사상의학은 외형과 병증 등을 바탕으로 체질을 감별하고 이를 진단에 활용하는 한국의 고유 체질 의학이다. 체형은 체질 변증의 중요한 단서로, 계측정보를 사용한 체질별 도식화 및 감별을 위한 기존 연구가 있었으나, 한정된 샘플수와 연구 간의 이질성으로 대규모 집단 분석 결과가 도출되기 어려우며, 실측 및 라벨링 데이터가 필수적이라는 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 한국인 체형 빅데이터를 사용하여, 영상 정보만으로 체질 감별에 필요한 체형 요소를 추출하고, 이를 기존 문헌에서 제시한 체질 감별 공식에 적용하여 사상체질을 자동 감별하는 모델을 제안한다.

사상의학은 개인별 체질의 분류에 따른 맞춤형 의학으로 우리나라 고유의 독특한 전통 의학이다. 이와 같은 사상의학에서 가장 중요하게 여겨지는 것이 사상체질의 정확한 분류이다. 따라서 사상체질 분류에 대한 객관적 요소의 확보 및 진단 지표 마련이 시급하게 해결되어야 할 과제이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상체질 분류의 객관화, 정량화 및 시각화를 위해 얼굴 영상 신호와 음성 신호를 분석하여 결과값을 추출하고 체질별 집단군간의 차이점을 비교하여 사상체질 분류 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 특히 영상 및 음성 신호는 성별, 연령별, 지역별 등의 구분에 따라 달라지기 때문에 본 논문에서는 40에서 50대 사이의 장년 여성을 대상으로 서울지역 거주자에 한해 사상체질 집단군을 구성하고 이들의 영상 및 음성 신호를 추출하여 체질간 비교, 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험을 통한 연구 결과의 유의성을 입증하고자 한다.

Sasang medicine is peculiar medicine that constitution of a human classify four types and differ treatment method by physical constitution. In this way the most important thing is very difficult problem that classification of Sasang constitution and discriminate correctly. Therefore, in this paper targets diagnosis medical appliances development of hybrid form that can behave constitution classification and sees among for this paper to propose about method to grasp characteristic that is morphology about eye, nose, ear and mouth be based on appearance and manner of speaking. In this paper, classified and verified this for Sasang constitution through the QSCC II program at 1 step and present method that more exactly and conveniently analyzing measure each physical constitution feature by survey about eye, nose, ear and mouth at 2 steps. Also, extraction and analyze and verified main area of physical constitution classification based on front face and side face at 3 steps. Such propose method to extraction the principal face region based on face color from front face and side face for correct physical constitution classification diagnosis appliance development through experiment consideration and verification process.

한의학의 대중화와 세계화를 위해서는 타 의학과의 차별화와 진단의 객관성 확보가 매우 중요하며 이를 위해서는 한의학의 독창적인 의료체계인 사상의학을 통해 차별화를 이루고 또한 객관성 확보를 위해 IT 공학기술과 연계하여 진단기술을 개발한다면 효율적일 것으로 예상한다. 본 논문에서는 사상의학의 체질 분류를 목적으로 하여 체질 분류법 중 용모사기론을 기반으로 한 안면 영상을 통한 사상체질 분류시스템을 개발하기위해 20대 여성을 대상으로 안면 영상을 수집하고 피실험자에 대한 체질분류 작업을 진행하여 안면 요소와 체질 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 체질별 차이를 나타내는 항목을 설정하고 이에 대한 분석을 실험을 통해 수행하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to help classifying Sasang Constitution through correlation with sound characteristic. This study was done it under the suppose that Sasang Constitution has correlation with sound spectrogram. The following result were obtained about correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang Constitution by comparison and analysis 1. Soeumin answered his voice low tone, smooth and quiet in the survey. Soyangin answered his voice high, clear, fast and speaking random. Taeumin answered his voice low, thick and muddy. 2. Taeyangin was significantly slow compared with the others in the time of reading composition. Taeyangin was significantly slow compared with the others in Formant frequency 1. Taeyangin was significantly discriminated from Soeumin in Formant frequency 5. Taeyangin was significantly low compared with the others in Bandwidth 2. Soeumln was significantly low compared with Taeyangin in Pitch Maximum and Pitch Maximum-Pitch Minimum. Taeyangin was significantly high compared with the others in Energy mean. 3. In list of specification, the discrimination rate was higher than that by lists of 13 in the results of Multi-dimensional 4-class minimum-distance. The discrimination rate of three disposition except Soyangin was higher than that of four disposition in the results of One way ANOVA and Analysis of dis crimination in SPSS/PC+. In CART, the estimate rate of Sasang Constitution discrimination was higher than any other method. It is considered that there is a correlation between sound spectrogram and Sasang constitution according to the results. And method of Sasang constitution classification through sound spectrogram analysis can be one method as assistant for the objectification of Sasang constitution classification.

