765KV 송전전압 격상사업이 국내 기술의 주도로 성공적으로 완료되면 고전압 분야의 기술 수준을 한단계 높이는 계기가 될것으로 믿어 의심치 않으며 또한 국내 중전기 기기 제작분야의 기술 능력이 고도화 되므로 국제간의 경쟁력이 크게 향상될 것으로 기대한다. 이러한 국제 경쟁력 향상은 전력수요의 성장이 크게 예상되는 주변의 북방 국가 또는 개발 도상국의 전력 산업계에서 한국의 역활이 증대되는데 기여하게 될 것이라 확신한다.

전원개발5개년계획의 하나인 의암수력발전이 민간인기업체에 의해서 건설중이라는 사실하나 만으로도 충분히 의의가 있다고 생각한다. 필자가 들은 바는 한때 의암건설을 민간건설사업으로부터 정부건설사업으로 하려든 움직임도 있었다고 하며, 또 전력수급계획면으로 볼때 의암건설이 당장 필요없으며 경제계획5개년계획사업으로 할 수 없다는 등등 이밖에 허다한 난관을 극복하면서 의암건설사업을 착착 진행중에 있다. 앞으로 의암발전소에서 생산되는 전력은 한국경제자립에 기여가 될 날이 올것을 의심하지 않는다.

With the qualitative methods for casino-related policy analysis on sense of residents, the degrees of expectation, support, adequacy, awareness, participation, contribution, and benefit which were derived from results are as follows: Firstly, from the recognition analysis on casino related policy, recognition III ranked at the top, and benefit and contribution II followed next. From the result, promotion policy on closed mine area fell short of expectations. The second phase of development project and appropriate the dead-mine development fund for promotion of substitute industry by the needs of residents. Secondly, derived from the comparative evaluation of casino-related industry, all comparison targets ; awareness of promoting policy and contribution to regional development, participation and contribution to Regional development, benefits and contribution to regional development, participation in the closed-mine area and contribution to regional balanced development, and lastly benefits and regional balanced development) are related to each other.

This thesis is purposed to economical and rational accomplishment of the agricultural water resources development project as to utilize digital topographic information in basic investigation, preliminary planning and detail design process of the agricultural water resources development. In this study, the digital topographic data is acquired to stereo aerial photography of test field and the digital elevation model(DEM) is generated by interpolation of acquired data. Also, the database of basic investigation which is constituted to graphic and at-tribute data is designed. As the results of this study, the method that is determined to this study makes a contribution to effective accomplishment of the agricultural water resources development project.

The purpose of this paper is to examine a reasonable share of cost in the apartment remodeling projects. Therefore, the case model of remodeling apartment was made up and then the rate of return by method of floor area change rate, method of proportion, method of investment earnings rate and method of proportion reflected business contribution were estimated. Consequently, the model by the method of proportion reflected business contribution presented 20.6% of rate in all apartment units.

As the national competitive power indicator, the infrastructures have been constructed with government's SOC budgets. However, even SOC budget is decreased, Public-Private Partnership Project (PPP project) has been introduced to solve demands on extending infrastructures, and among PPP projects, road projects take high portions. This study analyzes the operation & management item of financial model which is connected to the O&M cost and project proposal of previously proposed road project and analyzes the Korea Expressway Co.,'s project cost items and O&M tasks to reflect the characteristics of road projects. Based on results, this study suggests necessity of the O&M cost breakdown structure and the cost calculation standard on each cost item. Also, for the existing task execution tools, O&M cost calculation tool and finance analysis task tool will be integrated, and the system is suggested web-based system. Thus, it is expected that it contributes to the securing overall business values on PPP project and expending profit-base infrastructures.

전력사업은 설비사업인 만큼 고객과 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 고객의 지지기반이 없으면 사업을 할 수 없다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 한전 울산지점에서는 공익사업자로서의 국민의 지지기반을 확충하고자 울산 공업탑에 우리나라 최초로 "환경 조명등"을 시설하여 '96. 7. 18 점등식을 갖고 울산시에 기부 체납하는, 차원을 달리하는 새로운 사회사업 활동을 시도한 후 시민 여론조사를 실시한바, "한전의 사회 기여 인지도가 90%이상"으로 나타나는 큰 성과를 거두었으며, 이번 환경 조명등 사업을 시행하면서 경험한 바로 미루어 볼 때 앞으로 전력사업자는 다양한 사회사업을 많이 하는 것이 바람직하고, 또한 이를 통한 고객의 지지기반 구축을 확대 하므로서 전력사업을 발전시켜 나가는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.

For achieving urban regeneration project, systematic research and analysis about various urban activities are developed urban area. On the based of the research and analysis, a comprehensive regeneration system should be approached to support and manage of an urban regeneration project. This system can be utilized all phase of an urban regeneration project, and it is important link-up and utilization the related GIS. This study will offer that basic strategies of building a comprehensive system for urban regeneration project, and contribute to building a system to support all phase of an urban regeneration project. Also, this study will provide a opportunity to local gov. and central gov. that improve utilize built system.
