구개발비 투자 규모 증대에 따라 국가과학기술역량의 양적 증대뿐만 아니라 질적 수준 또한 향상되고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 연구성과의 활용 측면에서 기술사업화로 연계가 큰 폭으로 증가한 것으로 조사되었다. 반면 R&D 예산 및 성과 활용의 양적 질적 증대가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 다수의 연구성과가 사업화로 연계되지 못하고 휴면 상태로 있다는 조사결과도 있다. 이에 본 연구는 막대한 예산, 특히 정부 R&D 예산 투입에 의하여 창출되는 연구성과가 기술이전뿐만 아니라 사업화까지로 연계될 수 있도록 영향을 미치는 요인을 선행연구 분석을 통해 도출하고, 각 요인 간 영향 및 기술사업화에 영향을 미치는 핵심요인에 대해 정량적 데이터 분석을 수행할 것이다. 본 연구는 기술의 이전 및 사업화에 관한 연구를수행함에 있어 결정주체, 정책/제도 등의 관점에서 분석한 정태적 접근과, 사업화 전체 프로세스의 관점에서 분석한 동태적 접근을 포괄하는 통합적인 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 본 연구결과는 산 학 연 및 정부의 기술이전 사업화 관련자들이 보다 종합적인 관점에서 효과적인 사업화 전략 수립을 통해 성과 확산에 기여하는데 정책 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Study on the Influence of Selection factors of Franchise System and Franchisee's Satisfaction in the Food Service Franchise Industry. Franchisors can use franchisee selection criteria as a key input control to enhance the outcomes of their future franchisees. A business technique based on long term contractual arrangements between two legally independent businesses and relying on certain inputs from both parties for success and survival has significant potential for conflict. Furthermore,with many independent small businesses falling to reach their full potential, it is important to evaluate franchising as an alternative system of business management and to identify the characteristics of franchisor and franchisees which contribute to the satisfactory operation of a franchised small business. Thus, the objective of this study was to investigate a possible relationship between franchisee satisfaction and certain characteristics of the franchisor and of the franchisees themselves. In accordance with results of a hypothesis verification, a Selection factors of Franchise affects positively a Franchisee's Business Satisfaction.

에너지절약전문기업 지멘스(주)는 2010년 12월 천안시청 건물 에너지 합리화 사업을 수주하였다. 이번 사업은 '성과보증계약 방식'의 에너지 절약 사업으로 1) 최근 공공기관의 ESCO추진 의무화와 2) 에너지 절감효과를 ESCO시행업체가 책임지는 '성과보증계약' 확산의 취지에 발맞춰 정부의 저 탄소 녹색 성장에 부응하는 사업으로 평가되고 있다.