In orther to find the characteristics of each constitution, the examinee of Kyung Hee medical center was diagnosed constitution, and resulted body measures and diagnosis. That was considered and the results are as follows 1. The Diagnosis result of Sa-sang Constitutional Medicine is that there are 110 persons of Taeum-In(56. 1%), 58 persons of Soum-In(29.6%), 28 persons of Soyang-In(14. 3%). 2. The distribution of occupation, there are many of Taeum-In who are engaged in business, administeration, and management and many of Soeum-In who are engaged in reserch. 3. QSCC(I) has a tendency that other constitutions diagnose to Taeyang-In, the quastionare 1 has the accuracy of 76. 4% to diagnose Soeum-In. 4. Taeum-In sweats easily but Soeum-In doesn't sweat easily, Taeum-In has a good appetite and likes cold food and digests well, but Soeum-In has a poor appetite and like hot food and digest poorly. 5. The degree of obesity is the highest in Taeum-In. 6. The systoric blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure is high in Taeum-In and the high blood pressure are frequent in Taeum-In. 7. Triglyceride is the highest in Taeum-In and the Hyperlipidemia is the most frequent in Taeum-In, but Total cholesterol has no difference among constitutions. 8. GPT GGT is higher in Taeum-In than Soyang-In, but GOT has no difference among constitutions. 9. The frequency of fatty liver is the highest in Taeum-In.

Objectives The aim of study was to suggest diagnostic indicator according to Exterior-Interior disease for the Sasang Constitution based on original symptom. Methods We investigated the literature(『Dongeuisusebowon sinchukbon』) and another study(Clinical Practice Guideline for Disease of Sasang Constitutional Medicine: Diagnosis and Algorithm). As a result, we developed diagnostic indicator of original symptom for Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Results and Conclusions Diagnosis of Exterior-Interior disease in Sasang Constitution was decided by heat and cold of original symptom. Detailed indicators of diagnosis in Exterior-Interior disease were heat/cold sensitivity, the degree of sweating, the amount of drinking water, thirst, face color and somatalgia.

사상의학은 한의학의 독특하고 뛰어난 의료 체계이나 체질 감별에 객관성이 확보되지 않아 원래의 가치를 인정 받지 못하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 용모사기론을 기반으로 안면 형태학적 특징 분석을 통한 진단시스템을 만드는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 이를 통해 정확하고 편리하게 체질을 분류 할수 있는 방법을 제시하고 정확한 사상체질 분류 진단기기의 개발을 위한 정면 얼굴과 측면 얼굴에서의 주요 영역을 추출하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

1. The purpose of study The purpose of study is The New Sasang Constitution Questionnaire to improve clinical right, as the person takes off uncomfortable to must use both Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution Classification II (QSCC) and Questionnaire of Sasang Classification(I) 2. The method of study I made the judgmental equation, increasing ability of judgment to give thinking importance among each subject about a Clinical study of judgment and the method of using, I investigated which Equation is better by a Clinical Study of the judgment. I made Equation, 9 and examine the Accuracy rate of the judgment through patients, student of University formal peoples and peoples taking the drugs 304 member totally. 3. The result of study I made 9 Equation of the judgment. The Equation of the judgment(I-2) is the highest ability of the judgment, the diagnostic accuracy is 60.53% about Soeum, 52.78% about Taeum, 48.39 about Soyang.

초고령화 사회로 진입하면서 건강의 유지 및 관리는 일상생활에서 매우 중요한 관심으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 우리나라 전통의학에 대한 가치성이 향상되면서 이를 실생활에 접목하기 위한 노력이 활발하게 진행되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상의학에 대한 체질 분류의 객관화를 통해 예방차원의 건강 관리를 지속하기 위한 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 특히 사상의학에서 제안하고 있는 여러 사상체질 분류 방법 중에서 음성을 통한 사상체질 분류 방법을 공학적으로 구현하여 이를 객관적 진단 지표로 설계하고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 서울지역에 거주하고 있는 20-30대 남성의 음성을 수집하여 음성 분석학적 요소 중 피치 분석 요소들에 대한 추출 및 비교를 통해 사상의학의 사기론에서 제안하는 이론적 근거를 입증하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험을 통해 추출된 결과를 사상의학 전문의의 진단 결과와 비교, 분석하여 제안하는 기법에 대한 검증을 수행하고자 한다.
